Needed a tow. Was given a time and not only did they show up on time they called 30 minutes before to let me know they were on the way. They were fast and very careful with my vehicle. Couldn't ask for anything more. Great service!!

I was in a bit of an emergency situation (staying in Troutdale from out of state, car got broken into and steering wheel/ignition were vandalized to the point of me being unable to start the car) and Loop Hi-Way Towing really helped me out. The original wait estimate was a couple hours, but they showed up in around 45 minutes and towed my car to a nearby garage. Price was reasonable and the tow-truck driver stayed with me until everything was properly set-up with the mechanics. He made a very stressful day instantly better and I'm very appreciative! Highly recommend this company.
I called to help get my car into the garage. Chuck came out, got my car on his wheel lift and got it in the garage in less than 3 minutes. They are a top notch business in the community.
They were the cheapest service I found in the area gave me a great quote. They were very timey. Driver was really nice made sure the car was ok before he left. Most tow drivers drop the car get payment and leave. Highly recommend
It was a simple over the phone transaction. We made plans to meet up in the morning to have the car towed. I live an hour from where the car was so they offered to pick it up without me present. The car needed to be towed across the state line and most other tow companies said they won't do that.

Called edys auto towing to have my 04 silverado from Nw PDX to Gresham Or, Ricardo gave me a time frame and was on time. Very efficient and reliable. Will be using again for future tows.

Was on the way to get new tire’s installed and I got a flat…3 blocks from where I was going. I asked for and was extended a discount because it was a hard hit and only 3 blocks. He was very kind and respectful. He offered assistance to get into the truck cab, which was already warm. Pleasant experience; will save number for next time.

My cars steering wheel was locked, and it took a lot of extra work to get the car on and off the truck. I was charged a fair price, and the driver was very good at navigating through my bad situation. Highly recommend 👌.
I got into an accident and my car was totaled The cops called Ryan With Gresham towing to come get it and he was so friendly and patient with me cause I was a discombobulated mess 😫 at the scene. so when it was time to deal with the insurance And release of my car took time out of his day to help me and because I'm a single mom and hate buying new cars he help me get in to my new/used car THIS IS AN AMAZING MAN KIND HEARTED AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL I would recommend alll my friends and family to them
I was in an accident this morning and called Gresham Towing. On the phone I told them I had State Farm insurance and they would be paying and they said that wasn’t a problem. After they picked up my car they called and said they needed to be paid immediately by me or they would not unload the car at the repair shop and instead take it to there tow lot where it would cost me a daily storage few. The insurance company said this is not normal and sounded like a scam. Don’t use them!
My little Toyota Motorhome busted a fan belt & I forgot to setup RV service on AAA when I bought it. Gresham Towing answered the phone and was honest about availability- delayed pick up times. No one else I called to haul a small motorhome. Good service from call taker to field folks. I would use them again!
Scam. We were in a wreck and the guy didnt give us any amount for our car. He said it was $500 on the wreck scene but we didnt receive anything. The car has low miles, in good condition and be salvaged. If they come on scene to tow your car, make sure to negotiate and record it or put it in writing.

had the police tow my car cause i didnt have my insurance card in my car the cop was a noobie and gung ho about her job anyways im seeing sooooo many bad reviews about this place. i have accurate pictures of what was in my car from just two hours before the tow im very courious to see what happens today when i go down there. look for the change of rating to come!
Javier was nice and chill, he came to tow! Such a cool guy. He updated me on his ETA. Definitely will contact “GRESHAM TOWING 247” again! 5 stars for being gentle with my car.
Called them last night to get a car towed, no tow truck showed up, just called again today and got hung up on by the boss, I would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could. I was not told that they don’t impound cars from apartments, the lady on the phone that i spoke to last night said she was sending a tow truck. Interesting company, if our call got ended in the middle of our conversation how did you tell me that twice? What a joke. And if I wasn’t hung up on, they would’ve heard that the car is in the cul-de-sac, which is not part of the apartments.
Horrible. They towed the car and left it partially blocking the gate of the dealership and the sidewalk. It was cited ($80) and the police had it towed away that night. The people on the phone were completely rude and disrespectful when I called them and immediately raised their voices at me. They hung up on me. There was a clear miscommunication between their driver and a young driver who needed a tow. The young driver was not with them when the car was dropped off. It's only obvious that the person who called them for help, didn't want them to place the car somewhere it would be towed away and cited. They were not apologetic about it at all. Prior to hanging up on me, they made the claim that they would drop off a car "in the middle of the street" if that's what the customer told them to do. Not to mention they completely took advantage of a young driver and charged them over $200 to tow the car from Sandy to Troutdale. They should be embarrassed.
A few weeks ago, I locked my keys out of my car after driving nearly 2,000 miles straight. My cats were locked in my car as well, so I was very panicked. I still had 2 hours to go and I had no idea where I was. I am so glad that the girls at the gas station/ convenience store I had stopped at gave me this number. I will never forget your kindness in driving over so quickly to help me. I wish I could give you more stars. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
