Dad's car battery died and wouldn't hold a charge. I wasn't comfortable leaving his car in that particular area and wanted to get it home. Señor Towing was fast and the price very reasonable. Both dispatcher and driver were friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend.
Called the day before for an 8am tire to a shop. Was told no problem. Called the day of at 8:15, and was told "he's getting gas. He'll be there soon. Called and cancelled just before 9 and just towed it myself. Hung up on me when I called and cancelled. Extremely unprofessional.
Owner yelled at me repeatedly because of coming back to look my car again to find a missing item. Item is black and interior of my car is black, so it could have been missed. I had been there prior to clean out my car, and after going through all of the things I discovered an item was missing. I just wanted to look through the car again before it was towed off to make sure it didn't fall somewhere. That I couldn't or didn't see before. I called the company to see if my car was still there, and if I could go back and look, and they said I could. Owner yelled further when I asked several time for him to stop yelling at me. He not only kept yelling, but yelled worse and louder. Then he threatened to call the cops and have me arrested for trespassing, and he would kick me off his property. Owner accused me of telling them they stole it from my car, or that it was stolen from my car while at their lot. Neither of those things did I say, and tried to tell him that several times but, he would not let me talk, and kept yelling. Owner was not evolved in the conversation I had with the 2 ladies at the counter, they where nice and understood that I just wanted to make sure the item didn't get left behind. This is a horrible way to treat customers, and I will never use them again. I also would highly recommend to be very wary of using their services. No-one needs to be treated that way, and for a male Owner to be yelling at a female customer is completely wrong. I called the place before I went back and asked if I relook through my car, to see if the item was there. Unfortunately it was not, and I am thinking it may not be found. The owners wife did come out with me to the yard while looking through my car. She apologized, but to be yelled at repeatedly, and threatened is not how to treat anybody or a customer.
WAY OVERPRICED, WILL DO ANYTHING THEY CAN TO PAD TICKET ON A PICK UP. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND SIMPLY A JOKE!

I was on foot as my car was broken down. I had left the keys in my vehicle so the tow truck could pick it up even if I wasn't there. Charlie called to say he was on the way to get my vehicle. When I told him I wouldn't be able to get there to meet him because I was walking, he offered to come pick me up and take me home! He certainly didn't have to do that. Great customer service! Charlie was a life saver!
Needed a Jump Start. Called and guy showed up within 25 mins. Friendly service. Thanks.

A+++!!! My college daughter was stranded at night and she was 30 miles away from her dorm. We live in Kansas and I couldn't get to her. I called Amarillo Towing and they were there to help her in no time! Robert was fast and courteous to my anxious daughter, I cannot express the gratitude I feel. THANK YOU for caring - not just for my daughter's car, but for being sweet to her in such an unknown situation! Also, when they called me for payment, I was pleasantly surprised by the price! Absolutely amazing service. I’ve never been in a position where I needed to use a tow truck so when Kyle pulled up for my car, he saw I was nervous, overwhelmed and embarrassed. Kyle talked and coached me through the whole process and made it fast and easy. Will always recommend this company!

They were contracted to transport a rental car trailer to me, about 3 hours away, after my original trailer broke. Even though the information they received from the roadside assistance program was sketchy, the driver took the time to follow up with me, as well as calling when he was near to me so I wss ready for him. Truly awesome service!

