Fantastic towing company! Our car broke down 35 miles from our home, so we had to leave the car there and take an Uber home and figure out how we were going to get our car to a shop for repair. Enter Alex and Zak's Towing Service -- the heroes of the day! Alex made the drive out to our car, had it on his flatbed in just under fifteen minutes, and to a shop in Dallas in less than an hour. Daniel helped me out. He towed my car. I told my husband he hooked that car up so fast! I was like "whaatt". I showed him a photo where my car was parked, in a sort of tight spot. He said "I can get that car out of there". He backed in & used the mechanical arm to lift & pull the vehicle. He basically didn't even need to touch the vehicle. He must be a pro in towing. If I could give Israel 15 stars, I would! He helped me with a very challenging removal of a car from my garage and delivered it to its owner. The car had been sitting for 10 years, was without a good battery or inflatable tires, and the engine did not turn over. He used all of his tools to slide the car to the angle he needed. Then he winched the green immovable object onto his truck. He promptly delivered it to the owner who was 190 miles away. He was friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator! I could not recommend him more highly!

The driver got there very quick, which is excellent. Unfortunately, when the car was left at the dealership, the driver did not mention it to them and the car sat in the parking lot with the keys in it for 12 hours. Aside from delaying the overall experience and that miscommunication, it went well. We would use again and hope for better communication.
I couldn't be more thankful for AJ coming to my rescue at 11pm on I-30 when my transmission tanked at 70mph in my Yukon. I was absolutely terrified being in the center median between the freeway and a 3 lane exit. He was swift and professional ensuring that my safety was top priority. I had an incredible great experience with Dallas towing. A 20-ton dump truck drove into a low spot on my property and couldn't get out. We tried using another 20-Ton dumptruck to pull him out, but nothing work. I called about 8 towing companies and got VM's and long wait times. Then I called Dallas Towing & Recovery and within 15-minutes they had a driver on the way to my property. The woman handling the matter in the office had exceptional customer service skills and very communicative. The driver came out and he was extremely careful as he checked and re-checked each step for safety. This was near maximum capacity for his 25-Ton winch because the truck was in a low spot and sunk in. But using 3 cables he was successful. In the end they charged me less than the estimate. Every towing company should use this feedback as part of their training module for their team members. Definitely, a 5-star company!

These guys were incredibly helpful and truly remarkable. The situation involved my car being parked on the second level of an underground garage with extremely low ceilings. Initially, they dispatched one vehicle, but it couldn't fit due to its height. However, without hesitation, they sent a second toing vehicle and even brought a truck along. With their expertise, they managed to start my car and safely maneuver it out of the confined space of the underground garage. The delivery to the repair location was swift and efficient, showcasing their excellent service. Muhammad was SUCH a GREAT help to me today! My car wouldn’t start, and the clearance for my garage was too low for the tow truck. Said they would get there in 20 min. 30 min later still no truck. We call back and are told it will be there in 12 min. 30 min later still no truck. We call again and they say the driver is on the way. 30 min later the driver gets there. Even though we explained that the car was stuck in the mud over the phone multiple times, the driver brought the wrong truck and just decided to bail on us. Absolute pathetic excuse of a company. Look elsewhere

