Turbo towing is the absolute best!!! Great customer service is so rare these days!! If you ever need a tow, please call them!! I promise they are top notch!!!
We needed a tow as our car overheated. We contacted roadside and Turbo Towing was dispatched and showed up ASAP! They came quick, were extremely nice and professional and even recommended us to a shop where we could get the repair done. Can’t stress enough that the guy who completed the tow service was extremely nice, moved quick, and did not make us feel bad or guilty for needing a tow service. Would totally recommend!!

"Unfortunately" I had to use Davenports Towing. I say that not because of problems with the company. The guy who came out to help me was so friendly and helpful. He had the biggest smile in the world. It only took about 30 minutes for him to arrive, which isn't bad considering the time of day. Service was fast, friendly, safe, and they took care of me with a winning attitude.
Called them to tow a truck for me about 15 miles, their guy came at like 9am and didn't manage to get it towed until 3pm. He didn't have any tools either, had to borrow them from my driver plus the dealership told me I have to wait for 2 days because we didn't arrive in the morning. Most unprofessional service I ever got.
Waited over 2 hours for two. Customer service was is horrible. They got loud, yelling etc on the phone. Tow driver was very friendly and helpful. But this company sucked. I can't understand why geico would even contract with them. Waited over 2 + hours in 100degree weather. Dealing with friendly tow driver ((who came from Forest City to pick us up) was the easiest part. These people are unprofessional! And should not be working in customer service. Horrible experience. Bye bye geico. Going back to AAA

I had the best experience with this company! I drove to work and when I came out for lunch my tire was on flat! I work in downtown Memphis but needed my car towed to the dealership in Whitehaven! I called and they were so kind! Within 10 minutes they arrived, came in the building to get me and they towed my car! The process was fast and affordable!! They took great care of my care and texted me when it made it to the destination! They gave my keys to my favorite agent at the dealership and my car was able to be fixed! Thank you so much! King offers great service. He's a super cool guy that knows his stuff. He helped me move my '84 Cadillac Eldorado a couple days ago. He arrived quickly. I’m late with my post but came across this and wanted to share past experience. In February of 2021, Memphis had a bad snow storm. I witnessed firsthand this tow truck on the road helping numerous drivers . Driver’s that were stuck in the cold on the side of the road. He was out for hours with no regard for himself, only to help the stranded citizens in our city. For this I am truly thankful & grateful for C&A Towing. They are a GODSEND . Several people have lost their lives on dead man’s curve and we were blessed. Our car was on a tipping point but did not tip and by the grace of God we didn’t go to to deep. Nice place to deliver. People work fast and they are nice. I was there a day before my delivery and they allowed me to stay in the front of the entrance. It's a small gravel parking lot but it fits at least 3 trucks.

I had a car accident. I called three different companies. I spoke to George at 901 Express, he was friendly and concerned. He dispatched Pierre out in 15-20 minutes. They didn't charge an arm and a leg and came right on. I don't have insurance. Pierre was the person who towed my truck to my house. He has great Customer Service. They were awesome! I was already upset about the accident they made me feel much better . Kind, Encouraging and Professional!!

I ran over something and was stuck on the side of the road and he got me up and going in no time. I give this company 10 stars because I'm always satisfied with the outcome.

Called this company to pick up a family member that was in an accident near Jackson TN driver never showed up left them stranded for 7 hours. The driver gave his personal number and said to call it the price went from 350 to 450 and he stop answering the phone at 11pm. If you can’t do it just say that. Very dangerous sitting on side the road with a disable vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend this company under no circumstances!!!!! Zero stars given

Just finished meeting with Joe at my home. My car gear was stuck in Park last night so we had to get a lyft home. Call Marion this morning and customer service was very friendly and dispatched Joe out right away. He was very nice and pleasant and informed me on how to get gear unstuck and even let me know to call me insurance to see if my policy would reimburse me for what happened. Thanks so much you guys!

Right after I searched for a towing service, I then called the number I searched and spoke with the Owner of “On The Spot Towing Service” the owner immediately sent someone right away. They was literally pulling up within 25-30 minutes right afterwards and may I add, the company were very reasonable with the price. i have a 03 ford excursion which weighs over 9,000 lbs with the cutsom tires and they towed me almost a half hour away for 185$ thats a great deal to me and if ever back in memphis and need a tow i will call them, only problem is they were late by about 2 hours luckily i wasnt in a rush but what tow truck drivers are on time anyway still a life saver considering im from illinois and gotta go!! ps i called 5+ others places they were the only people to promptly reply and let me know whats going on even though they were late they updated me with how much longer itd be.
Dave with Trustworthy Towing Service was professional, timely, and very experienced with his craft. They were called at 9:30 pm and he showed up within 30 minutes and delivered the car more than 30 minutes away from where it was picked up. I highly recommend Trustworthy Towing Service!
When I tell you this company was a God sent! I had the toughest time finding a company with the right equipment for my all wheel drive vehicle. I called and Shalom said yes without hesitation. I had a text within 2mins from Mike stating the time pickup would be; which I think the driver was there before the eta. The driver Paul Williams was knowledgeable and gentle with getting my vehicle onto the flatbed with skates because my car would not come out of neutral, but he knew how to get it done without damage. I never do long reviews,but this one was worth it. Will always be my go to company.

