Simply put the most upstanding, professional, no fluff guy for the job. I had a classic and rare car delivered here from Japan. This car is going to be my new project car and maybe even a family heirloom passed down in the future. So to say I was extremely picky and nervous when looking for someone to tow this car almost 4 hours from Chesapeake VA to central NC was an understatement. Originally I had scheduled to have the car towed on a Monday however he didn't have a flat bed or anything available for that day (due to some mechanical issues the car couldn't be towed with wheels down). He offered to keep the car overnight which made me fairly nervous as I would be leaving my car behind. However, he took every step in keeping me updated and sent me photos of his fenced in and locked lot. He ended up delivering the car to me several hours away with no problems. If I ever have anything that needs towing in that area again I will most certainly be using 7 cities. I will also recommend 7 cities to any other service members that may have a car delivered from overseas as well. It's refreshing to work with a personable and honest businessman. Thank you!
Even though it was real early in the morning, Angel came through with outside service as the day started out bad on my way to work. He adjusted with the location change for delivery of the vehicle and even made sure I was able to get to my other vehicle and get to work in a timely manner. I know alot of tow services won't make sure you get back, but I appreciate the ride. Outstanding Results and Service.
Very professional and nice. He got there super fast to help tow my truck and helped me understand everything that was going on. Even sent a picture to make sure I knew my truck made it safe. It was really cold so I appreciate the time he took and his humbleness. If I ever need help again I will definitely call him. I highly recommend.
When I tell you I was literally less than 2 blocks away from the auto shop to get the car fixed and then it shut down on me at a car lot of all places. This company didn't let me down. There was communication from the initial call up until he dropped it off at the shop for me. Very professional and respectful. Marcus is a lifesaver. After USAA informed me at 7am that they could not find a tow truck to take my broken down car to the shop, I called TNP. They were quick to answer, very polite and professional on the phone. I was asked a few basic questions and a driver was immediately dispatched. Marcus arrived and got right to work loading up my car. He provided me with a detailed receipt so I could be reimbursed by USAA and my vehicle arrived promptly and safely at the shop. I highly recommend them for fast and reliable roadside assistance.
TNP towing... call them! Quoted price, arriving time, how long to get me there and was one of the most professional people I've met. Handled my truck like it was his own, double checked everything, safe ride to my destination. Truck was clean, used GPS, wasn't all over the road like some of these yahoo's you see and efficient. Asked me several questions to make sure I was good to go as well. Marcus did a great job!

My fuel pump went out on I-264 E near VA Beach. I called TNP towing, Marcus showed up on time and was very professional. Originally, I was just going to have Marcus tow my vehicle to a location that he had to keep it for me until I could figure out what to do. I ended up contacting a family member that was about 1 hour from my location. Marcus was able to tow my vehicle to my family members house and was very reasonable on the price!! Marcus was very respectful and meticulous on handing my vehicle! Being 4.5 hours from home and not a lot of options, I was worried I was going to be taken advantage of as far as pricing. Marcus was very caring about my situation. I would 100 percent recommend TNP towing!! I would definitely use them again if I was in need of a tow and in the area!