I went out to my car after 1pm to run 🏃♀️ errands to my surprise 😮 my car wouldn't start. I am grateful to God I was 🏡 home instead of getting stranded in these streets. I actually made a call to the repair shop . I was there just last month had the starter replaced , oil pan replaced and purchased a new 3 year battery. I made my request for road assistance with a tow around 13:21. I received a text stating Tow Jam is expected to arrive at my home 🏡 in an hour 14:21. I received a phone call, I normally don't answer an unknown number but I had requested help. I received a call at 13:55 . The voice on the other end sounded like a recorded voice 🤣😅, which I shared with Donald as I headed to the garage to let the garage door open. He arrived safely 25 minutes earlier than the estimated time bravo . Before placing my car on the flat bed, I asked Donald if he would attempt to jump start my car. He obliged as he was doing that I was getting my things so I could ride with him to the repair shop. The car just would not start , Donald said he thought it was the starter because the new battery had a good charge. I explained to him I had purchased the new battery and starter last month. We arrived safely and thankfully there was a empty parking spot available at the shop . Their parking lot is small but Donald backed the truck up and asked me to get behind the wheel like I did at my house 🏠. I had no problem with that , he needed me to keep my foot on the brake as he gently allowed my car be removed from the flat bed. So for my gratitude I couldn't thank him enough . I did mention I am very popular 😆😅 on google maps and would be writing ✍️🏽 a favorable review. Will someone let Donald know it wasn't the starter even the service advisor thought the same when I explained the problem. I actually called them first before doing my roadside assistance. The service advisor said a new starter had been ordered to arrive in approximately 45 mins. Turns out the problem was a loose ground wire was found . Please let Donald know I would appreciate it. Side note 📝 his truck smelled nice 👍🏽 I didn't pay close attention but he had on a cap with long braids I think 🤔 hanging not dreads 🤷🏽♀️ with cowboy hats inside the truck .

Tried to illegally tow my car. It was parked in a normal spot, in the lines, no handicap or hourly signage, not reserved - just a simple, normal parking spot. Got there right before the wheel lift got under my car and the driver demanded to see my insurance before she would let me leave. I said I was going to call the police and she moved. Predatory company! I see the owner arguing with other 1 star reviews saying they're fake. This tow truck was definitely carrying your name and phone number, it was black and silver. I didn't think to get the license plate. If someone is out there doing this with your equipment, and without your knowledge, it's your responsibility to stop it.
I called them around 11:30 PM last night needing a tow on the freeway because a pick up truck had dropped his spare tire and it damaged mine and three other vehicles. My car was undrivable and I was trying to find somebody who could come help me without asking for $200+ and when I called a nice woman answered and she was very patient and kind, I was able to get towed within 30 minutes and the tow truck driver was kind too and told me everything was okay while I was sobbing looking at my car. 10/10 would recommend they only charged me 140 which is way better than everywhere else I tried calling.

They were excellent when I needed a tow truck service in Dallas at the last minute. The driver made the entire process stress-free and arrived on time!
The tow man was excellent, punctual, and polite. That being said, the man on the phone said the mileage few would only be $65 max on top of the initial $55 fee if it was within city limits. He failed to mention that there was a 10k limit within the city before additional mileage cost would be added on. I had already told him my beginning location at the beginning of the call and after he explained the pricing I ask if the $65 dollar fee would be the max I would pay for the distance and he said yes. Pretty annoying for rhe bill to be $80 more than I expected.
Sam was very nice and professional. Helped me push my classic car out of my storage unit and got her safely out to my mechanic. Would recommend him again, and am saving his number in my phone for anything I need in the future.
Find a different towing company!! My BMW 335i broke down on the side of the highway in Dallas. I called and told the guy that I was shopping around and was interested in a quote. He quickly gave me the numbers and immediately proceeded to ask for my debit/credit card info. I asked him to slow down and break down the charges multiple times just to be clear. He tells me that the charges would include a hookup fee of $59 dollars, $65-95 depending on the difficulty of the tow, and then $4 a mile. I said ok and gave him my information. I got the tow and my car was taken to a local BMW shop without any issues. When we get there, the tech gives me a completely different price than what i was quoted. I asked for a breakdown of the charges and he said $59 for hookup, $95 for the "difficult tow" (max amount even though we were just on the shoulder of the highway), $4/mile for 14 miles, and THEN mentions a new highway fee of $35. I explain to him that I was NEVER told about this fee even after asking the towing representative for a detailed breakdown of the charges. The tech then tells me to call them back and deal with them so I did all while sitting there in this guy's tow truck. The customer representative tells me that he'd send our call recording to the driver. So we're in the tow truck listening through this techs car speakers to the actual recording of the call. NEVER did he once mention a $35 "highway" fee. The tech then changes his story and argues with me anyway, saying that he risked his life trying to tow my car and that tows don't come cheaper than this. He keeps on and tells me that anyone else wouldn't have gotten to me as fast as he did. I told him that I was okay with all of the prices that I was given and quoted (EVEN for the "difficult" $95 tow fee that was supposed to be between a range of $65-95). The one thing i was not okay with was the random $35 "highway" fee. TBH, i don't care about the $35 but it's the principle of it all. My car is still hooked up on the tow trailer and I was given a new price. It was like my car was being held for ransom. Pay this or you don't get your car back. Really? I try to refrain from leaving bad reviews, but I would hate for anyone to go through this situation especially someone with incoming expenses for car repairs like me in this situation. AWFUL!! FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO TOW YOUR CAR!!

