I had called several other tow companies in the area, for 2 days. I was shopping around for the most economical. I spoke to Jose, the owner/dispatcher. He gave me a fair price, and said, "we just dropped another vehicle in that area. I can have my driver there in 10-15 minutes." I had to convince the man to give me 30 minutes, as I had the keys for said vehicle. Lol. I beat the driver (Anthony) there by 5 minutes. He was quick and professional. Made sure that the vehicle had no clearance issues. Was loaded up, and gone in 10 minutes. This is including him applying a jump pack (portable battery to jump start vehicles) in order to get the car in neutral. Because I had a side errand to run, I wasn't able to be on site for delivery. I spoke to Jose again, and asked for the car to be unloaded in a particular spot, and he made it happen. All in all, very quick, professional, and most of all, fair on pricing. I will definitely keep their number, for any future needs.
Scheduled the Tow in advance and UpLyft was on time as promised and very professional and personalized service.

I made a reservation a day before and they were very helpful. Gave me a quote, didn't push on the phone and allowed me to make a choice. The next day, the tow truck driver (Marshall) was an absolute professional. After the car was taken to designated location, he explained thoroughly about what was being paid and what we were signing. Don't normally leave 5 stars, I would leave more if given the option.

Charles was very knowledgeable and professional. He attempted to resolve the vehicle issue and he fully assessed the vehicle before he towed it. He also informed me of the damage from the previous tow truck last night. Overall great service and a very professional service. The issue was the wait time for arrival, which took several hours. Additionally, the text messaging service for updates does not reflect reality. I was getting messages of the service being completed, when the tow truck had not even arrived yet. When I called, I was told estimated arrival times that never occurred. Called for service: 0805 am Service arrived: 1230 pm
We broke down on loop 375 exit 41. We were scared and in the middle of fast crazy traffic. The Driver kept in constant communication with us, dropped off our vehicle safely and even made sure no damages were made during the transport.
Had issues getting in contact with the warranty for my vehicle to get towed. Allstate got me a scheduled pickup off the bat and didn't take any time at all to get it loaded up and taken to a repair shop. Quick and easy and much appreciated 👍

This is the best towing company in town. They are so friendly, so helpful and over all just good people. I wish you could give 0 stars, and the only reason I would is because the tow truck never came to my location. I’ve been speaking with someone for the past 2 days and even scheduled a pick up time and provided the locations, confirmed the pricing and everything. I called today to still confirmed we were still good to go and he told me yes. Highly recommend these guys!! Gilbert came and picked us up in the middle of the night on the side of I10. He was very friendly and quick!! 65 years old and he's out there doing the damn thing! We told him that we had a load in the back so he let us stay the night in our truck at the tow yard and had his guys help us unload our truck and load it onto the truck that came to recover. Then he took us to freightliner. Overall a very quick and pleasant experience!!

Amazing people very straight forward and talk to you like a person rather than a number on a paper. They even shared the live location during the towing process so I could see where along the road they were for the car delivery
BEWARE of doing business at the plaza where Corralitos on Airway Blvd. is located. After enjoying a delicious dinner at Corralitos on Airway Blvd., we were stunned to come out of the restaurant and find that our vehicle was gone! We returned to the restaurant and reported what had happened. The staff told us that the vehicle was most likely towed because "that happens often " due to the fact that the owner of the plaza where Corralitos is located, is also the owner of the towing company (as reported by the manager on duty). The manager informed us that her car had also been towed while she was at work. The towing company claimed that the vehicle was parked illegally (although it wasn't). After finding a ride, we finally got the vehicle back, to the tune of $221.00! We will NEVER support any business located at 1160 Airway Blvd.!

Person was friendly & so was staff at the tow yard. Only complaint is that I feel they're very expensive. Wanted to charge me $150 to take my vehicle home which was literally 2minutes away. I've had other towers charge me less when location was near. The $150 was the same charge if taken to their yard which was in the Northeast (30miles away from my location) so honestly, it didn't make sense to me.
These guys are ON POINT!! Stan so courteous professional and helpful. Ill be calling on these guys again. If you value your car call these guys when you need a tow. THANK YOU

The Gentlemen treated me like if I call the towing company every day! It was raining and when he contacted me on the phone he had a lot of noise that made it impossible for me to hear what he was saying. Anyways. Poor service! I have used this service way in the past and it was an excellent service. Unfortunately one person makes the difference.
Charged me $150 to deliver a car 1 mile. I almost died in the accident. Horrible, thieves. Do not trust this Hispanic ran company. They belong in Mexico. Not America! Get out of our country with your fraudulent 'company' they probably don't even have a Business license. And they better watch out because my lawyer is working the case;) 0 star company. Thank you for your service. The estimated time was between 30-45 minutes the tow truck arrived in about 20 minutes. Fast and friendly!
They were great and got there fast. I had already called other tow companies and they were the only ones that picked up and great customer service the lady that answered the phone and tow truck driver too excellent.
Called for a tow late at night, the dispatch advised me if I could wait till the next day, it would be cheaper. I took her advise and called back the next day. The dispatcher also gave me a 15-20 minute time window and the tow arrived in that window! Great service all around.

Had a tractor and trailer in the area get stuck in fresh gravel and they got it sorted and moving on time to make its appointment. Also because it was close to their shop they were there and had the truck moving in less than 45min from the time I called.

