Excellent service! I highly recommend them for any towing needs. Chris helped me when I needed a tow for my car, and I didn’t even have to stay with it, which was a huge relief since I had impatient kids with me. He responded quickly, was extremely friendly, and stayed professional and kind, even after I accidentally gave him the wrong address for my car (it had been a very long day for me 🥲😅). I called him as soon as I realized, and he handled it so kindly. He then continued to go above and beyond by letting me know when he picked up the car and even sent a photo to reassure me that everything was okay, both before and after dropping it off at my requesed place. With my nerves completely shot today, his calm and thoughtfulness was truly a blessing for me. I’ve used several towing services in the past, but this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I genuinely can’t recommend them enough!

My friend had a tire pop on the side of the road. We were able to get the tire replaced and Nate got it put back on AND towed it off the side of the highway for a really good price. Recommend 11/10 will be telling everyone I know!!

I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EASIER OR MORE PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE WITH A TOWING COMPANY. THEY GOT OUT TO MY REMOTE ADDRESS QUICKLY UNLIKE OTHER COMPANIES WHICH WOULD TAKE HOURS. THE DRIVER WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY CAPABLE. MY NITRO WAS LOADED ONTO A FLATBED FOR A SAFE TRANSPORT. I RECOMMEND HOTROD TOWING
I called them for a tow and they were quick, efficient and affordable. I definitely would recommend anytime you have towing needs
My son drove his Daddy's brand new Chevrolet through the corn field in the cold, wet winter month of January and sunk the truck in the mud. The truck was so deep in the mud, it was unable to be pulled out by my son's friends or a neighbors tractor. Hotrods Towing came and brought "Lil' Hooker", used a wench and pulled the sunken truck out of the mud. They were quick to come help, they were professional and pulled the truck out. It was a blessing.
Don't call anyone but Hot Rods towing. They won't rip you off like Dan's and everything that goes to your car will be there when they deliver it. Personally I'm missing my bumper and Dan's "take am advantage of you" towing towed my car. Thank you hot rods for your honesty and not charging me out the but just to tow my car a couple of miles and thank you for not stealing my car parts that goes to my car when you towed my car

Anytime was great for a last minute emergency when our son's car wouldn't start. We are OOS and needed to coordinate with our son and the towing company at the same time. Communication was ongoing, they made sure the car was secured at the dealership and Alfred kept us informed throughout. Highly recommend!

Last night I had a blowout on the highway in Knoxville. I was in the far inner lane going 65 when I heard a loud “boom” and my tire was gone. By the grace of God, I was able to make it across all lanes and off the exit to a Shell station. Avis sent someone out to help first, but when he pulled the tire off, we discovered there was no spare in the van. Right at that moment, the AAA driver, Daryl, arrived with his flatbed. I explained to Daryl that I had two dogs with me, one of them paralyzed. Without hesitation, he went to his truck and cleared space so we could all ride safely with him in the cab. He treated us like family, making sure the dogs and I were comfortable the whole way. When we reached the hotel, he didn’t just drop the van off and leave. Daryl went inside, spoke with the manager, and got special permission to park the van in a space that would work for us. He didn’t have to do that, but he cared enough to make sure we were taken care of all the way through. In a moment that could have been scary and overwhelming, Daryl’s kindness turned the night into an adventure. I will never forget how he went above and beyond for me and my dogs. People like him remind me that there is so much good in this world, and last night, all that good was wrapped up in one tow truck driver named Daryl.
The most pleasant tow experience I've ever had, Kyle was in route and on the scene in a reasonable amount of time. Hes also an excellent and careful driver. 10/10 would recommend.

Cedar Bluff towing came out to tell my vehicle, However, they damaged my vehicle bumper. Have complete evidence of everything and Sent over all the footage showing their DRIVER be know it all and Damaging my front bumper, and then states to the owner that it was from the previous person which is a complete lie, and I have a full video of it showing the full tow. On top of it, it was all wheel car drive and he was damaging my drivetrain. All on video and all I wanted them to fix my front bumper damage. Denying claim is crazy this is not the way to treat a customer on top of it. Their manager is not reaching out to me. At the moment, talking with my lawyer, most likely will go after them for everything at this point And having the shop check it out because the shop Owner was also there and watched it. Make sure you guys always talk to a lawyer when stuff like this happens glad my lawyer was able to help. I have all the time and money to go after people like these Run a damn business right. DO NOT TOW WITH THEM
I used them through Tow Pro. My dispatcher was Nathan who was very helpful and prompt! My driver was Ryan who was super cool and worked very quickly. Overall im very impressed and will be using them again if the need arises.