Got Ripped off! They say $55 for a service call and $3 a mile..... sound legit. But..... $75 once they get there to load your vehicle (no that's not included in the service call). They won't bring a flat bed, but will up charge you again to use old school tow truck straps and lights. Even though they picked the service vehicle to send. Then expect 2-3 more misc. charges for connections, labor, drop off. If you dispute and charges, instead of dis using they will say "pay the charges, or pay the charges + impound fee. They also refuse to take your vehicle off the tow truck until you pay. Sound like they do this a lot.
Please do not use them They are thieves. They will never give you the correct price. As soon as your car is loaded on the truck they will trick you into paying more money. They told me $89 to tow for a 5 mile distance. At the end i was charged $239. Do not use 360 towing service.They are fraudsters

Amazing & friendly service! Aiden was very professional and supportive. He gave me a very fair price and even picked me up down the street to go retrieve my car. I def recommend this place over other companies in desoto. When I called around people were quoting me SO high and being a little rude. Was so grateful to find this service.
I recently had some major engine problems and needed some roadside assistance. took my car to Don Valle Tires Shop & Towing Service and they were able to diagnose the issue quickly and give me a quote that was fair and reasonable. They did the work efficiently and were done in half the time they estimated. I'm so glad I chose Don Valle's, they provided great service in engine replacement!

Called and asked, how long would it be for a tow at my location. I was told 30 minutes......Actually what she should have said was, could take up to an hour and a half. Just be honest to your callers. Pretty sure people ask how long it would be because they have a schedule to keep. After the tow was passed time for my scheduled service; I called over and over being put on hold continously and to boot, being told I couldn't have a full refund because of cancelation fee. I told her, if I wasn't lied to originally saying 30 minutes......I could have called some other towing company.
Mr. Jerome was a blessing! He was very professional. If I ever needed a toe truck for any reason, I am surely calling back! I am truly greatful for his awesome service!
We can’t thank Eric from Danny’s Towing enough! He came through for us at 2am when we really needed help, and his professionalism and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. He arrived quickly, handled everything with care, and went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and taken care of. It’s rare to find someone so dependable in the middle of the night, but Eric delivered top-notch service. Alright, where to start. The office staff are not very knowledgeable of the wrecker industry. That should already be a sign of doom. Then you have several people transferring you around from one office to another just to set up service. So, I scheduled a wrecker to be out at 8am. At 8:30am I call and request to know where the wrecker was located. Now they wanted a credit card on file. I give them a credit card and ask for them to get someone out. They assured me they would be out now. I get a call saying that they are sending out a flatbed instead of the heavy duty wrecker I requested. Mind you, I spoke to 4 different people and requested the same equipment from all. I check back at 10:30am. Now I am being told that they will be out with the wrecker within the hour. This is not the requested time, but they already wasted so much of my time. What's another hour? Fast-forward to 12:30pm, no wrecker in sight. I decided to call back the office. The initial person who I spoke with refused to speak to me on the phone now. I had ANOTHER person from the office tell me it'll be another 3 hours. Given their inability to even show up at 8am today. I just assume 3 hours will equate to 3 days. I advise anyone trying to do business with this company to stay away. I mean, look at all the other reviews. They're here for a reason. Such an unprofessional company.

Called and they had a tow truck there in less than 10 minutes on a Friday evening! The driver was very professional and knowledgeable about how to get our car out of a sticky situation.
