I needed towing assistance and was told through text it would take 45 - 75 mins for one to get to me. Mark called me and was had reached me in 10 minutes. He was EXCELLENT great guy, expert at what he has been doing for over 20 plus years and great conversation. Had a tire blowout on I35 in the middle of the night. AAA said it would take 50 minutes for the mechanic to arrive. However, Billy showed up in 15 minutes! That’s definitely beyond expectations! He was pleasant, quick and professional. Changed the tire in 10 minutes. In fact, he went out of the way to check all the other tires and filled more air. Highly recommend these guys.

After my tire popped on the highway, my insurance company connected me with another provider who told me they would have to “break into my vehicle” to tow it back home to me since I wasnt present. I had my insurance send another company and Luis was very professional, got my car towed without having to enter my vehicle and got it home to me with no issues. Would 100% use this company again. I was looking for a company to be able to tow my vehicle. I call a few of there Action Towing & Recovery competitors and they didn't get my business. Due to there outrageous prices for a simple towing job. From here on out if I need any services to get any of my cars towed. I will be calling Action Towing & Recovery. Plus they will be recommended to my friends and family.

Originally my Roadside assistance gave the call to J&A tow and they kept me waiting beyond the ETA time and kept delaying the arrival time so I called Roadside back and asked for another service, Richard from Action Tow took the service call and he was here in 20min. J&A showed up while Richard was servicing my vehicle (J&A was an hour and half late from their original ETA) Thank u Richard for great service and friendly honest help 😁

Richard and Steve came to do a tow from Georgetown for me. They beat all of the local competition by $75. They were fast and hooked the vehicle within 15 minutes and was headed back to Killeen. To be honest—I really liked their approach to customer service and ensured I was satisfied. I definitely recommend this company if you need an economic tow job.

I was looking all over the Austin area to move my 40 foot motorhome to an engine shop. Some tow companies were over priced, some didn't have the right equipment or knowledge, and some were both. Goode Towing is beyond exceptional. Michael showed up on time with the right equipment and without any question knew his craft. Zip zap, he was gentle with my Coach and after hook up we smoothly drove from Jarrell arriving at Cummins in Austin 52 minutes later. Some questions arose to which insurance company was paying the invoice but Amanda at the office was so cooperate and delightful to work with even though it was her day off and that issue was resolved quickly. I just can't give enough praise to these folks. Spectacular!
I broke down on the side of the highway and Rob was amazing! He got to my van a lot earlier than the projected time and dropped it off with no issues at my parents house. Very wonderful, quick service.
We had a great experience with this company!! Our car quit on us at the Killeen airport and they were out to get us quickly and got us home fast. I am blown away by my experience with this company. From the first phone call to my car being dropped off in my drive way was amazing. The lady I spoke with on the phone was nice, knowledgeable, and gave me a fair price. The tow truck driver, Nathan was kind and professional. He even helped me check out my car before towing it. Not only that but his driving skills are top notch. Watching him back a large tow truck down my long, narrow, winding driveway was sight to behold. I would 100% use this company again! The prices are fair and the customer service is as good as it gets!
The driver, who I did not catch his name unfortunately, using the light med@iuM$ truck, did an excellent job getting my car on the truck, eve though my car's rear wheels were locked up. The truck, inside and out, was very clean. The driver was very friendly and that made the whole experience a win-win for me. Good Job!

Today I needed to have my vehicle towed to a body shop and KTR was at my home in a timely manner. Kevin the tow truck driver had my vehicle hooked and and ready to roll within minutes. He was very professional and experienced. I will continue to recommend KTR to anyone needing roadside assistance. Thank you KTR for a 5 star experience.

Earlier today I was driven off the road by a flat bed, Unit 1 from it decal, from this company. No signal used and he merged what would have been on top of my car, had I not moved to the median and slammed on my breaks. Oddly enough, he was suppose to yield to oncoming traffic however he took it upon himself to drive reckless. Had my child not been in the car, I would have let him hit me and allowed your company’s insurance to foot the bill. You may want to do a better check on your drivers. Or teach this waste of space he’s not king of the road. He’s going to hurt or kill someone. I wouldn’t use this company because of him even if it was free of charge.

Today I had to have my car towed. Will from Tow Masters came to get my vehicle. He was so knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. As a retired military paratrooper, I am used to being around professionals. This guy is awesome. He answered every question that I had effortlessly. The care that he took in getting my vehicle ready for tow was first class! It is great to see motivated and dedicated people do what they do. Great job Tow Masters! I will call you first from now on.
Had some vehicle troubles this morning that required a tow. William was the responding driver. William quickly made sure I was safe, comfortable and put my mind at ease. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him and Tow Masters towing and recovery for all towing needs.
Well, I would leave no stars but they don't give that option. We had to have a tow and Transit Pros sent Tow Masters to tow us back to town. After many issues over 4hours, and multiple tow trucks they were finally able to load the unit and transport it to their lot as it was now too late to take to the repair shop. There was damage to our rear mud flap and we sent pictures and videos to both companies and today Tow Masters called and said they determined that the damage was done prior to the tow even after the pics and videos. We are still trying to get a resolution but doubt that will happen without some type of attorney assistance.
Just had my car towed from Cove to Killeen. I appreciate Jay, she was very skilled at her job and very down to earth. Did a perfect job, no issues and she helped me out tremendously by pushing my car all the way into my garage so I didn't have to push it by myself! Thanks again Jay, I appreciate your hard work!!
First encounter with this company was horrendous. Not only the staff was unprofessional over the phone. I assume the owner “Fallon Britt” but they did not uphold to their policy and take fault that it was there mistake to wrongfully tow my vehicle. My parking sticker was displayed clearly on the dashboard. As I spoke with the employee “Rickey Britt” to retrieve my vehicle he was very contradicting. Stating that “other vehicle owners display their parking sticker on the back window or license plate also, they use flash lights to locate the permit before towing”. The owner stated “that if the permit is visibly displayed that I would not have to pay”. The employee denied my request to check before paying to ensure that it was visible and said we had to pay regardless. Let it be at mind it was a new car and fresh tinted windows with UV windshield tint. It is why the parking sticker was not on the windshield. Still the company owner and employee did not care to take that in account. Stated “it was our fault for not letting them know a towing company that we tinted our windows”.
