I paid to get my car back. They told me they would deliver my vehicle after 90 minutes, which was 11:45 am. I just received a call; they said they will deliver my car tomorrow morning at 7 am due to weather conditions (rain). Today is 12/7/24
Lost a drive shaft at the corner of Jupiter and Plano called for a tow was greeted by a very helpful young lady who in turn schedule a pickup for my Jeep. The driver Josue called me within 10 minutes said he was close, from placing my call to being loaded up and heading home 40 minutes tops. Josue unloaded my vehicle and helped situate it! I’ve found my towing company and when driving a 30 year old Jeep a reliable tow company is the next best thing to owning your own wrecker!
This company was called to the place of a need. I was there and was able to observe them. When met with a special challenge relative to a need, John Hall stepped up to the plate and performed beyond expectations. So professional, courteous, and met the need in a caring way. I woke up in the trunk of my car. I sleep here sometimes. I get a little privacy this way at least. Upon clicking my trunk release, I crawled out into a sea of tightly parked cars. Dirt and rock surrounded by a very tall fence. It was three AM and I had to pee. I made it about halfway to the nearest bush when I was redirected back to my car by two very vicious dogs intent on making a meal outta me. I drove up to what could only be the way out of this fence prison I seemed to be in. The gate was locked not budging. A large Mexican woman came out with a shotgun telling me to get out of my car. I did so. A few minutes later the police showed up and took me to jail. After 45 days they let me out and went back to see if my car was still there. It was not. I'm not sure where my car went off too. I sleep outside now. No privacy at all.

This is the best tow experience I've ever had. Very friendly, and can the guy can move! He got my 07 Expedition into place for tow with no assistance! There was an accidental miscommunication due to the google listing where the car was dropped at the incorrect location and this person went back to move it to the correct drop spot. Called earlier to get a price the girl over the phone took the address of pick up and drop off and said it was $120… I specifically asked if I would call later if it would be the same price, my dad had to call and the same pick up and drop off they said $130 + tax now. Just seems very unethical and like they price change and lie about prices. I called back and the same girl lied and said she always said $130 plus tax but never once did she mention taxes. She quoted me $120 . Again it’s upsetting that towing companies are dishonest.
Broke down on my way to work about 15 miles from home. Called several tow companies. The estimates i was getting had me thinking i gonna have push my truck home myself. Easy tow services!
Not only was Mo (the driver) very friendly, efficient and professional, but after he left with our car, we realized we had left some items in the car he towed. I reached out to him to ask if we could come and get the items. He went above and beyond by getting the items for us himself and meeting me close to my house to return them to me. His customer service was awesome, and it’s rare to find people that actually care like that.

I required a wrecker service in Plano, Texas after getting into an automobile accident. I was referred to Urban Towing Plano, and they went above and beyond my expectations. The service was reasonably priced, and the driver handled my car with efficiency and caution.
Called them to take my car out of mud. They told me that service call will be $99 and $45 for basic towing and driver will arrive in 30mins and cancellation charges would be $80. After waiting for an hour called them again and they said that driver got stuck in traffic will be there in 30 mins and offered me $20 discount. While waiting other towing truck offered me the service for $75 but already waiting for them and due to their cancellation charges i decided to stick with them. Driver showed up after 2 hours and 30 mins from Christopher tow service and told me he was at another job that's why he is late. After they pulled my car out they asked me to pay $300 more minus the $20 discount. Remember i already paid $99 over the phone. I argued about the pricing so he refused to return my car keys until i pay him the remaining amount. I called Urban towing about this and they were rude and told me to talk to Christopher tow service. While i did my search about Christopher tow service i came to know they are doing same thing with all their customers in past. I provided my card information to Urban towing and they shared my info to Christopher towing without my permission because i see i got charged by Christopher tow service on credit card. I never recommend this company.
Do not use this company if you are trying to save money. The drivers were very nice nothing against them, but this company is a rip off they try to make it look cheap then you end up paying more than you were told or expected. They sold their services through the phone as $59 flat to assure their men would get to me and $48 to get the car on the tow, they said the first 5 miles are free, every mile after that would be $4. As a single mom in a bad car situation that sounded like a very good deal that wouldn’t break bank, so I was dumbfounded when they handed me this bill with all these hidden fees they never mentioned. I can assure you this was not a 32 mile tow , my car was only 4.6 miles from my home, but they did come from Frisco and I was in Plano. They should say that they charge for the time/ milage of their drivers to you it could save a lot of people in bad situations a bad experience, and a bill that you weren’t expecting. We are already dealing with a pretty stressful situation as it is, it’s not fair for them to make it worse with all their hidden sneaky fees when they should be helping
These people are garbage . Will never call them again. Gave them my card info and the driver calls me 3 hours later after being told the driver would give me a call. Never got the call until after I called back. Waited and was lied to. I was also given a $20 off over the phone but at time of actual service the greedy liars acted as if it never happened. I'm glad others were satisfied but I wouldnt urinate on them if they were on fire. Worst tow company experience I've ever dealt with.

