I wish I could remember the man’s name that towed my car. He was really awesome and kind. He was super fast and efficient as well. The best towing experience ever.
The communication via text message was consistent and accurate. Brett the driver answered our questions with kindness and professionalism. His actions and experience made us feel confident that our vehicle was in good hands and would be taken care of. Would highly recommend.
Wish I could give them 10 stars. They went above and beyond to help us get our motorhome off of I5. They had a special trailer they used that accommodated for a 12 ft tall motorhome that couldn't be towed the traditional way. The communication between us before, during and after was great, kept us in the know. They towed us from between corvallis and Eugene to north Portland. They were also very careful not to scratch, dent or damage our rv. Two other people with the company came to assist the driver. I highly recommended this company and their drivers. They were also very reasonable on their price. It was around 120 miles from where we broke down to the shop they towed it to.
On a Sunday on Memorial Day weekend I needed my motorcycle towed roughly 65 miles back home. The truck took a bit to get there, but the truck was clean, the driver was clean, he took his time to carefully make sure that my bike was secured and would make trek safely. He did just that. He was very respectful of my Harley. Thank you!

I was on the side of the road after a duck football game and Keoki came to assist in a snap of my fingers. I was worried about how long it would be with traffic and there was no wait at all. He even had another car he was towing on his truck when he made the emergency stop for me to make sure I was back on the road and running. That’s the whole reason you call for a service like that. Keoki was quick and I can’t recommend these guys enough
Easily the best experience I’ve had with a tow company and driver. DJ, our driver, was awesome, got us hooked up and on our way in no time and didn’t even mind stopping for us to get food on the way home. He was super friendly and nice and played good music for us on the way home! Prices were the cheapest I could find as well for what I needed. Can’t recommend enough! My new go to.

He swooped in to save the day right around dinner time—on a busy highway, in the middle of brutal heat, with barely any space to work. Not only was I stranded on a hill (never fun), but he also had to drop me off on another hill. And he handled both like an absolute pro. Rick was kind, courteous, and all business—in the best way. No muss, no fuss, no stress. He made what could’ve been a long, miserable evening so much easier, and I genuinely appreciated his calm, capable presence. Dominique ( DJ ) was very knowledgeable and professional. He strapped my motorcycle down correctly for an almost 200 mile tow. He's a safe driver. I was not worried about my motorcycle at all. I highly recommend this company and this driver.

Car issues make me have anxiety. Today I had an excellent experience with A Plus towing. Excellent customer service from the first call with the dispatcher to the driver that responded (Brent), who was there exactly when he said he would be. The anxiety was taken right out of it for me. They also quoted me $47 less for the same distance another local tow company gave me. I'm putting APlus' number in my phone & will not bother calling another company ever again. Thank you for your service.
My car was totaled and towed after an accident. I was pretty overwhelmed by the accident process and how quickly the (many) tow fees added up. They remained patient, helpful and friendly working with me to the end to get everything squared away. The driver was very professional, kind and did a great job with delivering my vehicle home. I have to give big props to Herman the tow truck driver. I broke down on I 5 and he came to our rescue through Triple A. He was the most courteous professional. And I don't think I've ever had anybody take the time to send a picture and video to verify that my car got to the place that it needed to be. I would most definitely highly recommend working with this company and if you can ask for Herman. Absolutely awesome experience with this tow truck and driver.

I was really impressed with how clean and organized the office was at this tow yard. Everyone I talked to was professional, helpful, and respectful. I really appreciate that they made it possible for me to pick up my cars even on a weekend — I understand people have lives and want to be home with their families, so it meant a lot that they still took the time to help. Great experience overall, and I’m thankful for the professionalism and courtesy.
Travis called ahead to verify location and to give an eta. He arrived in a timely manner and was totally professional. I was an over th road truck driver for 38 years. So, when I say that he is a safe driver... Highly recommend and definitely appreciated.

We had to call AAA today when the a wheel bearing went out on our Dodge Dually. We live on the coast and this happened 40 miles east of Eugene! We were 140 miles from home on a Sunday and I had to be back to work on Monday! AAA contacted Ray’s Towing and a gentleman named James was our driver. He was amazing, he got to us about an hour after I contacted AAA, he went right to work and got the Dually loaded on his flatbed trailer and we were on our way home. He was so professional, so personable and turned what started out as a really bad way to end our vacation into a really pleasant ride home.The truck was very clean and there was more than enough room for all of us. Had to have a car towed this weekend and could not be happier with the service; specifically provided by Chris. Called AAA and they said Sunday was busy, there was a backlog, so might take a while. Chris was there in just over 30 minutes from the time of the initial call. Loaded the car up without a hitch (pun intended) and delivered it where it needed to be. Start to finish took around another 30 minutes. Excellent service start to finish.
I was very pleased with Ray’s Towing. The service I got was awesome. Herman came out and was very professional and helpful. He even taught me a few things. If I ever need anymore towing for a vehicle I will definitely be calling on Ray’s Towing and hoping to see Herman again. Well, let’s be honest, I hope I don’t need anymore towing. Wonderful service! The driver, Dylan, was so great! He was efficient and professional but was also kind and empathetic. We were a little shook up after hitting a deer, but Rays towing came through for us. The driver could not have been nicer! I was also pleased with how fast the truck came! The driver was so careful with my baby (car), so I knew I could trust them. This is a high quality company and they work hand in hand with my insurance company, so I didn't have to do anything. Highly recommend Rays towing!

