A couple weeks ago my Hyundai broke down ina tight spot on the freeway I called around a few company’s who would take a while to arrive like 45 mins or more I stumbled across Freedom Towing where the driver who is a really cool dude named Ramon told me he could be there in 30 min or less which is what I wanted to hear cus I was in that tight spot , his price was a lot more affordable for me too so he came fast in like 20-25 mins he gets there does his thing loads it up really professional and we just had a conversation which made the experience a lot better for me he also recommended some auto shops he knew that had affordable prices for honest work on the way there was an auto zone he asked if I wanted to stop to help get a diagnostics on it. I told him I really appreciated t and as we got to my house I tried to tip the man $25 on top of what it costs for the tow and he did not want to accept it no matter how many times I told him. If your reading this thanks bro your a solid dude I would definitely call him again if anything ever happens to me like that again and I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks!

100% recommend Genie Towing!! I was in desperate need of a tow truck and no one would answer me. My insurance company was charging me SO MUCH and so I started googling. We received help from Mr. Bernie. He was so knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. The trip was 50 miles and very reasonably priced! He was very careful with our truck and eased our nerves on how we were feeling about it! I will forever call them in case of need. They arrived at location within minutes and when arrived home, he was able to park it how we needed it. AMAZING SERVICE!!!

Stop researching other towing companies and call Genie Towing now. I was stranded at a store with a dead battery on my motorcycle. Genie Towing answered immediately and provided fair pricing. The driver arrived quicker than expected. He was respectful and kind. He offered to jump my battery but i wanted to have the bike towed instead. I was impressed with his knowledge in getting the bike on the flatbed truck and securing it safely. He treated my bike like as if it was his own. Got my bike to the destination safely. It took 2 hours to get the tow truck to arrive and I was recently told I was going to be 30 minutes. Once the driver did a ride he was a smoker and almost burn me three times while we was trying to find out what was leaking. He had a habit of swearing while we were driving which normally would not bug me but he overused it with a woman in the vehicle. And then he was constantly speeding even in normal neighborhood and last but not least he told me he had gone 120 hours without sleep

This dealer they suck trucker be careful cus they play arround with the payment if you pick up a car on monday they wanna delivery on Wednesday and they didnt put in the sheet you can leave the car after hour and when you come they Thursday they wanna paid you less money dont give then the key to they paid you the full amount costumer becarefull cus this is a scam dealerships
They do not honor the time that they say they will show up. When asked about it they got upset, told me it was non refundable, argued with me over the time agreed for them to come out, then told me it was canceled and hung up on me. Called back and spoke to a different guy who was able to get me a refund. Someone in the office had their panties in a bunch. Must of had a case of the Mondays, sheesh. Thanks for wasting my time.

Called for a quote to get a jump for my car. Was down the road at Walmart, in the parking lot. They told me $89 for the service call, which I had to pay over the phone with my card. PLUS $20-40 for the jump itself. Needless to say, I didn't use their service.
Did a great job. Price was the best I have seen in Houston in a long time. Very friendly. Great job, definitely use them again if needed.

I’ve been calling non stop for about 40 mins no answer
There is a lot I can say about this company. Along with the bank that hired them. This company and Wellby are unethical in their dealings with people and property. They trespassed onto private property went beyond what the law allows them to do. Couldn’t even notify me to get my belongings.
Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a tow company. I towed HD for years. Driver stripped my bolts on the joint straps, 24 mile tow should not take as long as it did and definitely shouldn't cost $1400.
