I have had to use this company twice thru triple A. And each time my tow operator was Marty. The first time he came out he was having back pains. But baby Marty worked thru the pain and got my car up on the wrecker. Then today I received Marty again today. And he is very professional, kind and has great customer skills. I felt like I was handing my car over to a family member. Waco Towing you have a great employee in Marty
They towed my truck almost 50 miles. It was a good deal ( even though it was expensive). Towing is just speedy nowadays but what isn’t. Great customer service by person on phone and Dillon, ( driver). I hope to never need them again but if I do I’ll call them.
I had a car with a transmission problem, and the prices I was looking at were at least $100 everywhere else (going from Lorena to Waco). I called these guys because they were stationed closer to my end destination, so basically out of convenience. The lady on the phone was very helpful and direct. Turns out, it was only $75! I was excited. Plus, the tow truck arrived way before she said it would, which was still pretty quick. The guy even took time to show me how he was doing what he was doing. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Jesse, you are amazing. A true hero. And that's coming from someone who puts her hands inside people's chest! (Operating room heart nurse) We were stranded for about 5 hours before we decided to stop waiting on "Good"Sam. You didn't back away from the very challenging situation: missing drive shaft, busted air suspension, and pouring diesel. Your job is so risky! And we are eternally grateful you came!

I’ve waited 5.5 hours for my vehicle to be towed and am told (whether it is true or not) that it will be another hour. No doubt they are busy. I called over 5 hours ago and just now a second time. The car repair place where they were supposed to deliver my truck has called 4 times in the past 5.5 hours as well. They keep telling the car repair place it is on its way. This has not been true. I just called and the lady said it would be another hour. I was not happy. I walked 2 miles to the car repair place. I am stranded 125 miles from home. This tow service has reasonably good reviews, but that has not been my experience. I feel badly about the frustration I expressed to the lady with whom I just spoke. It is not her fault. When I called at 6:30am the first time this morning the person told me they do not work with AAA so I cannot use my AAA. I am now suspecting that is also not true. Addendum: Mr. Hoffman, the owner, called me afterward and apologized profusely. He also credited my account for the charges. Very impressed!
I had my car in tow kings and went to get it out on a Saturday and I was not expecting to get great service. I showed up and the guys were super friendly and nice. They went above and beyond for me that just wasn’t expected. Even the tow driver that drove the tow truck to take my car home was super friendly AND SO YOUNG! Wow!! Thank u Tow Kings of Waco for making my morning amazing 🤩

Called a day ahead for pricing to get my escalade unloaded from our stepdeck. Very friendly, outright, honest. 24/7 no upcharge for midnight service. When we arrived in front of their gate there was plenty of space to turn around with our semi, called in and somebody came out to unload us within 10 minutes about. Paid invoice with credit card by phone.
Tow King came to our rescue last week on our way back to Austin. Their fast service got us out of what could have been a terrible situation. The driver was super nice and helped put a smile on our face during a stressful situation.

Called several hours in advance & they gave me a time they would show up. They never did so 30 mins later I called & said they never had a reservation for me. They offered to send someone out but ended up calling a different towing company. Extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend.
Best tow services ever friendly workers turned a miserable day into an amazing day and they have the BEST PRICES!!!!! I would most defenately choose them again😀
I called the guy asking for a tow and i was expecting a high rate but he gave me a very great price. Although i was not there at the vehicle my fiance was. So my fiance was the one that had the pleasure of meeting the guy (i never caught his name) and told me he was very cool, fair and great customer service. Pretty outstanding guy and gave some advice on our car as well.
Saved my rear end, the driver was super nice and funny. They were awesome and totally pulled me out of a pinch and got me home safely.