This company is very unprofessional! They dropped off my car in the middle of the road. Blocking in the garage and several other cars the mechanic was trying to work on. He was so upset about it he told me to go elsewhere even though I had no way of even knowing about it. When I called I was told they would take it 5 min down the road to another mechanic I know. I was told they would get right on it and the female even made a statement after asking if this was in Knoxville saying “go figure”. She promised to get it done right away and I wasn’t to be charged. Well I call the dealership just over a week later since I hadn’t heard from them only to be told that the car isn’t there! I was furious. It only took me that long to realize it because I had been moving all week and I knew this mechanic would be backed up and contact me asap. When I called CB towing they said they had gone and got the car back because of non payment and were holding it at their lot! They were so rude, inconsiderate, non apologetic, and hung up on me! Saying the only way I could get my car back is to pay them again! They lied saying they had never agreed to do it for free. Just appalled and disgusted. I have had so much else going on in my life including my Dad dying suddenly and having to move home to help my Mom and now this really hit a nerve. I would’ve never used them again after the way they dropped it off in the first place if they hadn’t agreed to “make it right” and do their job. I would’ve called another company before giving them another $100+ for 5 mile tows. They clearly don’t care one bit about the client, repeat business, and or just doing the right thing and keeping your word. Please pass the word around as this is not a good company! It’s just the way they went about everything and the rude behavior and lies at this point.
Not only did they lie about the time it would take to pick up my car. They said 2 and didn't arrive until about 5. They took my car to the wrong location, but towes are priced by mile so I had to over pay buy about 10 miles. I called them the next day after i drove across town, due to the misunderstanding on their part, to try and get some sort of rebate and they made an excuse that the distance was the same so it wouldn't make a difference. What an awful company taking advantage of someone's bad day.

After calling other companies, Dans was the only one that came out with big enough equipment! We had a skid steer stuck in a pond and they went above and beyond to risk their own equipment to get us out! (Their equipment never got damaged because their operator was too skilled!

Omg don't get towed by this company unless hell has frozen over or you have a friend with money to burn. Most of all if possible record ANY correspondence with them because they will call you an out right Liar. My vehicle was towed at 3am Saturday I have a gps locator in the car that woke me up saying it was being tampered with. My son had ran off the road and the police called chestnut street to tow the vehicle. They said that no drivers were available at that time So Dan's towing showed up instead BIG MISTAKE. Thanks officer! My charges are from 3am Saturday til Monday morning (cuz they don't tell you well our services are 24 hrs but we only have lot available 24 hrs Monday thru Friday.) Because the dispatch works out of house on weekends. I called at 4:26 am Saturday morning asking if my vehicle was at 1724 transport lane. The guy answering phone said yes. I told him I would be by to get the car later that day because I was a truck driver and couldn't call off, said I'd be back around 4:30 pm he said that would be fine. Got back in town went over there all locked up. Called the # no answer. My wife called oh ya we're closed til 7: 30 Monday morning. Call in at 10 am today (Monday) to see about getting the car released ya but it gonna cost $975 I said for what, I need to buy a tow truck if I can make $1000 DOLLARS IN 2 DAYS! So go down there to see the car and they ask for the registration HELLO IT'S IN THE CAR WHERE IT BELONGS. I go get the registration out of car take pics and go back to office ONLY to be told OH YA we only accept cash. Thanks for telling when we talked earlier. The fees $375 to show up $375 to winch on to truck $160 storage fee (which I was told we only charge $40 a day) Don't get towed on a holiday 3 day weekend) and 15 dollars tax. I'm sure that was to cover the drivers breakfast or something. I said you know I have had a tractor pulled out of a ditch before they only charged me $150 a guy in the room said they must have been idiots The county sets the fees we are aloud to charge we don't sets those. HE SAID AND I QUOTE I DON'T HAVE A 1972 BEAT UP WRECKER OUT THERE THOSE ARE $500,000 TRUCKS AND SOMEONE HAS TO PAY FOR THEM, END QUOTE I called chestnut street and they said that was to much money I KNOW RIGHT. I called knox county sheriff dept. They said Dan's towing was lying to me THEY ARE A PRIVATE BUSSINESS THEY SET THERE OWN RATES. SO SPREAD THE WORD MY FELLOW TRUCKERS DO NOT ALLOW DAN'S ADVANTAGE TOWING AND RECOVERY TO HOOK TO YOUR TRUCK THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. 🙏 FOR THEM NOT TO PUT DRIVERS IN THE POOR HOUSE JUST FOR TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING! I was also told YOU DID NOT TELL ME YOU WERE A TRUCK DRIVER by the dispatch guy. Regardless they didn't help me out or cut me a break. Keep up the awesome job of ripping people off. GOD Is ALWAYS WATCHING AND WILL NEVER FORGET. ENJOY THEM EXPENSIVE TRUCKS WE'RE BUYING FOR YOU!!! Before replying geniuses realize that you charged this amount TO TOW A CAR not a tractor trailer.
Without going into too much detail, all I have to say is that the owner is truly a genuine person. If it wasn’t for him, I’m not sure how I would have been able to get my car back. They were such a great help when we broke down on the highway. They were able to safely get us off the left shoulder and onto the right side of the highway. Very considerate.
They only drive around the campus when they know kids are moving out. They are very rude, and I hope that they never make a dime and have to go out of business. Would never use them even if they have Peyton Manning parking cares for them.
