Man, Panther View Auto Tow LLC came thru like a champ! I was stuck on the side of the road out here in this Texas heat, but they pulled up quick, no runaround, no hassle. Bro was cool, professional, and handled my whip like it was his own. Didn’t tax me on no bogus fees either — straight up, fair price. If you ever need a tow in the DFW or nearby, hit Panther View. They solid, real ones forreal. 10/10 recommend, no cap!
My vehicle and I were stranded on the side of the highway. I was very satisfied with the service provided. The driver arrived in no time, was very professional & did his job quickly. Better late than never! I originally had assistance to this company way back in January. So I apologize for my delayed review. The towing service was awesome. At first. It was going to be too expensive. The man was a patient with me while I called around. He even attempted to try to help me find a mechanic that I could have my vehicle towed to have it looked at suggestions were not able to assist as far as mechanics due to the severity of my issue on my vehicle. He was Work with me i’m getting my vehicle towed and getting a payment within a reasonable price and I even forgot to get my keys back for them and luckily since I was still in the area, they were able to meet me at a store and bring me my keys, but the gentleman were awesome. I do recommend this company. Thank you. .

We received great service from Pedro. Our son got in a car wreck on his way home from college and we had to pick him up and leave the car because we live 2 hours from the location. We called this company, Pedro got a mechanic to look at the car the next morning. He also found a body shop that could repair the vehicle and towed the car there. Very nice, reliable, fast and just downright good people. I've had my 95 Corvette towed today from 1 repair shop to another. I called around to about 10 different tow companies in the area despite how far he had to come to get me. JP towing had the lowest price and the dispatch even called me as a courtesy to give an update. My guy who towed my car was so friendly, fast and competent on what to do. I had trouble finding the destination spot to drop off and he didn't have an attitude or acted agitated. He just went with the flow and was patient till we got there. I definitely recommend them. Especially in the end when I found out they are a family business.

I had my car stolen and needed it towed from impound to the auto shop. Solomon is the BEST tow truck driver! He was nice, and was even at the impound before me. He got my vehicle taken care of. Rodeo Towing is awesome. Having a vehicle towed can be a frustrating and scary experience. Not so with Rodeo towing. This group is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My late model Ram pickup needed to be taken to the shop. Todd was extremely helpful. First off, these guys were the most friendliest individuals I’ve ever met! Quick and efficient and the price is hard to beat! They even parked my car under the covered parking for me, which with bad weather coming it is so appreciated! Definitely recommended and I will use them again!

Not sure anyone expects to have to call a tow truck, but today was my day. Thankfully I contacted Rocket Tow, and they had a driver and truck to me within 10 - 15 minutes. Driver was very knowledgeable and was able to free my vehicle (which was stuck on a landscape rock) quickly and without any damage. These guys are great!! Today 2/20/2017 i needed to get a tow from my grandparents house to about 3 miles down the road to repair shop. The driver Kyle, had AMAZING customer service . He told me about the account they had with my repair shop (which he didnt have to,he could have just pocketed the money) which saved me some cash on my towing cost. Kyle and his drivers have been a life saver. I’ve used him multiple times over the years for towing many different vehicles here in Fort Worth.
My car stalled on the shoulder of Mansfield Highway while I was in route to an important meeting. I took a Lyft ride to get to my meeting on time and left my car on the shoulder. While in route to my meeting I called Titan Towing and notified them of my need for tow after my meeting was over. The tow truck was at my car waiting before I got there and he towed it back to my house so I could sleep at ease knowing it was safe. Price was very fair and the driver was very courteous.

I had called a few other places and gotten voicemails on some on others the said they would call back and did not. Then I called golden wheel and in about 5 minutes they put me in contact with the driver Oracio who was extremely professional and quick about both picking up the vehicle and dropping it off. All at 1am on a Saturday night. Outstanding service 10/10.
I got in touch with Golden Wheel Towing Fort Worth when I needed a tow truck service in Fort Worth, and they were excellent. The group was cordial and helped out quickly during a tense moment.
After ending up in a ditch on a rainy morning during rush hour traffic, Golden Wheel Towing was on it's way to get me within 15-20 minutes of calling. The quick response time and follow-up check in from the tow truck driver were appreciated. They made a bad morning better.

