I just wanted to post this because yesterday was such a traumatic moment for me, the ball joint on my car broke off and the car stopped moving. In a moment of panic I reached out to so many towing companies and they all charged me an arm n leg. I finally reached out to quick safe towing, they heard my story and they gave me best quote out there. After all the tears and back and forth, my car was finally picked up today. He came on time and he was so nice to me, he listened and heard me out. I am grateful and happy with the service. Once again thank you so much for your patience….

Late at night, my car broke down on the freeway, and this towing service came in 20 minutes. The driver was nice and made sure I got home safely. In an emergency, you want something that is quick, cheap, and dependable.
I got a flat tire late at night and didn't have a spare. This towing service came swiftly and took me to a tire store close by. Very helpful and didn't charge too much.
My car wouldn't start in the parking lot of a grocery shop, but they dispatched someone to jump start it within 20 minutes. The guy was nice and told me what could be causing my battery to die. Help by the side of the road that is cheap and easy to get.
We use them for fleet towing and road service. Always dependable.
My engine was overheating, and their roadside service arrived within 20 minutes. Highly professional.

Maybe answer the phone when someone calls instead of hanging up on them. Called 3 times at 4am on June 3rd 2025 and was hung up on all 3 times. Great service!!!

Don’t know who runs this place but they advertise that they answer phones 24 hours and that’s a lie. When I called, it kept ringing and went to voice mail. I arrived to pick up personal belongings from inside my car and they wouldn’t let me because I didn’t call ahead and give an hour notice. But someone else came to do the same thing and they allowed him to do it. Also, when I asked if I could come back in an hour they said no and to come Monday. So their sign isn’t accurate. DONT RECOMMEND. Also their gate is open and no one is here working.. anyone can trespass on this property at any time.
This review is a bit late from my experience but I want you all to know what this company did to my car. My car was towed Mid-January at my apartment complex because they thought I was related to someone who got arrested here that same night with the same last name as me. If anything that’s just discrimination on their end and just assuming that I am related to this person and ended up taking my car as well. I end up picking up my car the next day from towing company and the owner was very apologetic and I fell right for his trap. I took my car to the dealership to do maintenance on it that same day to find out that both my back tires were shredded… definitely was from them towing my car and the towing company did not want to pay for my damages. I find this company to be unlawful and unreasonable for what they did to me. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN! Do not give your money to them, they are awful and just a complete waste of my time and my money for something I didn’t do.

This company is excellent! We had to have my son’s vehicle towed multiple times. I called to schedule the tow and scheduled it over an hour in advance of appointment because I was afraid like all other tow companies that they might be late. Not the case at all. Juan was our driver and he arrived 15 minutes before we arrived. He was very kind, courteous and punctual those three things are a rarity when dealing with Towing companies. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know, absolutely the best of the best!! Juan was outstanding, he went above and beyond.
My son’s car got towed, he was leaving work at Walmart Auto Center, the car was FINE when he left. He ended up getting pulled over for a traffic ticket and his car was towed he said prior to leaving his job he checked his car at work and everything was fine with it when he tried to get his car back they told him that his car wasn’t drivable bc the oil pan cracked, they are trying to say it was like that upon arrival and he probably “hit something” which is NOT true when he left his car it was TOTALLY FINE and it’s been fine all these days til THEY TOUCHED IT. They don’t know what they are doing at that towing company! And trying to blame the customers for THEIR MESS UP. DO BETTER LW’s.

The company in Frisco, Texas, provided excellent tow truck service, and we couldn't be happier. The rates were extremely affordable, and the drivers were professional and punctual. We will use this service again the next time we need a tow!!!
Obviously, workers are not obligated to render honest/ fair service to their would be customers; before hoping procure a greater value/profit, by setting ridiculously higher than normal rates, first! I asked for the subtotal/ rates, for a car tow, from Frisco to Plano......... Associate then asked me for the addresses (to & fro)..........Which I readily supplied. The person then gave the flat rate........$69.99--$89.99/ not the subtotal requested (which I accepted.........as understandable/info). But, as I proceeded to disclose my reasoning(s) for required specific pricing ( to save a-dollar/ $20).......….even price comparison)...........This individual then said........... "Well sir, the lowest price-rate for your specific tow request is $130- something odd dollars"............! So, after this last response, I figured............This company has a method of conducting business; in an all too familiar/uncustomary way!!! " Supply & Demand" begets the likelihood of an alliance. Alliance create a greater likelihood of a fair trade agreement. Fair trade agreement (option).......Opens the door for a business transaction. Note: Histories enterprisers of "Supply & Demand" would disapprove- dramatically, at just how blinded today's suppliers are: Of the "core" values of what "fairness".........Even in business terms truly means...........! Not hoping to squeeze every nickel out of your neighbors pocket. Question: Man, just how much do you expect me to pay " YOU"- neighborhood businesses..........For a glass of water/Cup of sugar/ simple helping hand...........these days'.!? In closing: NO RESPONSE NECESSARY..........IT IS JUST A SIMPLE NOTION: " SEE IF YOU(ANY OF YOU).........can make it through a-(1)- day; w/o it being "supplied"........(and, yes it's optional) to "u"........ because of your "demand"/ambition-OF LIFE.........!!!!! OVER/OUT.............
As a Frisco resident I am very happy with the service I received from Towing Masters, my car broke down on the side of the road and I called them at night and they were there within 15 minutes. The driver was so polite and brought me all the way to my home without any additional charges. I was very impressed with the level of service I received and will definitely use them again if I ever need to be towed.
When my car broke down on the highway road, I contacted this company and was very happy with the assistance I received. The tow truck driver was very professional and arrived quickly and on time. Anybody in need of a tow truck service should definitely contact them!
