My husband's car stopped working on our way to a restaurant and we called Akers. We couldn't believe how fast and friendly they were when they got to us to tow my husband's car. The man who helped us had amazing customer service, and we honestly couldn't have asked for any better. This is the place you should call if you have any towing issues.

We called for a tow truck and this company showed up in less than 30 minutes. They towed the car to the shop and dropped my husband off at home less than an hour after we called them. Amazing service! Akers Towing has our business from now on. Rueben was super kind and friendly! Highly recommend.
Somehow my friends car got towed but we still had a pretty positive experience. The man on the phone when you call starts out acting like he has a problem with you. I had to explain the situation to him about five times about a mis-charge on my account just for him to tell me it was my problem. He also told couldn't answer any questions about location or anything over the phone he just told me I had to go. But when we went in to get the car the lady working the front was a breath of fresh air compared to most. She was very nice in explaining the situation, she was helpful in getting our car back, and she was overall a good conversation in a bad situation. My family has several businesses in the Denton area and apart from the initial completely unhelpful answering service, I would completely recommend them.