In a time where good customer service is sorely lacking it is quite refreshing to feel valued as a customer as well as having a service provider showing the foresight to anticipate the needs of my family during such a crisis. I want to thank you for services rendered. You certainly set the standard for other companies to follow which certainly reflects well on management and its staff. Needed my car towed to the shop on short notice. They arrived within 10 minutes of calling and handled everything within 5 minutes. They even dropped it off for me, checked it in with a technician and called me back to get me the details so I didn’t have to get an Uber to the shop. They’re even reasonably priced (do know that they prefer cash but they can do credit card if needed). Couldn’t be more satisfied.
When my car died at a clothing store they were incredibly friendly and helpful; was quoted a 30 minute wait time, but technical difficulties extended that. Kyle arrived after about an hour and even tried to help jumpstart my car again! In the 15° bitter cold! To no avail, but I appreciate him going above and beyond. The car had corroded battery terminals and will be soon ready for me to drive again. Great company and I'm so thankful for the live ETA updates! Thank you Kyle for the outstanding service!
Insurance company provided vendor left me waiting for two hours. I canceled that service after zero contact. Called Grenbier Towing and they were on scene in ten minutes and Auston was fantastic. He actually delivered my vehicle to the dealer before I made it home. 100% recommend, they are my go to service in the future. Their service softend the blow of a crappy Monday.
Greenbrier Towing and Recovery saved me in a sense. My car was shaking and could only go 20mph so I called them asking for a quote and they gave me the cheapest quote out of everyone I called for a 10 mile destination. They aren’t just affordable but they are very friendly and helpful people. I am also wondering how I could apply as a tower, should I go in person or call?

Definitely recommend 757 towing. The dispatcher was kind and communicated cost and expected arrival well. The tow truck driver was professional and made sure I got in the truck safety with the busy highway traffic beside us. They provided a itemized receipt which made it easy to submit for reimbursement for my insurance company. Would highly recommend for anyone stuck and needing a quick tow.

This is the second time I've had 757 Towing save my bacon. Once had to be towed drom driveway to shop, then from a gas station to a shop. Even with their extremely heavy workload on Thursday 3/27, the driver was apologetic about the wait time, hooked me up quick, and even relayed another issue I wanted looked at to the shop at drop off. I don't remember his name, but the guy who had to come from VB to the Miller station in Chesapeake to get my little Jeep Liberty is a rock star. Both times, I was charged a very fair price, and had a texted receipt/invoice on the spot before the driver left. I will absolutely make this company my go-to guys from now on.
I had went through my emergency towing membership company and this was the company that was dispatched to tow my car. I had a great experience with this company and the driver was friendly and took good car of my vehicle while towing. My vehicle needed towing this past Friday morning, very early. I was on my way out of state to see family when my car broke down 20 miles from my home. This company was here in less than 15 minutes to help with my tow back home. Thanks to this company and the driver, I was able to get my car to the shop, get a rental and off on my trip that morning. The other day my wife was stranded on railroad tracks!!!! While I was able to push the car out of a very dangerous situation I have to give Big ups to 757 Towing! Whit, the driver, was a lifesaver. Showed up on time the following day, expertly got my 2018 Jeep Wrangler loaded up, and got me back on the road ASAP. What really stood out was his positive attitude - even when I was feeling frustrated. Communication was spot on too. Unlike some other companies I tried, 757 Towing followed through. I've already saved their number in my phone. If you need a tow, they're the crew to call.

I’ve never had a tow truck arrive so quickly, within 20 minutes. That was a plus! Driver (Corey) was personable, helpful, and a complete joy to around. I’m extremely satisfied with the service that was supplied and I will be using this company again in the future.
Couldn't ask for a better experience. Woke up to a flat and had GEICO dispatch a tow truck from Blair's. Was immediately provided with an ETA and the driver showed up like clockwork. Very professional. He took the key, snapped a few photos of the vehicle, and drove it right onto the flatbed. Promptly delivered the vehicle to the tire shop and I had it back home (repaired) in two-hours. Highly recommend. Thanks a million!

Just had one of their drivers run me off the road because he didn't want to slow down so he merged in my lane. No blinker. Then flips me off. Lol. Later aI am passing him up and cuts me off again. At this point it is road rage with a 20k pound vehicle. Shouldn't hire thugs.