I had called another place first and after waiting for four hours no one arrived even though I had called them twice to check on the time of arrival, they somehow lost my reservation. A truck from this company caused an accident by running someone off the road ahead of me on 161 tollway. Sped off and exited. I did not catch the plate but saw the name of the company. Driver was being super reckless. I called their office and they asked me the name of the driver (??? How would I know that?) and acted like they were unconcerned. Bad look for a business. I gave this info to the police, hopefully they can figure it out. No reason to be driving like that.
Very polite and also very efficient. A top quality experience during a frustrating time. My Model X failed when I was not in my hometown. He made it all as smooth as can be during a time like that.
Waited over 5 hours for the tow truck. Called after 2 hours and was told there was a slight delay and the driver should be there soon. Finally reached out to my insurance company who called them and was told something completely different. Called another company and they were here in 20 minutes. Not sure if I caught them on a bad day or if this is typical of them, but I'll certainly never call this company again.

Nothing new to add about the poor experiences. This is a tough business to run, with few awesome days, and probably some terrible “customers” they have to deal with. It takes special people to rise above it. I only wonder if there are Towing Service. companies north of Plano Frisco, Celina that have got this figured out. Just looked and turns out there are quite a few north of 380 that have a much better reputation. Take a look and good luck everyone!
Will damage your vehicle and not work with you to fix it. Seriously horrible. Make sure to walk and take a video of your vehicle before leaving the gates. Update: 4/22 Owner has asked me to contact him. I have tried multiple times in the past year to contact the owner and his wife answered only the first time and after that they ignored me. I will try again today and leave an update. Update: 4/22 Contact with owner. I asked the owner to reply to my email I had sent previously or to respond to text. They did. They reference that there policy is any damage has to be reported before leaving (understandable). BUT GUESS WHAT, they will tell you when you are actually getting your vehicle that any damage is not them but by their third party towers,so don’t contact them about damage only the third party. I did as they said, the 3rd party proved it wasn’t them. Provided the image they sent to me to Jordan towing. I also provided images from my route home and gps timeline. Still not enough proof for them to look over the footage where I know the damage most likely occurred but they refuse. They said contact my insurance and then have them contact him. Why would I want my insurance policy to go up for their mistakes? My vehicle was towed from an apartment complex because I forgot to renew my visitor parking. I can’t speak for picking up vehicles when you personally call them but I’m sure it’s not much better considering this experience. Take your business elsewhere people.

Absolutely an awful company this past Saturday my son and his girlfriend were an accident where he was actually the victim of being hit by another person who ran a red light. Once the tow truck got there they decided to tell my son that his truck was safe enough to drive home and they only took away the car that hit him! This truck was in no way safe to be driven after this accident and not to mention since he had just been in his first accident and was pretty shaken up to begin with. Absolutely awful company! They should have know better, if they’re called there to tow a vehicle than you in fact tow that vehicle away you don’t just do half the job and then make somebody drive their wrecked vehicle home and place them in potential harm again!

5 star for the tow driver first off. I appreciate the help that he gave me... but 2 for the lady in the office. When I called I thought she said 89 to tow my car 15 minutes from where I broke down. I even repeated it to her and she said yes. Instead I got charged 198. Ridiculous! I would have called elsewhere if I knew it was the expensive. My car didn't go far. When I called she argued saying she said the 198. I tried to tell her that she said 89 and I REPEATED IT AS SUCH. I feel like I just got knocked down even more while at my lowest. I would not have went with this company if I knew she said 198.

BEWARE!!! Even If its your Insurance OR Home & Auto company setting up this tow for you! Tell them NO Immediately. These people swiftly accepted my tow at 1:30 pm on a Saturday. No other company had a chance to accept. Well I received a text saying ETA was 45 mins. Cool right?? No! 2 hours later they were still 1hr 15mins away from me! The shop we were going to closed at 5... The only shop tht had the tires we needed and Sparta was aware of this at 2:30pm. They lied & lied & lied about the ETA trying to prevent me from canceling. Well 5:15pm comes and of course now the shop is closed AND i look up the ETA of Sparta and they were 1hr 18mins away from me! Even spoke to the "owner" & that did NOTHING!!! If someone's calling for a tow, more than likely they are not in an ideal area of comfort while they are waiting for u to show up!!! DON'T ACCEPT WORK IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER!!! It's VERY SIMPLE!!

I requested their service around 7:50pm yesterday and was told they would be there by 9-9:30pm. By 10:00 they said the would have a Simone out with in 45 min. The next morning my vehicle was gone and they had no clue who had it. Had to call the police department to find out it was towed by a different company. Will be filling a lawsuit for all the fee involved and time lost. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Please spare your self from these guys.
Sparta told me if I can't keep waiting to leave the keys in the car and they will pick it up in the morning. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service!!
Scheduled for a pickup before 7am, was told between 8:30 and 9am, called at 9 and was told 1.5 hours out. Called back at 11am, told 15 minutes out. Called back at 1pm, told 1.5 hours out. That's a 7.5hour difference. Had to cancel because I missed my appointment with the dealership. If I could give zero stars, I sure would.
