Vega towing was awesome!! We had a flat and called another company who put us on hold. Called Vega towing who provided prompt service, reasonable price!!! Also brought flat bed for our AWD which worked well.

Enrique is legit! He helped me tow a car from Salt Lake all the way to Springville in a pinch. Neither I (the buyer), nor the seller knew how to get the car which was dead unstuck and on the tow. Enrique was a lifesaver and he knew exactly how to get the car from its dead position onto his truck to be able to be towed! He was quick, kind, and I even had to reschedule and he was super flexible!! 10/10 would recommend these guys for any of your towing needs (I forgot to mention they’re affordable too) 🙌🏻
Super fast, easy, and careful. Enrique’s customer service is amazing. I ordered roadside assistance through my insurance and he called super fast. He headed straight for me in only 25 minutes!! I was home with my car in less than an hour. Made sure i was parked safely in my apartment complex.

Dispatch "Amber" was very pleasant and patient with me asking for details of my location as well as my health. Officers talking to me as traffic is driving by causing distracting noise; dispatch was kind & considerate in repeating questions so that I could provide information. The officer was very adament about my vehicle getting towed as soon as possible. According to the information on my cell it said it would take 59 mins. 😪 Not too long after speaking with dispatch, I received the call from the T.J. who was nearby and clarifying my location. Not too long after, T.J. was at my aid with the tow truck within 7 mins. With a smile and a cheerful spirit he checked if I was okay, received information of what happened as he accessed my vehicle. Needless to say, we made it to my home where my husband awaited for our arrival smiling, and shaking T.J.'s hand, thanking him as well. Small world, but T.J. comes from a family both hubby and I love and adore, especially his mother. Miracles happened today. I lived (so did the other drivers), T J. and Dispatch were on point and gave quick good service, and my shook up morning of being rear-ended was easily consoled by T.J. and dispatch!! Thank you! The best towing experience I have had. I had 4 other companies come out to tow my car. None of them were successful until I called McNeil’s. My car was parked in my parking garage with difficult turns & many other cars. TJ masterfully got my car out without any issues. I’m glad I called this company and will call them again if I have any other issues in the future.
My son slid off a narrow section of road trying to get it off the way of a garbage truck. Tj came out and was able to get us back on the road safely and quickly. He was professional and knowledgeable about the best way to get us out. He took the precautions necessary to avoid making the situation worse. Thanks again Tj for your help. I needed a tow so I called around and they were all too busy and I would have to wait 40 minutes plus and they wanted too much. I found Top Notch Towing online and the gentleman was the nicest guy ever, he got to me in less then ten minutes and had my car towed where it needed to go in less than a hour. He was very honest with me and charged a lot less than anyone else would. I would highly recommend Top Notch Towing and next time I need a tow this company will be the only one that I will call. Needed help with towing my brothers Suburban he had driver side back flat tire and passenger side back tire broke off . These guys came out and was very careful with the vehicle and loaded on their truck like a boss. My name is Charlotte Black and I had to have surgery and I ended up to leaving my car at work. I called my insurance company for roadside assistant to tow my car home. They called another company who was going to charge add'l $25 and then after a boat load of questions of why I didn't have the keys, which I told them my son had them, they called the insurance company and declined by request. The insurance company called me back, asked a few more questions and then understood why I needed by car home, they sent Top Notch Towing. I was contacted by Jeff who was just great. He called the Met-Life and got the door unlock coverage, unlocked the door and towed by car home. I am in a boot from the surgery so I could not get to the door quickly, he waited for me and treated very kindly. I will recommend them to anyone that need a tow. Rory Schultz was very helpful and accommodating I have went through a lot with the dealership I bought my car from and when I had to get a tow for my third service in 2 months I was honestly not in the best mood and not only did he improve my mood and conversate with me on my struggles with the vehicle as well as give me advice he gave me a ride out to the dealership with him to pick up the rental vehicle. Very good experience I would have been screwed otherwise.
My tire blew out on the side of the freeway, I immediately called Stauffer’s Towing and they were able to dispatch a vehicle within one hour. Super helpful, customer service was very kind, and overall experience made me feel very careful for. I felt like a highly valued customer. I highly recommend using this services.
This week, our daughter was stuck in the middle of nowhere, in a bad situation after sliding off an icy road. Levi Hart was able to skillfully pull our car out of a ditch at 11 p.m. He was kind and professional, as we were in a panic. The car was in such a position, after he evaluated the situation, he knew he would not be able to pull the car out the way it went in. Due to his skill and knowledge, we were able to drive the car home, after Levi did a quick inspection to make sure it was safe to do so. Careful driving around one of their drivers. License plate #W1191G. Watched the truck blow through a red light Eastbound on 7800 S and Old Bingham Hwy, made a left hand land change at 7800 S between about 2400 W cutting another car off, and a lead foot (not a good thing driving a crane). I recommend not driving in front of this guy. 😂 fyi picture was taking of the driver at a red traffic light