Anthony helped out tremendously, got the insurance to cover the majority of the recovery of the vehicle, with only liability insurance. They only charged a couple hundred for storage and the title which was fine with me compared to the price of the tow bill. I would recommend them for any recovery of a vehicle within a waterway. The prices might be high but they know how to go about getting insurance to cover most of the cost and they know the laws that insurance companies must to follow.
The company did a good job & were pleasant to work with. Wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again.

Their driver showed up sooner than expected and was very courteous, polite, friendly and quick. He explained what he was going to do and what we could expect. He took our insurance information and got right to work making it as easy as possible for us. Sadly I am more frequently in need of tows than the average person. Everytime I have called in their customer service has been short and snappy despite my best efforts to be cordial, and they always quote me nearly twice other towing companies. This morning I was trying to locate a vehicle that had gone missing that I thought may have been towed by them. The guy who answered the phone clearly had no interest in speaking with me or being helpful, even when I was obviously in distress. If you're out of options they will make it happen, recommend you seek help elsewhere.
A big thank you to Jack Hall for helping me with my lockout service this morning. He arrived well within the ETA with a big smile and got my car unlocked carefully and very quickly. He was also nice enough to give me a good contact for a new key fob I've desperately needed to replace. It's so nice to find great help and comforting to know that he's local. I'm definitely keeping his card on hand for future calls. Thanks, Jack!

First class towing
I got stuck in Salem for three days no one came. Bc towing was 2 miles away they said no. Semi truck was shut off did not had heat these people showed up when everyone said no. If I ever break down in this area I will call them for sure.
No Medium duty wrecker on call over the weekend. I have used this company in the past with great success. This time there was no driver available to help me out. Still my first call for any towing of a heavier vehicle.
Thank you, thank you, thank you to an amazing team! We needed a towing for our 40 ft motorhome while on vacation in Waldport, Oregon. The team arrived at 8:30pm and worked until 2:00am to get the motorhome ready for towing (including rain) to the Freightliner garage in Albany. Bought a so called "tested 138k mile motor that's good" literally right about when the warranty is up...head gasket leaking oil perfusely... $1,300 Lost!!! REALLY!!!!!!
Horribe. Placed a large amount order, they mailed it out almost a week later even though they promised they would do it next business day. In addition, one of the items was wrong and no one bothered to look at the invoice that all of the items ordered were the exact same and one they sent looked entirely different. Rafael and Daniel are horrible salesmen. Will not return phone calls and did not do anything to expedite the correction of the mistake they made. Issue is still unresolved as of today, two weeks later.
Went here for a car part & due to my work schedule I did not have time to pull the part so opted to have it pulled & shipped to my local B&R. McKayla was the lady who assisted me during this transaction & despite being new & 5th day on the job, she handled the transaction with ease & was very proficient. Thank you McKayla! High five ✋

I was in an accident in August, the sheriff contacted B&R Towing. They towed my car from the scene of the accident. From the tow there were some issues, which are not as important a how this company dealt with the issues. I wrote to the company and within a few days of sending my letter I received a call from Rob. The following day I stopped by to talk with Rob and the issues were immediately resolved. As a business owner our jobs are easier when things go well, what defines our business and company culture is how a conflict is resolved. From my experience with this company I would whole heartedly recommend this company for the services they provide.

Most disrespectful person running their truck. Asked him to kindly shut his truck door as he was playing disrespectful cussing music on his radio and I had a minor in my vehicle. He proceeded to get in the truck and crank the music. Don't care what you do, but have respect for those around you. UPDATE... Wish I could copy and paste what was texted to me personally.
Worst customer service. Needed a tow. Guy showed up said they needed to get another type of truck never showed back up . Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or call back. Went with S.w.a.t in Springfield great service, and their prices were more reasonable. Don't recommend stealth. Would have been nice just to get a call back after 6 hrs
Poor service. I waited 2 hrs in a broken down car in 97 degree weather. I actually changed to a different company because they were going to make me wait even longer. 12:30 I sent in my request. 1pm-1:30pm tow time 1:30pm I call and they say 30 more minutes 2:00pm no answer/phone tag 2:10pm office says 5 more minutes 2:15pm I get a hold of the tow driver and he says 30 more minutes At that point I switched

It was such a relief when they saved my family and I from being stranded in a no-service area. We lost our home to a fire and I called Bryce from Farwells Towing and expressed my concern on getting my 66 Dodge Dart and my husband's 78 Chevy truck towed away from the site. Both are disabled vehicles and the Chevy has flat tires. Bryce not only showed up in a timely manner but also treated our vehicles with care and did not cause any damages at all! Which is always a concern with older vehicles. I have used Farwell's Towing in the past and will continue to not only use them for my own Towing needs but also recommend them to anyone who needs a tow. I am a member of the American Motorcycle Association (AMA). Similar to the American Auto Association (AAA) they have a towing program for members. (35 miles) The bike was sluggish when I went into Jerry's Home Improvement, and when I came out it was FLAT. I rolled the bike into the lumber yard & put some air into the tire. in 5 minutes it was FLAT again. I got out my AMA card and called their representative. I gave them the EXACT location of the bike, and a description of the trouble. AMA proceeded to contact several towing agencies, and Shop Around for the best deal. After An Hour they finally called me back and said a tow truck was on the way. I asked them who the truck was and their number. I called Equinox towing, and the dispatcher said he had Just Received the Call from AMA and would be right over. He was there in 10 minutes. We loaded the bike onto the truck, and I was home with the bike in the garage in 30 more minutes. Equinox did the work quickly and professionally. AMA left me waiting while they shopped around... (At least I was inside at Jerry's, and not alongside I-5 in the rain.) Thanks to Equinox Towing, and Ya Better Head for Jerry's.