Absolutely FANTASTIC service! Extremely professional and prompt response time. My car broke down in the way to work this morning and I had to walk the rest of the way in (Around 2 miles). I called shortly after my lunch break and explained that I had kept the keys with me and that my vehicle was a short distance down the road, but I was unable to meet him. He advised that it was no issue and that he would pick up the keys from my work. He showed up in about 30 minutes, picked up my keys, and sent over a photo once the car was on the truck. And sent the final photo of my car once he dropped it at my requested location. Going through something like this can be an absolutely miserable process, but with kind people like the ones from Rush Towing.. It makes the day just a little brighter!

Would not recommend this place. The men that work here are very unprofessional. A few days ago I accompanied my aunt to clean their office, when we went inside there were about 6 men inside drinking beer. We tried to stay out of their way and one of them asked if we wanted beer, we kindly said no then they asked if we wanted tequila, again we said no. At that point I felt uncomfortable so I helped my aunt take out the trash so we could hurry up and leave. When we were walking out the door one of them asked if we were done, my aunt said yes and asked if everything was ok, they said yes so we left. Next day my aunt gets a call and turns out the men in the office complained about her cleaning and didn’t want her to come back. My aunt has been cleaning their office for a few months now and all of a sudden they don’t like her cleaning. I just don’t want any other women to feel as uncomfortable as we did that day and then get fired for not accepting their drinks.
I would not recommend McIntire Equipment Company out of Fort Worth to anyone. They are not very honest and will not own up to responsibility. On July 2, 2020 while in route to Fort Worth from Denton on I-35 I moved to the left lane to go around a F.B. McIntire Equipment Company Crane truck. As I started approaching the left side of this truck something fell off of it hitting my windshield and busting it. Whatever it was it wasn’t small and had some weight to it. It literally sounded like a bomb went off in my vehicle when it hit. At the time there were no other vehicles in front of us anywhere close. There were some behind us. I then dropped back a little bit and had my wife take a picture of the truck and get the contact information off of it. I then immediately contacted the company and spoke to a gentleman named Colten. Colten was nice and seemed concerned. He asks us to take pictures and send to him in which we did immediately. He said he would forward the pictures and complaint to his general manager and would get back with us. I gave it a little time and didn’t hear anything so I reached out to Colten on Friday July 3rd to see where they were with this so I could get my windshield fixed. He said he would contact his general manager Mike T and call me back. Never heard back from him. On Tuesday July 7th I called Colten back. He said he would connect me with his general manager. I spoke to his general manager Mike T. Mike asks me if I talked to my insurance company. I told him it should not be my insurance company or my responsibility to cover. Mike said he was not saying either of us would have to cover it but he liked dealing with the insurance company. I immediately contacted my insurance company and had them contact Mike. My insurance company called me back and said Mike told them that he would not accept responsibility for the damage. What a coward! If he were going to be so Chicken S--- to do that why didn’t he tell me that? Wasting people’s time. Since they will not own up to responsibility and are going to cost me money to repair the damage they caused I will be sure and let all my big contracting buddies know to rent their equipment and do business with anyone else but McIntire. Maybe their equipment needs to be inspected by Safety & Standards & DOT?

With a flat tyre and no spare, I was left stranded on the side of the road in Fort Worth, Texas. Thankfully, I called this company's towing services in Fort Worth, Texas, and they were there to save me in little more than 30 minutes. The tow truck arrived on schedule, and the driver was kind and knowledgeable. He drove me to the closest mechanic after loading my vehicle onto the truck. I am so appreciative of this towing company's prompt and professional service. They come highly recommended to anyone in Fort Worth, Texas who needs towing services.
Unexpected breakdown on the side of the highway, called them and they sent a guy out within 45 minutes and they handled the rest. They tookto the vehicle right to the dealer for service And I was able to continue about my business here during the holidays. I will definitely use their service again if I’m stuck somewhere in Fort Worth. Well done!!
They don't have tow trucks. They only have offices that don't exist in different parts of the city. They take the call and pass the service on to other companies that do have tow trucks. Therefore, they charge above the normal price to keep a commission.