My family ended up in a ditch with there camper on north west annex, glad that Hickory towing was able to rescue them, very expensive but they are safe and we are very gratefull.
Driver accidentally towed my vehicle 30 miles from my house. I asked it to be 5miles to my dealership. They dont follow request. They Never apologized. They cause me so my grief to get my car back. I believe they are in cahoots with certain dealerships to get money on the side. Don't use them.
Were're from NC our SUV was totaled in Chesapeake. Tow driver Johnny arrived quickly . Could not have been a better experience in such a time. We were impressed by Johnny"s and owner's concern for our well being. Johnny stayed with us,even after his shift was over, until our friends from home came to pick us up. Thank you Hickory Towing.
Car needed an unexpected tow out on 168 EXPRESSWAY during high traffic volume. Called Hickory Towing - received immediate help. The service provider (Joe) took the lead at my MOST STRESED time. Ensured my safety, my car, and tow needs were handled professionally. Offered me to sit in the truck until my hubby picked me up or would take me with vehicle to maintenance service provider. They definitely made a bad afternoon much better. Thanks, service provider - Joe. Definitely 5 🌟 for company and 5 🌟 for Joe! They are now in my phone as "just in case."
I hate to leave an unfavorable review for Hickory Towing because I’ve utilized their services in the past and they were just 5 stars at the time. Unfortunately this experience was different. To begin, I parked in the wrong spot at my apartment complex (imagine that but I digress) and I was towed by Hickory Towing. I take full responsibility for parking in the wrong spot, that was an unwise decision on my end. However, I was under the impression because the tow was at 5:30am, this was considered to be “during the day” so I thought the tow would be $150. However they classified 5:30am as “night” and the tow was $195. Now the sign states $150 Day/$175 night MINIMUM so the bare minimum price would have been $175 (since they classify 5:30am as at night). Either way I retrieved the car 2 hours later of it getting to Hickory Towing’s lot. I strongly feel as if they could have charged me $175 but again I digress. The worker actually stated that the city sets the rates and the city tacked on an extra $20 in fees recently. Anywho, I ended up giving the worker $200 in cash (because it was cash only) and I even allowed him to keep the change ($5), simply because he said he didn’t have “change to give” me back. Not a problem! Mind you I didn’t receive a receipt or anything. The worker merely took a picture of my license and told me to have a nice day. Fast forward and as I am driving away I hear a strange noise under the underbody of my vehicle. So of course I call Hickory Towing to let them know something was wrong with my car. They told me to bring it back to their lot so their mechanic could look at it. Their mechanic was actually the same worker that I gave the $200 to for the cost of the tow (which was $195). The mechanic fixed the issue but claimed that the “heat shield/under tray” must have already been “slightly damaged” prior to him towing it. Personally, I strongly believe that there was no prior damage, and that this was a result of a poor hook and pull. Nonetheless, I was not given anything for the inconvenience, but he did fix the issue for no additional fee. Which to me was well warranted because they caused the damage to the vehicle. Nonetheless, I feel as if I should have asked for their insurance information and really pressed such an unjust issue but I chose not to. I merely want people to use precaution when dealing with this company. This was so distressing, I wouldn’t want any car owner to experience what I experienced this morning. One worker that arrived towards the end of the ordeal stated that he “owed me coffee next time”. A monetary amount for my inconvenience would have been nice because me driving even that short distance with that metal under tray hanging could have resulted in an atrocious situation.

Grassfield was sent to me through my insurance company, so I had no idea what to expect as a first time user. Couldn't have asked for better service. Arrived well within ETA, and was friendly, polite, and efficient. If I have any further towing needs be it for an accident or no, I'll gladly use this company again.
To expesive, Charged a whole $125 just to pull me out of the ditch and I'm only 5 min from the shop, what a rip off.
The attendant that assisted me with my tow called when he was enroute, arrived took the time to communicate different things with me and then notified me upon delivering my car to the dealership. That's what I call customer service.

Whoever said fast service must work here or have personal ties. Told me 1 hour and a half 3 hours later no call, no come and no answer to my call.
I never thought I would be writing a positive review on a company that towed my car but these guys deserve it! Ultimately they have a job to do and I understood that! The process to get my vehicle back was quite simple and they work with you. If I need towing services I would definitely give them a call!!