Matthew and Jeremy at Empire are amazing guys. They took a difficult and out of the way job on the base and knocked it out with ease. Empire was the only company willing to accept the tow job from my insurance provider. Everyone else either turned it down immediately or wanted hundreds of dollars out of pocket on top of the insurance company pay. Matt and Jeremy kept me in the loop every step of the way, were non judgemental, and very polite and knowledgeable about the arts of towing a busted vehicle stuck in an awkward place. It was such a huge relief to get this done after being told no constantly the previous day. I highly recommend this company and greatly appreciate their awesome team.
Isa Christensen was the driver who helped me. I’m a Progressive customer and had a dead car needing towing from home to the shop on a busy evening. When I got word from Progressive that Empire’d been dispatched I followed up with them and they were courteous and informative and the wait was much less than projected both by Progressives’s estimate and by their initial one. Isa was super helpful in trying to troubleshoot getting my dead hybrid out of the garage so he could back the truck up within range and took an “i’m the hired professional, i’ll take care of it from here stance” which was comforting and useful. I handed over the keys and the car was loaded and delivered without any further effort on my part. Highly recommend.

I called my insurance to get my car towed on Friday, the original towing company that was suppose to pick up my car canceled without notifying me after waiting two hours for them. My insurance was able to get Empire towing to take over the job, and let me just say they had amazing customer service. I unfortunately don’t remember the drivers name but he was fantastic, he picked up my car a little bit before the ETA and even helped us push into the drive way. Overall great experience.

I have used bullocks towing for many things, from unloading heavy machinery to moving equipment. All these guys are very professional and do whatever they can to get your job done. They are surgically precise when they operate their trucks, never need to worry about how them while they work. Very careful and awesome.
My husband, myself and my two young children were driving in the left lane on the freeway yesterday between 4-4:30. For quite a while there was a driver of this company following way too close to the back of the car were our children were. We were up to speed with traffic and we’re going 80 mph. When traffic started to slow down this driver got extremely close to the point where I thought I was going to loose both of my children. This driver did not care and proceeded to drive close to the back of the car. When we were able to get some distance between our car and the semi, another car had got behind us where I witnessed the semi truck driver do the same thing to the car behind us. Since when are semi trucks supposed to travel on the left lane and since when was it acceptable to endanger the lives of families. The picture I have is just how close we were being followed. I could not even snap a picture of when the driver almost hitting the back of the car where my children were since I was shaking in fear for their lives.
They show love in their service it’s not all about the money but the love and help they’ve shown I appreciated this guys and there service!
Tyler got me out of a jamb during pm rush hour traffic south bound on I-15 near Lehi a couple of days ago. Hooked up my truck and trailer quickly and efficiently under trying conditions. In the middle of a stressful night, Eric was dispatched to me and not only was he incredibly fast, but he was very helpful. Best towing company ever !!! Honest fast reliable
I hired QR towing to repossess I vehicle I owned that my ex boyfriend did not return. I was highly impressed with their level of professionalism. We did have to involve the police in the repossession, and I was happy with the outcome. They had to attempt 3 times until successful to get my vehicle back.
Aye Tomas who actually owns the company, came in clutch! His services are reasonably priced. He was the only tow company that called me back. He was pretty fast as far as getting my car towed to my property.

The driver that picked up my vehicle was super helpful! I had several contacts with him by text message and he was prompt and on time. He had to tow my vehicle to Tim Dahle Nissan in Murray. He contacted the service department promptly and he sent me a picture of my vehicle when he unloaded it so I knew that it was at the dealership on time. His price was very reasonable I would definitely recommend this towing company.

car broke down on my way to work, ordered a tow through progressive and they were there within 20 min. the driver was very friendly and professional and towed me 25 miles back to my mechanic.
This place is amazing! I was in a bad spot and they helped me out. These guys are the ONLY company I’ve talked to in Utah who carry race tracks on their trucks. That’s badass! The drive is a professional! He does everything he can not to mess up the car. We owned a towing company for 30 years and my Dad was the best and cheapest around, bikes, you name it! These guys made me proud of being in the towing industry. No fuss! I’ve had 7 towing companies show up to tow my car and all said no because it was too low. These guys picked it up no problem and brought it home! Great service. One and only towing company I’ll use from now on.

