I had to schedule a tow to take my wrecked car to the body shop. The first stop didn't work out, and they still hauled to a new location. It was about a 45 minute process. Elmer was super knowledgeable and helpful and price was so reasonable. I highly recommend this outfit!

Great service. I was in need of their assistance in moving some vehicles to another location. BC towing was to the location in less than 2 hours. Three trips were needed to complete the move and they worked until late into the evening to finish the move. Drivers were extremely kind and helpful. Communication was fantastic. Price was very reasonable and less than I had expected. Thank you for your assistance.

The service was great. I didnt wait very long at all. The driver was very friendly, experienced and fast. I changed the drop off location right as the driver arrived. Amazing customer service Johnny Walker was very efficient took care of my car made sure I was safe and stuck around to help me at the automotive shop and I would definitely use their service again. They were quick, efficient, thoughtful, and very courteous.

Son’s car needed towing so scheduled with State Farm app. The first company didn’t respond after an hour wait so we called and they said it would be almost two hours more so we cancelled and submitted a new request. Had a personal call from AE within 10 minutes saying a driver was scheduled and would call me. Received another call from the driver within 5 minutes saying he was in route and 5 minutes away. He was super kind to my son driving him to the auto shop, was careful with the vehicle, helped to push the car into a parking space, was very quick and professional. Would recommend.
AE Towing was amazing! I broke down on a dark, uninhabited stretch of highway, and didn't make it all the way out of the way of traffic, as the deep ditch was at the edge. The tow truck driver was very kind, and he arrived very quickly for being broke down out of town. He took great care of my husband's lowered vehicle, and delivered it quickly and safely. I will call them from now on!!

Mi carro simplemente ya no avanzo, y me quede a mitad de calle, mi hijo mayor increiblemente pudo ayudarme a empujarlo con ayuda de otro señor(muy buen samaritano) hasia la orilla de la calle, enseguida llego mas ayuda y llamamos a AE TOWING por medio de la app LIFE360, ellos fueron increibles super amables y nos explicaron todo muy bien, no tardaron mucho en enviar la ayuda, el muchacho fue muy cuidadoso, respetuoso y muy profecional, los recomiendo 100% 😉😊🙏🏽

At around 12:45 am, after having my insurance and three other tow companies were unable to provide help I decided to call Fonseca’s Towing. I couldn’t have been more blessed to have them help me. Unlike the others, Fonseca’s rescued me and my car within 30 minutes. My phone call was quickly answered and went smoothly. I can assure that my experience was by far the best that I’ve had. I want to highlight their timeliness, their prices and ultimately their staff! Who were kind and very helpful. I simply cannot see myself relying on another tow company other than Fonseca’s Towing after tonight. I was able to ride with the driver and I felt safe and had a great conversation with him! Thank you very much Fonseca’s Towing. They turned my flat tire from a tragedy to a happy accident 😎. 10/10!

Had an accident and my world was turned upside down. The situation was really bad as I totaled my car and didn’t know what to do. My coworker suggested this company cause they had always been her towing people. I was scared and as a single mom have trust issues but I called them. The driver was so nice and explained everything to me in a way I could understand and made me feel comfortable even though I watched him load my smashed up car. Being in a wreck was a bad night but as far as the tow went it was the best experience I could have asked for given the circumstances. I hope you never have to use them but if you need a tow company I would recommend these people. They have been around for a long time and I can see why
Was broken down on the side of I-5 on Labor Day, They came and helped with a tow quickly to get me back home to Eugene!! James was an awesome and friendly driver who is extremely knowledgeable about the industry in general! 10/10 would recommend!

When you come here expect a long wait. They lock the door and you have to call them to get them to come down. Even then it takes an hour minimum. Rude and upsetting stuff. They only deal in cash. Very shady.
I'm sure if you call this company for a tow they will do a fine job for a reasonable price. my complaint is about the other side of their business where they tow cars from apartment complexes for an ungodly amount of money . my car was towed from my apartment complex because my parking permit fell off the mirror and landed on the center counsel even though it was clearly visible my vehicle make model and license plate was also clearly on the lease. my car was towed at 2:30 in the morning. And these guys wanted almost $500 for me to pick up my car a couple hours later. In cash only I might add. I'm sure everybody gets a little cut of the action but anyway be careful these guys engage in shady activity...................
Of all the places I have been to for car repairs, this one takes the cake. Excellent service all around, at a great price. I brought in my Volkswagen stationwagon for brake repairs, and they had it ready for me the same day. The lead mechanic, Adam, was really great at informing me about everything that went wrong with the car and what they fixed, as well as general important information about my car that I was unaware of. I will be coming back here for any and all repairs I need for my current or future car. Bring your car here if you are looking for honest work at a great price.
This company is used for towing in my complex and when you call them to get a car towed for being in a fire lane, I'm told that they have to contact the property manager to get 'approval first'. Extremely rude, not helpful at all and tbh as worthless as a tow company can be. Don't rent from Bluestone or get your car towed from this company. 10 times out of 10 they won't do their job.
I think this company is not doing good business and probably is evading taxes because two days ago they took my brother's car, he didn't have money to get the car out. And for one day they charged him around 500. I wanted to pay by card and the guy who attended us didn't want to, only cash, that's robbery. I hope someone can do something about it. TRS TOWING IN SALEM. I rate them with 0 🌟 not recommended something..........creo que esta empresa no está asiendo buenos negocios y abde estár evadiendo impuestos porque ase dos días se llevó el carro de mi hermano el no tenia dinero para sacar el carro. Y por un día le cobraron alrededor de 500 quise pagar con tarjeta y el muchacho que nos atendió no quiso, solo efectivo eso es un robo. espero que alguien pueda aser algo al respecto.
