I am a large long distance auto transport company (Number 1 auto transport) and have worked with many local tow company's before but Francisco is by far the best and most professional. I needed his assistance with loading a VERY expensive Bentley into one of our enclosed trucks. He always answered his phone, he was ontime and very knowledgeable. We do have a location out in Dallas if you ever move up ther give us call we would be more than happy to hire you. If we decide to branch out to Laredo you will be the first call i make.

Francisco was very positive from the moment he answered, great price and arrived promptly. You can tell he really cares about his services and I was blessed with having him take care of my little junker that clonked out on me. He even treated my car like it was a fancy Benz. Pretty much the same in any city. About $450 plus $20 a day storage fees. Or u can leave your vehicle there forever and not pay anything... 🤷 Pleasant and professional!

Broke down on highway. Called and they were there 30 minutes later. Great and prompt service. Friendly and professional. New equipment as well, not a scratch on truck after tow. 5 stars👍
Service came reasonably quick, driver pleasant. He disconnected drivetrain (automatic) and charged $95. After he dumped me off at dealer, he left unconnected, said dealer would reconnect. Sure did, for $152 more.

Great service and very friendly and knowledgeable driver. Arrived on site on time as was said on the phone call. I was a few miles outside Laredo when my cars' fuel tank was punctured due metal debris on the highway. Both the wrecker driver and his assistant were very polite.

Tire popped on my 2005 Dodge Ram coming home from the landfill. Didn't have the tools to pick up the truck or lower the spare. Roadside assistance was Fast and knowledgeable regarding tools to lower the spare. Overall it was a friendly and hassle free experience, would definitely recommend.

I call them this morning at 11:30he said he would come by an hour later. I text him at 1:30 he didn't return my text. Then I call him twice 10 min. Later and still he doesn't have the courtesy to return my call. I end up calling Garza wrecker... and they show up in time. No manners at all.

I decided to take a trip to Texas from my home state of Tennessee. I saw Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Laredo. But just as I'm leaving Laredo, I got to Encinal when I got into car trouble.. On a sunday *smh* All the tow companies I called Garzas was the best priced. Got a nice flat bed and they came and got me. Gave me water, real helpful. The driver was really friendly. He was also very careful with my baby when putting it on the bed. So if you're in the Laredo area and need a tow, I recommend these guys.

2 days and a watch prescription glasses and tools I had in the truck all stolen! Do not use this company and now they go by ABC TOWING
Horrible experience. My truck had been towed. When I picked up most of my stuff was missing from inside! I didn’t understand why they had to take out my personal belongings from the inside. When I went back only thing I got was three things back. Still was missing my sunshade glasses, a bag with tools and spray paints, and a little container containing change. If you get towed by this company make sure to check everything is inside your vehicle.
If I could leave zero stars I would. They stole my personal belongings after my vehicle was towed