This place is absolutely unprofessional and running and unlawful business. They will lie and take your items to keep for themselves and their staff of ex cons will sell them after trying to intimidate you. They want the registration however it is in the car and they will lie and say it isn't in there. Their staff member on a golf cart put his hand in my vehicle as I was in it and threatened me, calling me names and once I told him what he did he tried to apologize. Debra the supervisor wanted to know why the car was there which has nothing to do with the personal items in it and tried to charge me for the personal items which is illegal.
The person who picked up my vehicle was professional! His company gets zero stars. They took my payment but never told me it was 130.00. I had to direct the driver to my house after I gave them exact directions. They never told him anything. A dispatch called me for payment that I had already made 2 hours prior. Oh and They told me he would be there in 15 minutes. Lies.
I called to setup a tow three days ahead of time and it was for my motorcycle the lady quoted me 175, when they arrived they said it would be 275?? Bait and Switch and then they refused to drop my bike after it was on the truck. Horrible thieves !!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!
I was shocked when after I had made an appointment to have my vehicle towed at 9am, from one shop to a dealership, that at 3:30pm it had not been picked up and I hadn't heard from them. I called and was told that I would need to call back at 8:00 the next morning, with no explanation or anything. So I sent an email, and a message via FB messenger explaining that I had already made an appointment with the dealership at 9:00 the next morning and wasn't sure why it wasn't taken care of. Within about 15 minutes I received a phone call from a driver saying that he was on his way to my vehicle. About 10 minutes after that a very apologetic lady (don't remember her name) called saying she received my email and had a member of her team in route to get my vehicle. That they had fallen behind and was sorry I wasn't updated as to the situation. The following day I received a response from FB messenger, saying that Bartlett towing was a family owned business and the owner had passed away earlier in the week, that with all the commotion and arrangements that needed to be done they had fallen behind. So I say all that to basically say. I was both upset and yet at the end of the day I was taken care of by whom I assume would be a manager or at least someone higher up to "food chain". I am truly sorry for the loss of the owner.
The driver was nice however upon ordering the tow I asked how much was the fee and was told $125 however the total cost was $130. The is an up charge for using credit card which the dispatcher did not inform me, even after asking me if I would be paying cash or credit card. I did not like being lied to and will NEVER use their service again. If you have a choice call quick and fast towing they are much better and don’t have to wait forever like with this company. They repeatedly lied to me about how long it would take and when they would arrive. Lies and more lies!

Would like to give a shout out to Marcellus. I was stranded off of Union Avenue tonight in downtown Memphis not in the safest place and Marcellus came to my rescue. My brakes had locked up causing the car not to start and he kindly came out to see if he could diagnose the issue. Then he thought best to tow it. He hooked the car up and towed me all the way to Hernando Ms. Thank you for helping me and for trying to diagnose the issue. Marcellus was very professional. I highly recommend Your Choice Towing.

They need to get a better dispatcher she has a nasty attitude. Don't even try help a customer on the waiting time. Rude plus their wait time is ridiculous. Only because I'm with AT&T roadside service is the only reason I'm using them. I'm being nice about my rating of them
Tony at B&B is amazing. We were using a rented 20’ box truck to move my disabled sister 4 hours away. We pulled into a truck stop a lovely Good Samaritan was trying to assist. We ended up with the additional problem of a dead battery and keys licked in the truck. Tony helped us with everything and later towed us over 100 miles. Thank you!

