Rob came out and helped me on a roadside assistance call paid for by farmers insurance. He got there really quick considering it was like the beginning of rush-hour especially it was real nice. Got me home safe.
Towing was quick. I showed up to get my personal items from my car after it was totalled, 2 of the guys were in the process of taking the battery from my car and there was a pile or garage and broken parts (not from my car) piled in the backseat, there were even dirty paper plates! Very little respect for people's personal property. My insurance was moving the car from the lot soon ans they were taking what they could while they could. When we pulled up to the totalled car, they hurried away from it and said "Can I help you?" in a rude way like we were the ones stealing. The same man that was trying to take the battery stared me down and gave me a dirty when I pulled into the parking lot. The guy in the office was very helpful and informative, the white haired man had very little respect for my personal property and was rude in general.
These guys were fast to arrive, they even have a tracker to let you know how far away the truck is. The driver was professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He loaded our 03 Express Box van and delivered to the destination safely. Thank you for taking care of our vehicle and charging a fair rate! Awesome service at a fair price.
Do not spend your money with this company! Terrible Customer Service I Highly Recommend using a Different Service for your towing and U hauls Rentals. We rented a Uhaul for 1 day actually only for 11hours and they charged us for 2 full days. This company is very dishonest. And will try and make any extra money they can. Take your money to a place that respects its customers and values the community through honesty and respect. Not this place!
First time using these guys to tow my sons car to dealer. Very responsive, showed up right when they were supposed to. Rob was awesome to my son and his girlfriend, made a bad situation much easier for them to deal with!!

My wife’s car’s hybrid system would not engage and allow me to drive the vehicle, so I hired this service. They were fast to get someone out and the price quotes was very reasonable. In the end the driver was able to get the car to engage so we could drive it saving us a substantial amount of money. Ken (the driver) even gave us his cell so if the car gave us any issues he would head straight to us so we could get it to the mechanic. Everyone I had contact with from the owner to the driver was amazing and professional. If you need a tow company for any reason hire this company. Ignore the majority of the negative reviews as they are people blaming someone else for their ignorance. Also if your rude to people why do you expect them to continue to be nice to you.Also, follow the rules of your HOAs and the Laws. Amazing company.
These guys are a bunch of crooked bullies. For just one example, the jerk seen a car pull up to drop off a Christmas present and went around the corner to hide until the owner got out of his vehicle to run up to an apartment to drop his present off with his kids. The tow driver then hurried and hooked onto the poor guys car and then proceeded to charge him $100 to drop the car. ON CHRISTMAS EVE.
Horrible customer service, bad attitude. I called this company because they were the phone number listed on the sign in the property for which my daughter parked my car and got it towed. The person answering the phone had the worst attitude from beginning to end. He acted like it was an inconvenience that I called in the first place, he had already talked to my daughter but I wanted to make sure that I had all of the information as well. As he told me a very irritably and rudely that he had checked the system three times already and that the car was in no system and that it hadn't been towed. I believe that he couldn't see anything regarding my car being towed, but it was indeed towed as per the police department who thankfully, and kindly gave me the correct towing company phone number. This guy probably took less than 5 minutes out of his day to talk to my daughter and then myself but was so incredibly rude, I will never recommend this company or ever use them for any services. PERIOD
Advanced towing is a predatory business. My car was towed from a friend’s HOA, Advanced claimed it wasn’t registered. The vehicle was absolutely registered - I believe Advanced Towing removed the sticker from the vehicle either before or possibly after the vehicle was towed to cover their tracks. When I went to the lot to retrieve the vehicle- they asked for personal information after I provided my drivers license and proof of ownership. When I declined to provide the additional information, they refused to release my vehicle and attempted to run us over in their lot with a tow truck. Advanced is predatory at best and criminal at worst. There are certainly reputable towing companies, this is absolutely not one of them. Hopefully, they won’t be in business for long.
I had my car towed due to a guest parking violation — an error on my part — and while I ended up paying the price for it, I want to express my appreciation for Advanced Towing Service. They were responsive, answered my calls, and provided clear instructions throughout the process. I scheduled an after-hours pickup, and the team was quick and professional. Even though this was a frustrating situation for me, I really appreciate how they handled everything smoothly and with professionalism.

I will never use this towing company they need 😤 a lesson or two on dealing with people they think they are the only God tow company, thank God they are not.
If I could leave no stars I would. This company is honestly the worst. Their staff has no customer service skills what so ever. Made us jump through hoops just to obtain our vehicle. What a complete joke! Try to avoid them at all costs. Not worth anyone's time.
Worst place for towing services straight 🤡 $345 dollars for 3 hours in there yard $90 dollars was a fuel surcharge when they pick up my truck from 3 miles away from there location

They are very unprofessional. When I asked a few questions about pricing he got attitude and was belittling. If you can help it, don’t use this place.
I totaled my car and although that was a bad experience working with any&all towing was pleasant. I was worried when I read reviews people saying they took inventory, etc. but everything was in the car. They let us get it and the guy was very patient with us while we did. We truly appreciate it.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I dropped my transmission and without asking any questions pulled right over and helped get me off the road. Not only that they got under the truck and helped give me a diagnosis. They were both super nice and had the same name! (I think they said it was Brian, I was so worried about getting home I forgot) but seriously if you need somebody to tow you out, KAR Toad is the way to go.
They literally expected me to pay them 180 plus to give them a free suv then they had the chotas to hang up on me when I reminded them this vehicle is free! The arragance of these people is incredible.
