They have the best customer service, they were quick to respond, friendly and patient and the best part is they speak Spanish and English. Jerry was very helpful and understanding with the towing services we needed, he is now our go to guy!
Needed to have a vehicle towed to our Houston office for repairs as we were unable to find someone local to repair it. Chavez recommended a local mechanic and they were an excellent referral. Chavez was able to tow 3 of our vehicles to the mechanic and it worked out great. Says a lot about a company when they are willing to possibly lose a long tow and give a referral. Highly recommend Chavez.
My car broke down on the highway ,I called a lot of places to come help me but they weren’t of no help. Chavez towing is indeed a lifesaver, very efficient,HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Called them to tow my Truck. T-mobile had a communication outage so communication took over 4 hours but they got me to the tire shop. Owner and driver Jesus were very helpful all along. Charges were very fair compared to all others around. No complaints about them.
I highly recommend Chavez Towing as they provided excellent service and Jerry was so helpful in taping my windshield and back glass for towing. Jerry was professional and friendly and made the experience easy.

I have a car that was being picked up via peddle. Derrick showed up right on time and got everything taken care of right away. He was quick, candid, and took care of business. He even gave some helpful wisdom similar situations in the future. A+ service

How do these people sleep at night ? My first time ever to need a tow truck. I called and the man told me there would be a $89.00 security deposit in case I cancelled before they arrived. I told him I couldn’t afford that so he dropped the deposit to $59.00. My tow was within 10 miles so that cost was a flat cost of $30.00. Some sort of other $95.00 charge. Grand total $184.00. He explained that the $59.00 charge would be credited back to my debit once my car was towed. The final cost would be $125.00. I asked him twice to confirm the final cost is $125.00 and he assured me. He told me he had a truck close and could I be there in 15 minutes. I had to scramble at work and get someone to drive me to my car. I waited 2 hours! I called twice and both times they told me he was on the way. The guy finally showed and towed my car. After I drove the car off the tow truck and by the way I also drove it up on the tow truck. My radiator had a hole. He charged my card $184.00 and I signed. The driver swiped my card again and told me he was crediting my card the $59.00 and when I asked how soon it would hit my account he said immediately and I with receive a receipt by text. Well I’m 6 days in and nothing. I’ve called 4 times and today the guy was rude and told me I signed for the $184.00 and if the driver swiped my card twice the credit would be showing in my account. Basically calling me a liar! He told me he would call the driver and call me back ! Never happened. They are the liars ! Shame on this company!!! Please do not use this tow company! There are plenty of others.
When I was backed up on the side of the road for multiple hours, I was so tired and frustrated and I needed to get to work and didn't know what to do. Luckily, I called CLC Towing and they came to my rescue. They were so helpful and got me out of my situation and I was on my way. I couldn't be happier with the service and I will always call them when I need towing or any roadside assistance.
If you live in Houston and ever need a tow, I highly recommend this company! Everyone was not only friendly but also very professional. They even let me tow my car quickly and drive home for free! I was not given an exact quote over the phone prior to booking and that should have been a major red flag. I am now out of $164 and initially they tried to charge me $188 for the tow. After talking to the driver they discounted $24 which is actually nothing. The driver actually didn't work for the company he was just contracted. I had my car towed 4 miles within the same city. They did not advise me of the possibility of addional other charges if they had trouble loading the car. I do not reccomend any one book with them ESPECIALLY WOMEN THEY ARE NOT WOMEN FRIENDLY.
I used CLC Towing's services when my car broke down in Carrollton. They were very quick to respond and their tow truck was very well-maintained. I was very impressed with their professionalism and would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of a tow.

Don't even think of calling this company. I spoke to Isaac and him saying they will be out in 45 minutes to an hour is just a hook for you to accept the offer. They then take your credit card up front so you are forced to accept Lateness and Bad Service and Drivers that are NOT CARROLLTON DRIVERS but they have drivers come from Fort Worth??? Do not let the company name FOOL YOU. This Company is NOT LOCAL. I waited an hour and 1/2 for this Wrecker Driver to show up. The driver that showed up was not even with the company but was with ONE CALL TOWING and the numbers on the side of the Truck did not even match the company that I called? So Confusing. I expected better. Took me 2 days to get a receipt from them as well.

Didn't damage anything. The dispatch charge me and then the driver charged me but they fixed it quickly
Called for pricing was told 89 dollar dispatch and 4 dollars per mile which was true but wasn’t told until invoicing that I was told there is also a 95 dollar loading fee 20 dollar card fee and additional 5% B.S. charge that made my initial roughly $165.00 tow $302.00 so I am far from happy

Jaymian(so sorry if I didn’t get the spelling right) came to tow a car for me today. He was the best. Very nice person and professional. And when he dropped the car off to my girlfriend, he was really nice to her as well. He took care with the car and did everything you want a tow provider to do. If he is a representation of the employees this company hires, I’d 100% get a tow from them any time. Thanks again man!
