The company sent out a flatbed tilt truck instead of a regular tow truck so after waiting over a hour, Joshua arrived. After he saw that I was parked in a parking spot making it unable to be towed out with his truck and that my cars shift lever was broken so the car was not able to be backed up to tow with his large tow truck. Joshua who vas very polite, professional and caring called his dispatcher to have them send a smaller lift tow truck. He then followed the 2nd tow truck to the garage and sent me a picture of my car having been delivered as he had promised. Joshua was amazing and made the situation much better.
I was having a bad morning when my car was stranded in a bad spot from a gate incident at an apartment complex. Joshua was very courteous and professional when he called with his ETA. He handle my car with great care and made sure that my car was loaded on the flat bed properly not damaging my car wheel even more. Thanks for great customer service!

Highly recommend these guys they were one of the few people that would actually change the tire on my 2500 truck. I didn’t have any way to lower the tire. They were here within 15 minutes. Did the job within 20 minutes? The guy was very nice and helpful.

I can’t recommend this group enough! My vehicle broke down and these guys accepted the tow request through my insurance. Immediately after my insurance said a tow company was approved, Rene called me and requested information about the vehicle beyond what the insurance relayed. He was extremely sympathetic to my situation and assured me my vehicle would be in good hands. He communicated with me via text and calls regularly. His guys arrived and took good care to load my vehicle up, stopping and making adjustments until it was securely ready to move. Issues with my drop off site came up mid tow and Rene suggested they take it to his secure yard. I had no where else to take it as it was late so agreed. The next morning Rene sent me pictures of the vehicle safe and secure. It ended up there longer than expected but Rene assured me it was fine and not to feel rushed. He continued to send me photos and texts regularly. We had mechanics come to look at damage and put together estimates and he was always helpful to them and communicating with me. Rene, took care of everything. We couldn’t have been in better hands from start to finish. He made the whole ordeal easier for us to manage. He followed up with me afterwards to confirm everything went well. He genuinely cared and wanted us to have a good experience with CRB Towing. Thank you Rene and CRB Towing! -Jack

Stranded in Houston broke down under a load. I called CRB towing and they were very reasonable on the rates and friendly from start to finish. I am extremely happy with the service they provided! If you are in trucking long enough, you too will break down. If you are in the Houston area call CRB you won’t be disappointed. As a side note I will also add that CRB told me about a reasonable rate repair shop that also does good work at reasonable rates. Yes CBR is a good choice…. In more ways than one.

Bell was so very kind when I had lots of questions. He was also really honest about a few different things regarding my car. I really appreciated him and he did a really thorough job!
Darcy did an excellent job with towing my vehicle to the dealership. Was on time, helpful, and resourceful. I felt my vehicle was in the best hands while being towed by Darcy. My vehicle had a battery issue which caused the car to not be able to start. Darcy took this challenge and executed his skills by hand pushing the vehicle on to the bed of the truck.
Tow service was requested at 12:15am from GEICO we received a text message with an eta of 1:26am they didn’t get there until 2:19am so it took them over two hours to get to us. I had to get an Uber back because I had my baby with me and my husband stayed. After he drops off my SUV and husband I receive a call from the office and they ask me to complete a payment for the over mileage on a payment link they sent, I say sure and proceed to make the payment. While I was making the payment I receive a text message out of nowhere from the driver saying if you don’t pay right now ($24) I am going to go get your SUV, at that point my mind is blown because the office had just called 5 minutes ago and I was making the payment already so for the driver to call and text and start threatening us was out of place. I called the office right away because their driver seem unstable and smelled like he had been smoking. After a terrible night the last thing I needed was to feel insecure in my own home. Would never used them again.
My driver took great care of my car and me. I’m a nervous rider, so he made sure I was very comfortable. They also arrived a little earlier than stated.
DB kept in communication and was very timely. Once DB was at our truck, he had a smile and great attitude. He was efficient and careful with our truck. Thank you for your excellent service.

I could not have asked for a better experience. I purchased a hot tub from a neighbor and needed it moved a few blocks down the road. They came out and assessed for the quote which was great! They were very fast and efficient. Had the hot tub off of an upper story deck and onto a truck very quickly! Everyone was amazed. The crew working was extremely helpful and personable. I wasn’t exactly sure where I wanted the tub to sit at my home and they offered very great suggestions and stayed to help tweak where I wanted it. Customer service is so important to me and it was A+ through the whole experience. If I ever need anything else moved they will be the first company I call!

We had to use this towing service for several of our customers that needed to get pick up immediately from their destination,had a flat tire or they had locked their keys in their vehicle. Each customer requested his phone number to keep in contact with. He's quick to get wherever you at, profesional and of course reasonable with prices. PC is happy with your service!

The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wasn't sure how they charged so I tried to ask the man what the rate for the towing service was and he kept saying just tell me from where to where ma'am then ill tell you the price. I was confused so I asked "so do you all have a rate per mile that you charge?" and he didn't want to answer my question and kept cutting me off so I just said forget about it.
The service was really good and very careful with my vehicle I'm satisfied thank you so much.

