Much needed service in the region. Parent company ( Trumble Crane ) is a very reputable business with decades of experience in all facets of the crane business.
These folks were very accommodating straightforward and honest the equipment in my opinion was the best I have ran for a practical exam I will be getting my other certifications at this place don't care if I have to drive 6 hours worth it

We live in the Dallas area & my daughter goes to Texas Tech University. I used them to tow my daughter’s car to a repair shop in Lubbock. They were very easy & pleasant to do business with, even over such a long distance. I hope I don’t need to have a car towed in the Lubbock area again but if I do, I will definitely use Blue Lightning.
I was on my way to Dallas and had a blow out in post they towed my car back home. They were very efficient and I was very pleased.

Call to get a car towed out of my reserve parking spot was told that they’d come and never heard back from them. It’s been two hours.
Went to eat and shop, parked in the parking spot FOR that and got towed. Showed THREE receipts!! almost $400 to get it out. And then they had this ghetto sign, real professional 🤢
I want to love them but with their zero return policy, impossible wait times not to mention they left a family member stranded ina rough area without care of concern. Just get charged and wait 3-4 hours with no guarantee to come. Always be watchful for anyone who has a zero return policy. You know something isn't okay. Use if there is no choice.
This is the most unprofessional business that I have dealt with in a long time. The employee working there is completely rude and not helpful at all. Does not give information unless you know exactly what to ask for. If this is your first time being towed you would have no idea what to ask for. My daughter had her car towed and the employee would not talk to us on the phone. We are 5 hours away so we could not talk in person. Employee would not tell us how to fill out some form so we had to get it notarized 3 times. This place is WORSE than the DMV!!!!
They randomly called me today stating a driver went by my house and saw my vehicle was still there and did I still need assistance. (There’s no car) I began to express my confusion for the call with the first lady, that made the initial call. Believe her name is Lorraine. For starters that’s creepy and I was confused and called back for clarity! Two women insisted they spoke with me 2 weeks ago. I continue to advise them I had not reached out to a tow company in a couple months. She still implied that they did talk to me and they she couldn’t magically get my information. Talking to me as if I lacked intelligence. Upon doing my research they COMPLETED a service for me the first week of November. (Over 2 months ago!) I called back the representative answered the phone “yes Deidra” very ugly as if I had bothered them. Before I could explain to her that it had to be a mishap on there end she hung up in my face! I do not recommend so unprofessional, distasteful and unnecessary. I have never ever experienced anything like it!