Quick and on time. Car tow had me wait two hours and then told me they didn’t have a credit card machine on hand and they could do it Monday (my car would be towed to the junkyard by then). Tucker towing was quick and very accommodating.
Desperate, my friend with a trailer cancelled at the last moment to transport a Hot Tub Spa. I had called 17 different truck rental companies & was about at my wits end when Ricky said that he can do it & on a Sunday to boot!! Super excited and super amazing customer service! This was my second experience with AMR Auto Repair and Tucker Towing, and I'm happy to say it was just as good as the first one. Shane is awesome and genuine in providing great service without ripping you off. I had to get my headlight replaced and he started by quoting me the worst-case-scenario, but luckily I paid much lower than the initial quote! Also his sister at the front desk is great too, very sweet (I can't remember her name-sorry!). I highly recommend going here if you want great service without being ripped a new one with costs. So 11 oclock at night my radiator blew. Last tow service to call should of been the first. Only other answer yes i got was to b towed in the morning. Towed me 10 mi after a prompt pick up was only 100. Dude knows subarus! The owner is a kind man from my short expirience with him. Wouldnt hesitate to continue business. But utah is a far drive for a mechanic
I was visiting family, I from out of town and didn't know who I could trust to help me get my vehicle to a safe place. AMR was there to help in a stressful time to help me. They where there to tow me faster then I expected, also the driver Shane was very courteous, and informative of the process. Shane also took great care of my Traverse, and safety towed my vehicle to where it needed to be fixed. THANKS a bunch
After being given the run around by my roadside assistance for two hours I called AMR in somewhat of a panic because I needed a jump start quickly. They were not only at my house in less than 30 minutes on a Sunday morning, Missi could not have been nicer and more accommodating. I was incredibly grateful for her cheerfulness and she got my car back running in no time. 10/10!
I blew a tire on my trailer on I80. I called five places before calling AMR and none of them would come out or had the equipment to change my tire. Gary came out within 30 minutes, he didn't have the right part so he went and bought one, came back and changed the tire. Great customer service, fixed my trailer right up and can't beat the price. Definitely recommend!
Needed my son’s car towed to a repair shop from our garage. Missy sent Blaze out who was insanely nice and super talented about getting the car out of very tight 3rd car spot in the garage. Not only did he achieve it, but he was smiling and talking with us the whole time. Definitely will use them again in the future if ever needed. 10/10.

Needed a walker for my disabled Uncle. Mark said come over and call when you are here. I arrived and called for two hours just to receive no answer and a full voicemail. Wow. Just simply wow.
I was t-boned in my Ford F-150. I called and the driver was there in under 15 minutes. The driver was very courteous and took care of my every need as far as being towed. He was very happy to help. I will suggest him to anyone and will definitely use them again if I ever need towed. *Knock on wood*

In my case one of ur guys was very rude and i didnt find right that he didnt allow me to ride with him in his truck..i had to stay in my truck all the way which is ilegal...it was very bad for me back there with the truck jumping...yall should fix that

Justin is an amazing guy and good conversationalist he has been my hero for today.
I scheduled a tow through my insurance company this morning. I wasn't sure what was wrong with my car but it wasn't starting at all. When I spoke to my insurance they told me that the tow could be performed without my key and I would not need to be with my vehicle. I received a call from Justin with Cartow who politely explained that the key would unfortunately need to be with the car. He told me to take my time and be there when I could. I ubered over and Justin was waiting with his tow ready to go. He asked me questions about what happens when I try to start my car - I was pretty clueless. Justin was patient and explained a couple options available to me. He recommended a jump and if that failed he reassured me he'd get my car where I needed it. The jump worked and he told me it was a battery issue. Justin took the time to educate me on not turning off my car when I go to purchase a new battery and made sure I felt comfortable. I am so impressed with the patience and kindness Justin showed to me. He didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing a thing about what was wrong. Justin is my hero and he turned my day around!! Fast, friendly, efficient, empathetic, professional! Thanks for saving my day!

Lone Star Towing is our towing company that we use for all of our communities. They are amazing to work with and very professional.
Did a good job towing my car, but guilty by association. This company has been towing dozens of cars from a large apartment complex in Orem, where a terrible HOA hasn't been following the rules of about notifying residents about road work. This company is making thousands of dollars from a scam. Someone should take legal action.
They towed my car from my apartment complex even though I had a parking pass & when I showed proof of it having the parking pass they still made us pay even though it was their mistake. Their customer service doesn’t respond for 24-48 hours. So if you want to try to even talk to someone about the issue. You could risk a storage fee.
Broke into my truck that was illegally parked and stole my power tools that were inside and refuse to take accountability for stealing from me.

Multi car Towing LLC - I would give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely abhorrent, predatory behavior and blatant discrimination and disrespect by the employees we dealt with. We parked in a lot labeled for restaurant customers. We had to go across the street for to pick up a meal for a member of our party that had dietary restrictions that could not be accommodated by the first restaurant, with the intent to order food from said first restaurant for the other people who could eat there. Another person in our group has a physical disability (clearly marked by a permanent handicap placard in the vehicle) so it took a little extra time to return back to the car. In that less than 10min, we returned to an empty parking spot with only tires marks remaining. We called the listed phone number on the sign and were met by rude, unprofessional behavior during this stressful situation. Information was not clearly provided on how to obtain our vehicle and no assistance was provided in navigating the situation. When asked how we get to the lot without a car, we were told to just order an Uber through garbled speech that sounded as if the employee was intoxicated and we were hung up on multiple times. Despite posted signage that credit cards were accepted, staff would only accept cash, which we felt very uncomfortable with, especially when arriving to a desolate lot with no employees present. Unfortunately, even after paying the exorbitant fees ($12 for gas for a <10min drive, $42 for being in the lot for less than 20min, $75 for being towed on a weekend, $201 for towing, etc), our vehicle was disfigured by a large sticker on the window making it unsafe to operate the vehicle due to impaired vision through said window that was completely unnecessary as the sticker said there was a boot in place, which was untrue. Not only were we not treated with basic human decency and understanding, but we were blatantly discriminated against for having a handicap placard and out of state license plates. Disgusting behavior. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.