Worst company in world. Never ever use them. They and their driver are Ripping off customers. They will tell you a lower price and driver will give an invoice for double amount and if you bring your concern they give you threat to take your car away. Worst company I have dealt in my life.

I was driving in Houston and my car broke down. I called Golden Towing Houston and they towed my car to the nearest service station. Their customer service was excellent and the tow truck arrived within 30 minutes. So grateful for the service they provided.
Please think twice BEFORE call this company for tow service. The Tow truck MAY NEVER SHOW UP AFTER COUPLE HOURS OF WAIT. I called the dispatch to order tow service for my around 6pm and was told the tow truck will be there in about 30-45 minutes. 30 minutes later, the dispatch called and told me that the driver got lost (???!!!) and had to send another tow truck and will take another 45 minutes, at the same time, charged my card $140. 1hour 15 minutes Later, NO one shows up. When I called the dispatch to check the status, the dispatch told me that the driver called and though the order has been canceled, and he went to a different job. 2 hours of wait for nothing.

I live in Houston Heights, and I must say, 360 Towing Solutions is a lifesaver! My car decided to take an unexpected nap right in the middle of the grocery store parking lot. Thankfully, 360 Towing Solutions was quick to respond and made me feel like my little sedan was a VIP in the world of cars. Their towing services in Houston are top-notch. The driver was friendly, professional, and I even learned a thing or two about the art of towing! Highly recommend for anyone needing towing in Houston Heights!
Massive shoutout to 360 Towing Solutions for coming to my rescue in Greater East End! My car was completely kaput, and I needed a reliable tow truck service ASAP. Not only did they arrive faster than I expected, but the driver was so friendly and reassuring that it felt like being rescued by an old friend. They handled my car with total care and even managed to make me laugh during an otherwise stressful experience. If you ever need a tow truck service in Greater East End, these guys will make the whole ordeal painless and efficient. Highly recommend!
Call a different tow company, don't waster your time with these guys. Contacted them to perform a tow. They said they could do it, so I took the time to contact the storage yard where the vehicle was located. Who require a notarized paper proving ownership along with the name of the company/driver would be picking the unit up. After all was ready to go they asked for a picture of my credit card and a photo of my drivers license. It is against our company policy to transmit photos of our credit cards outside of the company. I declined at first, stating I would need to seek approval of management to break protocol. After 30 minutes, I asked them to resend the request and I filled out all the information they requested along with photos of both credit card and my drivers license. I followed up with this tow company 2 hours later only to be told my tow had been canceled on account of quote: "The sketchy way my payment information was transferred." It was transferred exactly as they requested it to be, with the exception of me having to retain permission to break our company protocol. I deal with tow companies across the US as part of my job, and this was the most fly by night dealings I have had. Now they successfully have my credit card information along with photos of my drivers license and I was not provided a service. I would strongly recommend calling another tow company.
William went out of his way to help me get my bike towed to a safe location. Going above and beyond to get it moved when the tires locked up. Towing sucks but it’s not bad when William helpin you out!
DON’T EVER USE! The dispatcher said he had a driver 15 min away but it took over 45 min. I questioned the driver about this he said he didn’t know she the dispatcher would say that... I was charged a $59 service fee (quoted $89 but after telling them I had another flat fee quote for $85, they reduced) and then told that the hook up charge would be between $35-$75-depending on the car’s condition and location. The car was parked in a grocery store parking lot (zero body damage) and was very easy to get hooked up, towed 1.8 miles and dropped on the side of the street. Pretty simple right? Before dropping the car, I was told the hook up fee would be $75. I felt this price was unreasonable (and that they were just trying to recoup the earlier discounted rate) considering the tow couldn’t have been more simple than my situation. The dispatcher was threatening me and using legal jargon while accusing me of ‘failure to pay’. That was not the case, I was just petitioning for a reasonable hook up rate. My total was $134...should have just used the other company. *The driver was very kind and patient while I argued with the dispatcher and this review does not reflect any opinion about the driver*

The tow truck driver was terrible! he was extremely rude and gave me a lot of attitude and was an hour late with my car. The tow truck driver was very aggressive, mean, and looking for a fight. It took him 3 hours to finally get to my car after he said it’d be 90-120 minutes to begin with. I was unable to get my flat tire fixed because of how long he took when he kept saying he’d be there in 10 minutes. absolutely awful experience 10/10 would not recommend. The unit number of the truck was #009

Great customer service! Fair pricing. I was panicking because my car wouldn't start. Don told me that he could get to me in 20 minutes. He arrived within 20 minutes as promised and was very professional. He even sent me a picture of my vehicle to let me know that it was safely dropped off to the auto repair shop.

When my car overheated in the mid-town area I called many wrecker companies for prices and estimates of arrival time to get to me they varied greatly. I set up a call with Apple Towing because it was the cheapest and was given an eta of 1 hour but after waiting an hour and a half I gave Southwest a call back and he arrived in less than 15 minutes. He was courteous and respectful with me and my car and his rate wasn't the highest but was just more than happy to get home. I've saved his number to use him again if the need arises although I certainly hope I won't need his service again but he'll be my first call if I do.
