Amazing Service. My old 2000 Jeep Cherokee broke down 2 miles from my house while I was on the way to work. I was stressed so called the first towing company on Google. Little did I know it was going to be the best towing experience I’ve ever ha (as weird as that may sound). Edgar and his mother made the process smooth, stress free, they worked very quick and they were friendly! They treated my car as if it was their own and I really appreciated that. Thank you to EDA services. I was in need of an urgent car towing at the DFW airport and their business was one of the first towing services I saw online. I read the reviews and gave them a call immediately. The gentleman picked up immediately on the second ring. Very well presentable and professional. He hauled my vehicle 35 miles east to Mesquite. Called EDA towing after I called 2 other places that went to voice mail, 1 vm box was full too, lol and you are a tow service. Anyway EDA was great they said they would be to my location in 10 min and they were there in 10 min. They towed my car to my house and I was home with in 30 min of my car breaking down. Great service all the way around. If I need my car towed to a mechanic I’m gonna call EDA again. Thank you !

I cannot say enough good things about AK Towing LLC. We got stranded on the shoulder in heavy traffic due to an engine failure and I made a phone call to AK Towing and Kiethan was there within 10 minutes!!! He got our car hooked up, dropped it off to the dealership, and gave my husband a ride home. The level of service is unmatched! We will definitely continue to use AK Towing in the future!!

Around the Clock Towing is hands down the best towing service out there. They are super reliable and quick. They made it really easy to get my car off the side of the road and to my mechanic. I would highly recommend!
We called to get a tow because apparently the insurance line we would normally use was not working. They told us it would be 30 minutes tops. The tow truck driver was there in 10 to 15 minutes. They were very friendly, professional and fast. Highly recommend.

Call this morning for a tow service and the driver/truck never showed up. I waited for over 45 minutes and no one ever called me back to update me. I am big with transparency but they failed to provide that or service in my time of need (service). Poor experience.
One of our work trucks needed towing. 5/10/21 Called and they were very nice and picked up the car in a good time frame. Omar i believe was his name communicated the whole time regarding pick up and drop off. I didnt have any issues on price giving and having to pay at the end price was the same. I recommend them ☺️
As a SMALL BUSINESS, your local clientele builds your book of business mostly by word of mouth. Here’s my input on how this company just handled me TWICE!! Called to get a quote on a tow. Call was short and brief however, I received the information needed and while explaining I would get back as I had other offers as well, the gentleman “JOHN” took it upon himself to end the call in the middle of my sentence…having additional questions as well. Consequently, I decided to call back to retrieve the name of the individual who assisted me as well as share my grievances on how unprofessional the call was handled. Ironically, I spoke back with “JOHN” again explaining I was the gentleman he just disconnected from and was still met with more disrespect and unprofessionalism as he said “Watch this…” and disconnected the call a second time. I’m good at referring good people to good companies with great service - MESQUITE TOWING LEGENDS is NOT one I’d recommend to my dead dog. If I could give 0-⭐️s I would because that’s deserving of their level of service today! …carry on…
I ran out of gas on this busy highway during rush hour. It was a nightmare! But this towing company came to the rescue in no time. And the driver was super nice and even helped me refuel. They totally turned my stressful situation into peace. Thanks a bunch, Towing Legends!
Terrible service and communication. Was told 40min. At 40 min was called and told 40 more min. Then after that I called and was told 15-20 they were at a location that was 4 miles from me. After 45 min i called back and was told 20 more min an then again 20 more after i called again. Everytime i called i was told they would have the driver call me and update me on the ETA. Not once did anyone call and update me untill I had to call back. On top of that I got a charge from legends and another towing company i didnt know. I called and they said sorry that was the first driver dispatched who couldnt make it. They did take it off but why charge if you cant make it. To top it off i was led to believe they are a towing company. They are NOT. They are a dispatch only. They dont have trucks. They are a middle man that chrged double what the towing company charges directly
