JJ's was responsive when I called, arrived in exactly the amount of time they said, took care when loading my vehicle, and coordinated the drop off for me at my mechanic. JJ's was a bright spot in a rough morning. Quality 5 stars, Availability 5 stars, Price 5 stars. It's rare to get all three from any service.
Jay was the hero of the day. Our daughter had a wreck. I’m 5 hours away. Jay was very professional. He stayed in contact with her. His rate was extremely fair and reasonable for the distance. Jay had a brand new tow truck. Being a business owner myself, I truly appreciate the professional steps he took to keep our daughter and her car safe on an extremely busy freeway. Boat tire blew up on the side of the 287 in Ennis, within 30 min JJ showed up and swapped my tire while also helping remove the chunks of wood that caused the issue. This guy is legit!

By far the fastest tow I have ever had. Arrived within 10 minutes (Grand Prairie). The young men were very proficient and professional. Very affordable. Due to my situation they had to drop the car and come back the next day to tow it to my house and they were very understanding and rescheduled me with no problem. Definitely will be my go to company!

Our daughter‘s car broke down completely when she was visiting a friend on a Saturday night. We expected to have to wait hours to get someone to tow it for us. Eriker towing came out in 15 minutes! They were extremely professional and worked quickly to hook up the car. Their previous ce was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them.
Called to get my car towed 3 miles. They sent me a link for $150, and I paid it. However, upon arrival at the drop-off location, they refused to drop off my car until I paid an additional $10. The guy said it was a mistake and should have been $165. On top of everything, they took double the time they said they would to arrive. Overall, I did not have a smooth process and believe they could have been more professional in an already stressful situation. Don't recommend. In response to your reply: the only false statement is when I said $165. Everything else is accurate. The whole misunderstanding should have been avoided if you charged the full amount the first time. Take the criticism and do better.

Lowest price out, and they didn’t change the amount like most will do. Charge me 160 to go from west dallas to mesquite. Others want over 220 or more just to start. And help me push my car in the parking lot great people try them.
Excellent communication and professional service. Best price available. Will not use any other. They showed genuine concern for the situation I was in. The driver went over and above in offloading my vehicle as well.
Hired them a few times. And this time they straight up lied to my face about the title status for a car pickup. They take a while to schedule the pickup. They are prompt at delivery which is good .but beware Saul driver won't pickup your title unless you TELL THEM TO PICK IT UP if your picking up from copart

I DEFINITELY SEGGUEST THE IF YOUR IN THE GRAND PRAIRIE AREA. Here's the story: I called them the night before to get a quote for a tow for the next morning. I was answered on the 2nd ring (good response time), told them my request & text him 2 different pick up address and one final destination. I was quoted 1 price for both pick spot ( I found that really cool) and they were the lowest I found ( if the other tow company even decides to answer the phone) by at least $50. I didn't even confirm that pick up at that time. I actually called 7:10, needing my car delivered by 8:30, and they still took the call and was they within the 15 minutes AS PROMISED, as well as honored the quote from the night before. I DEFINITELY SEGGUEST THE IF YOUR IN THE GRAND PRAIRIE AREA.
Very good experience. This guy has been doing this for +9 years. Very satisfied at a great price. Going to use him again.

Got stuck in the mud on a back road and thought I’d never get out. These guys had all the right recovery gear and a calm approach. Professional and fast.
I liked how the tow truck driver told me what he was going to do before he hooked up my car. He was professional and made sure I knew how much it would cost and how it would work.
Had to tow a car with a locked steering column. I was worried it’d be tricky, but the driver handled it without any trouble. Clearly experienced with all types of issues.
I had a flat tire and had to get to the closest repair shop by tow. The dispatcher was friendly, and the driver came sooner than I thought they would. The driver was nice the whole time, and the tow truck was clean. This towing company in the area has fantastic costs and does a great job.
Very good customer service and prices that are fair. The driver was kind and took care.

Nope! Don’t call these guys. They dropped my car off at the wrong dealership and I was on foot having to look for my car myself. The tow truck driver picked up my car and dropped it off without ever speaking to me. Don’t call looking to speak to a manager- you won’t find one. Incredibly shady business, I do not recommend this towing company. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company, as this is who I had to deal with for “roadside assistance”. Worst experience, ever.

Only gave a one because I had to give a rating to leave a review. The person that answered my call provided horrible customer service and talked like he didn't want to be bothered. I asked for a tow and he said it would be 90 minutes and I can wait if I want to or just find somebody else hung up on me. He was rude for no reason. I never even got a word in after saying that I needed a tow
Told the dispatcher that I needed the car towed nose In my drive way when the tow truck got to my house he said he could not do it unless I payed an additional charge I called the dispatch back and he said “ your right you did say nose in but it’s going to be extra now because the driver loaded it up backwards “ in the end I have a vehicle in my driveway that dose not run facing backwards
They have ridiculous rates. Towed my car (with a flat tire only) to my house which was only 8minutes away and they charged me $163. 00. I don’t not recommend them because my friend plaid this rate for a tow from Arlington to Lewsville
My car wouldn't start after a day at Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark. I was stranded! Luckily, I called David Towing Grand Prairie. David’s towing was a life saver! While visiting Dallas on New Years, we were contacted by a neighbor back home in Alabama that their son was broke down on I35. We went to see what we could do and it was determined that the alternator needed to be replaced. I contacted David’s towing to see if they could come get the stranded vehicle and take to the auto parts shop. In less then an hour (again on New Years Day), Davids towing arrived and came and towed the vehicle. It was such a relief when we found someone on New Years that could come to our rescue.

I wish I could leave ZERO stars! By far, the WORST towing company EVER!! I called to have my car towed 4:14 pm to take my car 0.5 miles to an auto repair shop that closes at 7 pm. They scheduled me with a 30 min ETA, charged my card, and THEN called to say that the ETA changed to 1 hour & 15 mins. I still said okay I’ll wait. He called me back at 6:16 pm to say that we can’t make it today due to high traffic!! I waited 2 hours when I could’ve just scheduled with another company! Then he proceeded to tell me that I called during the worse time to schedule a tow which was after 4:30-5 when I scheduled BFFORE 4:30. Now I have to schedule with another company that still may not make it in time AND I have to wait for the funds to be returned to my card. They need to fire everyone here & just close down! What an inconvenience!

I live in florida. I went to visit a family member, and my car broke down in I 30 and pioneer, and one of the dispatchers named Alex was able to help me move my car from the highway and to a shop that were able to get me back on the road. They were very professional and helpful.
I had a tow a couple of weeks ago and they got to me in a great timely manner and helped me get to my destinations safe. Definitely would recommend to a friend!