Hoping I won't need a towing again in the future but if I do I will certainly be using these guys! A guy named Justin (not sure last name) came and as he did, I was in the worst mood about the situation (because no one usually is necessarily happy when you need a vehicle moved) Justin was personable, prompt, patient, kind and professional. His attitude changed mine for the better and he is definitely who you would want around to come service your car. I appreciated his willingness to hear me out as the whole thing went down. Thank you Justin!! I'd love to give you 6 stars if I could!!
Cierra Towing provided professional service from the time of my first call to the dispatcher to the completion of the tow by the tow truck driver from Portales, New Mexico to Amarillo, Texas. I called several towing companies before I spoke with Cierra Towing. The other companies were not professional or did not have a large enough flatbed to load and haul my Teardrop camper. On a Thursday night I called Cierra about my camper breaking down on the road on my way back to Arkansas. I had one wheel come loose and shred all lug bolts which stranded me in Portales, New Mexico. Due to it being so late and being over 2 hours away from Amarillo I decided to schedule them to tow my camper starting at 8am Friday morning. Friday morning at 8am sharp, Evan the driver was there at Portales at my camper as planned. In spite of Evan picking up an additional car after my camper in Portales to tow to an auction in Amarillo, Evan took my camper first to the RV park due to the RV Mobile Service was ready and waiting to perform the repair work on my camper.
I've used a lot of towing companies, however highly impressed with them .They were prompt. My whole tire was bent in & Daniel took his time & got my truck slid up on the truck with no issues! Thank you

Very unhappy with service and will be initiating a claim. I was never contacted by anyone once my vehicle was recovered. The only reason I knew where the police sent it (2 hours away) is because of my tracking device. But it’s no wonder when they are charging daily rates. So when I finally was able to get an update from my tracker, locate my car (reported stolen) which took me 3 days, my bill was over 700.00! On top of this the two hour commute from Raton to Dalhart was HORRIBLE because there is NO public or private transportation readily available. Essentially we were left stranded in a town with like a hotel and two gas stations, and nothing close by within hours, no vehicle and somehow magically we were to get two hours away to their tow shop. Well we did and we updated them multiple times along the way and we arrived around 10pm only to find out they were closed until 8am! We had JUST confirmed they were meeting us! So in Dalhart you’ll find it’s a run down town with a crappy hotel or two which we were forced to stay at. Another $100. AND THEN….8am the next day THEY BILLED US FOR ANOTHER DAY! GREED! And likely bff with the police which is why they were given the job. Oh not to mention the $275 taxi we ended up having to call from Colorado to drive us the two hours. Luke 12:15: "And he said to them, “Take care, and be on your guard against all covetousness, for one's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions.” Fail. You suck.

I got arrested and the cops had Ricky towing impound my RV and when I got out they claimed I already picked it up. Seriously I was in jail for around 40 days and they won't tell me who the have it to. I had a $3,000 bedroom set my Carpenter tools probably around $5,000 my mechanicals probably around $3,000 plumbing tools around $2,000 not to mention that I lost all my personal belongings I want to use these thieves
I was in a big pinch and these guys got me out of it! Communication was stellar and they got the job done efficiently at a fair price!
THESE SUPER GREADY PEOPLE CHANGED MY INSURANCE 40K FOR FEW HOURS. NOW AM OUT OF BUSINESS. ALSO IF SOMETHING HAPPEN NEAR AMARILLO TX, I DON'T KNOW WHY POLICE ALWAYS CALL RICKY TOWING.
Called them and asked if they had the ability to tow my semi with a loaded trailer, they said yes. When the driver showed up he said he was unable to hook up to my truck due to my cattle guard. Had to call another tow company to come out and tow me. The other toe company said that it was ridiculous that you guys could not tow us with our grill guard. Most of our trucking industry has grill guards on them. If this company cannot tow a truck with a grill guard they need to go out of business. I will never call them again.
Patrick was absolutely the best. I’ve had my car towed before, but quite honestly Patrick provided absolutely the best experience ever. He was polite, kind, and knowledgeable. He made a bad experience much better. Thanks!

I like the staff there and they try and work with you on your car or vehicle that they stored for you while you come up with the money for your car, so thanks everyone for your service and they have reasonable prices as well and very professional too.

I called to verify pur car is there after a wreck to get it to a body shop, and they answer without a business name, then as i ask questions, all she says is yep, uhh huh. Not professional at all!! Never again!!
No ones where there, no ones answer the phone before noon, we waited for two hours before someone came in, like five people waiting as well, one of them really angry. Etc etc