Eddie went above and beyond. We were broken down at an RV park in Tucson and he came quickly to our rescue and got us back on the road and his prices were very fair. Hopefully we won’t need him again but if we do we know he will the first call. Cannot recommend him enough!
DO NOT COME HERE! Took it in for overheating, they changed thermostat. First said unavailable at dealer, but I called dealer and they had them in stock. Picked it up and while driving back home, coolant level sensor came on I called and they said just to put coolant, which that should’ve been done. Intake was broken also.Called and they said they’d make it right. It is now leaking antifreeze, which it wasn’t doing before I took it in. Now, no replies to messages. Will have to spend more money to fix their error.

Called EPIC TOWING at 4pm and was told they would be there in 45mins but to give it an hr just in case, which I did. Msgd them at the hr and was told they would be there in 15mins. Followed up again with a call 45mins later and was told to wait another 15-20mins later. Waited around 15mins more and just called another towing service (APEX) and they should up in 20mins. Not sure how much more I would have waited but was going on 3hrs. Sooooo...yeah. Just wanted to put that out there.

Do NOT call this company! It’s a call center who then contracts other local towing companies for a lower price! They charge $300 for short distances and pay the towing company $100. You’re better off calling a local company in El Paso and paying the $100.
Very fast service. Great customer service. Arrived very promptly. I felt a little $$ probably higher than most towing services in El paso. Their service made the $ manageable.
Wait was only 90 minutes and David was very nice.

I highly recommend 915 Towing & Recovery! I am greatly thankful for 915 Towing & Recovery! My father and I have been on the road all day and had problems with the tire drum. Therefore we needed help to change the tire and God send his angels 915 “Towing & Recovery” they came to our rescue when we needed it the most, we are from out of state and they happened to be around us at the moment of our tragedy. They came in seconds, and got our truck back on 4 tires. I don’t have the words to express my gratitude to big boss and their team members. They are super nice with such great customer service! Buyer beware Watch for this shady company if you get in a wreck my trucks been sitting for years these guys own Elite Auto Collision and the reviews match find someone else to tow you especially from a wreck.
The driver, David was polite but politely screwed us over. When he picked up the vehicle he told us he had a mechanic friend that he could tow the car to. We told him we didn’t want to struggle getting it home if they couldn’t fix it. He offered to help tow it back. Long story short the mechanic didn’t work on the car and was charging $380 to release the car after messaging us that he wouldn’t charge for storage fees and David didn’t help us! We were stuck with a drained battery from hazard lights, a car that wouldn’t start either way, and NO help getting it towed! We were conned by both.
Requested through my insurance roadside assistance at 10:12, it’s been 3 hours and they haven’t shown up yet; my insurance called them for status, they advised they would be here in 30 mins, 30 passed and I called Apex myself directly, now it’s another “20 or so”, now they said they had issues with their trucks. Well then pass on the request to someone who can actually do the job
I highly recommend Apex! Ernie & Lorenzo went above and beyond and were extremely helpful! Lorenzo use to have a car similar to mine so he suggested what the issue could be. I had tons of questions but they didn’t make me feel like I was a bother to them. The lady who scheduled it was so nice and had great customer service! Everyone had great communication and kept me updated on the eta. I love doing business with respectful & honest people. If you want quality service give them a call!
TERRIBLE COMPANY. Towed my truck. The claim to be 24/7 and none of my 20 CALLS were answered WORST COMPANY. I was parked for 10minutes and they towed my truck from a local business parking lot to which I was a customer. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Excellent service, these guys were very helpful in towing a friends vehicle off the freeway. I thought the pricing was reasonable, especially for the emergency conditions they can work under.
Awesome towing service! Called 2 other companies and none were as fast as this one. Communication was also great. Very simple and fast, definitely recommend and will for sure use this company if the need arises again. :)

No doubt about it, the customer service at this tow company is awful ! It's no wonder their ratings are so low and the reviews just keep on coming with the negative experiences that people have had with this company. The guy I spoke with last night, was very nice. But the guy today...horrible ! He mumbles in an almost inaudible tone when he speaks, isn't friendly, chews on the phone and doesn't offer any ways of being helpful. He charged an extra day with added fees and taxes ( wherever they pull these numbers from ) when it was still within the 24 hr. period of holding the car.
Came to get my boyfriend's truck after he had an accident yesterday and they are taking forever, they charge way too much to just take it out and then the people who work here have nice new vehicles. That's a clue as to where the money goes.
Refused to allow me to retrieve my belongings. Rude customer service. Constantly tried to start fights.

If your ever in a situation,jam, predictment ask for Ray at AD Towing, the guy was awesome, professional and went up and beyond what was called for , I was really stressed out and had a lot of anxiety, not only did he assured me everything would be ok, he went out of his way to help me out, I would give Ray 10 Stars instead of 5 if I could , if all the employees at AD Towing are like Ray amazing, Thankyou Ray your simply the BEST !! And I mean that sincerely.

I was on I-10 and called them and they came in just the right time, I deeply am great-full the hard working employees that they have, and I saw some Big Buff Lad with one of the workers, he does such a great job!
I had an exceptional experience with this towing company! Their prompt response and quick arrival when my truck got stuck in the sand were impressive. I think they have a cheapest rates in the area. The service provided was excellent, and I greatly appreciate their efficiency and professionalism. Highly recommend!