I called to get a truck and trailer towed to loves and they first told me that would take them 1 hour- 1 hour and a half to get there but was less time! also the guy that was driving the tow i think Juan Romero did his best and went beyond his job and helped look out and take them to another truck stop since loves parking lot was full, we are so grateful and he delivered our drivers safely... definitely will hire them again if we need it good attention, fair prices
I had an injector go out on my truck in Truman AR. and needed a tow to the dealer in Memphis TN. When I called the dealer they recommended Mace's -towing so I called and talked to Toni, she was pleasant to talk with and told me it would be about an hour for them to show up, think it took about 45 minutes, anyway Justin showed up and had me ready to tow pretty quick. we jumped in his truck and went on to the shop, we talked about the towing industry, and he seemed very knowledgeable. he did a great job. the next day I found out that it would be a few days on fixing my truck so I contacted them again to see if they could deliver my load and they agreed to do it. They sent Jimmy out and he picked up the car and trailer and made my delivery for me. he was very nice as well and kept me up to date on his progress and when he would be back with my trailer. the first and second tow bills were reasonable for the loads, and they were professional about their work. I would recommend them to anyone who needed their services. sorry for the grammar I typed this on my mobile phone
Dispatcher Aaliyah went above and beyond to assist me in my time of need. She is extremely patient, friendly, and courteous. I've dealt with quite a few dispatchers in other companies regarding tows and she by far is the best I've ever encountered. She took her time and didn't rush me off the phone like most tow places do and she genuinely cared and showed empathy for the situation I was in and resolved it. Also I can't forget to mention Alec Jones. He was also by far the best tow truck driver I've encountered. Despite him being very tired from being worked all day and night, he waited patiently for my Lyft driver to show and pick me up to take me home, when he didn't have to do that and for that I am eternally grateful. Thank you so much Aaliyah and Alec!!!!
Broke down just West of Memphis with a 40 ft 35,000 lb diesel RV on Friday night. Maces called before coming out to make sure they were bringing the right equipment. Then Buddy showed up, and he really knew what he was doing. This isn't just a regular tow job, with air brakes, and drivetrain disconnect, all involved. Thanks Buddy, & Mace's for pulling our butt out of the fire.
If I could rate a zero I would! My car was stolen and the thieves abandoned it in an apartment complex. The MPd contacted me on where the car was as well as sent pics. This towing company charged me a bogus Winching fee of $100.00. The detectives and a Impound employee explained to me that the charge was bogus.i called and some older woman said the driver had to do extra work to get the car on the tow truck.Pictures don’t lie and my car was not in a ditch or in a position that the wrecker couldn’t get it! If this is how this company makes money lying 🤥 what a horrible world we live in.Robbing the poor

Great came right on time and great price
Last Friday, Dec 15th around 10:00 pm my family and I were traveling on 240 S and hit a deep pothole. My tire immediately flattened as we pulled over to view the damage “All Around Town Towing”, pulled over within minutes Mr. Mark noticed the flat and offered to change the tire. He set of the perimeter as safely as possible and began the task of removing and replacing it with my spare. He ensured that my spare had an adequate amount of pressure before sending us on our way. Seriously, it was a dangerous task, changing a tire in the dark, with cars speeding by. We were truly grateful and elated that he took electronic payment. Thanks for being both professional and expeditious.

Super nice guy and very friendly. My only complaint is that there was only one method of payment in which I wasn't aware of. I suggest having other payment options for customers who don't keep cash or at least making it know so the customer can get the cash. Outside if that really great service. I will use this business again if I ever need them.

Most amazing experience ever. They made a terrible situation easy to deal with. Got towed and they did some amazing body work. Finished faster than promised and very professional. This company has been horrible to work with. I called the pep boys 1-800 number to get my wife's car towed to pep boys. I call around 2 on 1/19/24. I was given an eta pick up time at 5:39 same day. I never heard from the towing company until I called them at 6:00, 20 minutes after they were suppose to pick up the vehicle. I was told the driver wouldn't be at my vehicle until 7. I proceeded to reschedule the pick up for 9:00 the morning or 1/20/24. I get a call at 8:30 saying they just got the ticket on my vehicle and there was 6 more tows ahead of mine. I then get a call when the driver was fixing to head my way to get my vehicle and was told at that time I was gonna have to pay and additional $125 on top of the $80 tow fee. I was never told that on the front end. I will push my car before I use this company or even recommend this company.
This towing company is magnificent the dispatcher was friendly and professional and the drivers I’ve had interactions with have to be the best in the business! Tim helped me twice ,once to get my car out of the mud when it got stuck,he did it quickly and has a great attitude about his work and the customer, Tim also towed a vehicle for me ,even though he had a minor issue with a vendor he remained professional and got the job done .The third encounter was with Antonio who was very personable on the phone delivered the car to the assigned location and kept me informed throughout the whole process!Great job Trac1 towing💯😊😊😊
They give the incorrect address. Don’t provide names. The dispatcher said his name was “dispatcher” pulled up to the gate. An older white guy (Murdock) in a grey pickup truck was putting a chain on the gate, when asked if I was the correct place, he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about. Did the money transaction outside of the gate. Asked for my license and paperwork, never looked at it. He was only concerned about that money !
The operator who towed my car did not attempt to swindle me. He was honest, professional, and real. I was stuck in a mud puddle in the middle of nowhere. He could get me out but there were risk to my car. He would work hard to safely get my car out. He was honest. My car was retrieved safely. But, if it wasn't, he was direct enough with me. And, this company was the only one brave enough to help me. They do excellent work. They do what they say they will do.
My experience with Trac 1 towing was excellent! The lady was so nice. She dispatched my order as an emergency. Which I thank you so much for doing that! Being on the side of 240 west with the crazy traffic will definitely cause a lot of anxiety! Thank you Trac 1 towing!