Father in law passed in his vehicle and they did secure it and tow it however they shouldn't have charged full price to pick up his vehicle. On top of a sudden death and loss of a parent we had to pay out pocket. Sad
I feel like I got scammed. Had a flat on the freeway, while im waiting on my wife the come take me to get tire fixed, a black suv pulled up with police lights on. A guy gets out, put a fluorescent green x on the back window and told me the x lets police know not to tow my car. When we get back to fix tire, my car had been towed! We find out my car was at Purrfect Towing, called and they said all I need is cash and ID. Usually to get your car from being towed you need ID, insurance and titlle. A flat cost me $300.00. I feel I got scammed.
Got into a situation while visiting the area and police had to call a tow truck for me. Quite a stressful experience but Carlos was very kind and explained everything to me, gave me a ride back to my apartment since I lived nearby. I can tell these people are trustworthy and would recommend to others.
Having your vehicle towed is never a good experience but the folks at Purrfect are Rockstars. They make that unpleasant experience a little easier with their friendly and personable staff. From the driver who picked up my vehicle to the lady running the office. I have dealt with many tow lots and NEVER was it pleasant. We called to tow our van from Ft. Worth to Carrollton and were quoted quickly and reasonable price. About three hours later we got a text saying he had the car and was on the way to us with it. Paid him on arrival and he was very professional and courteous! Would recommend highly!

A company named 24 hour that is not 24 hour. I called this company around 5 am and not only did they not answer but 24 hours later they still hadn't had the decency to return my call. After my experience I now know the positive reviews and 5 star ratings are fake. The only thing true about their name is that they don't answer nor return calls 24 hours a day. They have proven they are the epitome of false advertising.
These clowns tried to ticket my vehicle in a parking spot I pay for. I called them. The owner (?) answered and said "Capital Tow" and when I explained my grievance he tried to tell me that I had the wrong number then proceeded (and I can't make this up) gave me directions on the CAPTIAL TOW WEBSITE WHERE I FOUND HIS NUMBER to a SEPARATE automated 1800 number that doesn't answer. Completely unprofessional predatory towing company.
So I called different towing companies and this was the best I've came across. I felt safe and comfortable with the experience that I had with with this company. Very customer service friendly and very reliable and quickly came to my request for help. As I woman coming home from work from a long day at work. I definitely felt safe and comfortable with this company. And most importantly I'm not getting paid for this postive review and I would definitely recommend this company for help. I am very thankful to God Bless me with this company 🙏 oh I use them twice and there price are better than the other companies .I definitely would recommend this company.

Don't use them. After calling three tow companies and being quoted $300+ ($8 per mile), I called them and was told twice it would be around $150.00 (3 dollars a mile). Once the car was delivered it was $320.00. They need to tell people the truth!! The driver was competent and handled the delivery fine, but you should be upfront about the real cost...Would never use them again.
I was lied to the driver told me the hook up for my motorcycle was going to be $59 plus the $59 service call. When we arrived to my destination. He decided to charge me $90 for the hood up along with $59 for the service call. While on the phone with the service tech, the tech stated the service call was $59 plus an additional $59 to $65 for the hook up. I feel that this was a bate and switch. I feel truly lied to and it is not a good feeling. The driver even had an attitude the whole time. I loaded and unloaded my own motorcycle. With the cameras in front of my house to prove it. Thank you for the horrible service and enjoy praying on people. I would not have minded the fee if i would have known before hand. Yes I do understand the $3 per mile. That fee was only $18
A little pricey. They seemed as if they'd never dropped a vehicle at a closed Dealership service department before & I had to explain to them how that was supposed to work; they charged me an extra $35 drop-off fee for that. $230 tow. They were polite on the phone, though.

If i could give it less then 1 star I would. After waiting for 2 hours after being told it would only take 30 min. To get to me, an employee, thinking he had put me on hold, starts talking to another employee about how " this fuc#er (refering to me) keeps and talking about how they would find a way to "rig" the vehicle onto the truck since all their trucks were broken and joking about how far I was and that I could wait. Don't waste your time with these people. Rude, unprofessional and will lie straight to your face. Had me waiting all day for a pick up that had never left which he had assured me was on its way. After realizing i was still on the line, they promptly hung up. Do not, I repeat, do not waste your time with this company.

I needed a car towed in the midle of the night strainded my regular service provider had flaked out after hours of wateing i found SEGA when a police officer called in there contractor. Sega arrived in 15 minus educated of my needs with out me saying a word! The shop where my car needed to go was closed of course, this man fixed the problem temporarily at a gass station and only charged me for the tow. I didnt take car to be repaired for two weeks and never had issue WOW some temp fix! Thanks SEGA

These people are amazing. My truck broke down, and I needed a tow to the dealership. The dispatcher was great, she had a truck out to me in about a half hour which is impressive considering I was sort of in the middle of nowhere. James, the driver, was super knowledgeable and even helped me diagnose the issue before loading it up so I’d be prepared at the dealership. He got my truck loaded with no issues at all. He was great about explaining the payment process and really went out of his way to make sure I knew my information was protected. He took my truck straight to the dealership and took my keys and info to my service advisor. I hope I don’t have to, but I would absolutely call these people first if I need another tow!

Just had to use this company due to my car leaking out oil. They were so professional and helpful and I didn’t even have to wait long to be picked up and serviced. All my needs were met and I’m very grateful for the kind man who helped me (didn’t get his name!) he even made sure my phone was charged and was very helpful! Should I ever need my car towed again, I would 100% call them again. Thank you for your help and professionalism!
Absolutely worst towing company in the Fort Worth area. When it comes to payment, this towing company will make it super hard for you to get even an invoice A simple invoice It’s irritating dealing with a company that is still stuck in 90s software
They were very prompt and reasonably priced. However I did not think to get a receipt that night. I've reached out several times to get one but still haven't received one. Tow truck driver did respond first time and said he would email to me but never responded again after requesting multiple times.

Had the same experience with this company waiting and preying on people who parked in way back of the very empty ihop parking lot while going to a birthday dinner at texas roadhouse where there were no signs visible stating not to park in that area... we made sure not to park where they did have signs visible!!! Walked into the texas roadhouse and saw the signs inside the building that said not to park in the ihop parking lot and immediately turned around to go move the car. Within less than 5 minutes of walking to the restaurant seeing the sign and walking back to car they had an unmarked green truck booting our vehicle. Had to zelle a man named Gary Lemus because their card reader was "down" and they were unable to provide me with a receipt.. super freaking shady. Forced me to pay 200 to get access to my vehicle or wait for them to come tow it? Extremely disgusting practice to prey on families during the holiday season.
Waited an hour before anyone showed up, and the tow yard was out in the boonies in Rendon. The car was towed from downtown Ft. Worth, 40 minutes away. $357 ticket, a straight cash grab, Un-American...
Dudes know what they’re doing. Don’t have to worry about your vehicle being damaged because they take care of it like it was their own I have used these guys multiple times once I was stuck in a tight parking lot, but their drivers are professional experts and were able to get me out with no problem. Another time I was two blocks from my house they treated my vehicle carefully as I was moved. I was so impressed I gave these guys cash tip would use again 10 out of 10 hands-down the best price in DFW along with great service

If I could leave 0 stars i would, when we got there we had to pay $346 to retrieve our car that had been sitting outside our apartment for not even 10 minutes. They towed and didn't tell us. so we contacted the police to report it stolen. Luckily enough the operator told us that it was towed. when we arrived at Apollo we gave them our info, and asked why we had gotten towed less then 10 minutes of us parking. She said that THEY DON'T KNOW HOW LONG A CAR HAS BEEN THERE FOR, so they steal your car, and then expectyou to pay $346, also when we got our car back it smelt of weed and our back tire was flat.
Relative’s car was towed from Sedona Park apartments even though his car was correctly registered! After reading other’s reviews, what I think is going on is that the apartment complex’s leasing offices tell new residents they can park anywhere. Residents believe that and then park in what’s actually reserved parking; their car gets towed, the tow company and property management companies get paid off of it! $350 and the car hasn’t even been gone for 3 hours? Get when my car was totaled my car it was $750 for 4 days… make that make sense! And when my relative went to pickup the car, I called ahead of time and explained a situation that is currently going on with the car in which we do not have dmv paperwork yet. They said and I quote, “oh…that’s fine just bring your ID/driver’s license”. Yet when he got there, they argued with my relative about not having the title. Then, when he got inside the car he noticed a bunch of dashboard warning signs! So, they’re also a downright terrible at their job towing company.
They have towed numerous cars from my apartment illegally and then when I showed them the copies of files that I had showing that this car is registered, it didn't matter because they didn't have it on their side and that wasn't my problem but somehow I still had to pay. Rudest people on the phone told me it wasn't her problem and lied stating that they didn't tow my car.
If I could give them negative stars I would. These people have no right to be in business. They will damage your vehicle, pretend like they never got your claim, then lie and act like they never damaged your car because they don't want to pay for repairs. Their driver is incredibly aggressive and unprofessional, I literally watched him curse my friend out completely unprovoked while we were walking across the garage. These are horrible, lying, unprofessional individuals and should be shut down. I will also be filing a complaint with BBB.
They were friendly and helpful.It happen to be really late at night but they let my friend get her vehicle even though it was after midnight and were fairly quick about the process.
