The cardinals are a great tow company. They came out within 30-45 mins. They did charge me $160 for a 20 minute ride but everyone was very nice. They have cash and card options and they gave me a receipt after. I definitely recommend them for future car service needs!
Back story! Here from Texas moving my newlywed daughter and her Military husband and my sweet granddaughter into their new home in VA. I drove 30 hours in two days from Texas for this very sentimental trip. The stops made it 30 🥹 First day in Va we went to the beach and I soaked my key fob. Mind you, husband is in TX. I called several places and Caleb was as the most genuine understanding as I cried explaining my issue. He came all the way to the beach waited for me to get the locksmith help and stayed almost an hour while the locksmith tried to get us a new key. He text and called checking on me and I swear I never felt so safe and at peace knowing they were there ready to provide me their services. I ended up having him leave bec I felt so bad he was patently waiting. After the lock smith didn’t work I called Caleb back and he let me know he would be closed however he graciously offered another contact. That contact reached me immediately. Hands down I would recommend Caleb 1000 times over. He actually will be my daughter’s contact should she ever need his services! Called my insurance company roadside assistance number and waited on hold for what seemed like forever. I got frustrated and dialed local service, Cardinals Towing. They were very responsive, arrived quickly, were very polite and professional. Highly Recommend.
I needed my car towed from the repair shop back to the dealership, but I was at work so I couldn’t be present at either. Cardinals Towing made that process as smooth as possible. I let them know there wasn’t a rush, as I wasn’t stranded on the side of the road or anything. The tow truck driver still arrived and had the car loaded, key in hand, and a picture as proof within the hour. The price was extremely fair, mile for mile the best I was quoted. Communication and service was above and beyond the entire time. 5 stars all around! If you ever need anything towed, emergency or not, at the VERY LEAST I suggest giving these guys a shout first. You won’t be disappointed I promise. Thanks again Caleb and the entire Cardinals team!

I called this company because my vehicle became disabled at an event I was attending. This company was faster than the dispatch service my insurance uses. I was quoted a 2 hours arrival time, but they arrived even sooner. What I appreciate the most is the professionalism and the communication from finish to start. If you need to have your car towed quickly this is the business to call. Great service all around. And fast!! Had an emergency tow situation 2am at the Monitor Merrimack, Paul was professional on the phone and was the driver who was Able to tow our car to the requested location. We tried several companies including AAA and they couldn’t get to us until 6am. But this Tow Company was Able to do it no problem within 30 minutes of the call. I recommend them by far for ANY tow situation. 5 stars + another 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cole's Roadside & Towing is the best towing service ever. Not only were they quick to respond, but the driver was actually able to determine why my vehicle wasn't starting. They literally saved me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend Cole's over anyone else because they went the extra mile and saved the day.

I called Ricky's Towing and Recovery Service because I needed a tow. Their service was extremely fast, the driver was extremely courteous and helpful in my moment of stress. Not only was he courteous but he was extremely helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of service. They are a five-star company. Ricks towing was an amazing experience all around he was on time he was very helpful with getting the truck out of our yard gate even physically got out and did work he did not have to do for us which was greatly appreciated as well he even helped with getting us back home we had a vehicle that was towed to the scrap yard and he even was patient and kind enough to wait until we were paid from since scrap metal and then let us pay him out of the money from the truck which was very helpful he was also very kind and conversated with us on the ride home and up there which made us feel more comfortable riding with him to get to know a little about each other I will say this if I ever in the future need help with a tow Rick's Towing will definitely have all services of mine I have never had such a wonderful experience in my 32 years of life and I can say out of 32 years I have had at least 12 tows. I have had to deal with in my time and not one was as great experience as he had made for my fiance and I. As well the price that he had gave us was under half price of all other companies if not more than half the price which was very great lived everything about the experience that day and would gladly pay him 60 again for a tow. Called yesterday and got a quote. Very cheap. Called today 5 times to try and say yes over a 30 min period and never got an awnser. Lost a customer today. At least awnser and say please hold or something so I know someone's there.

Thank you for saving the day/night Crystal Ball Towing. He was very fast and got to me and my son ASAP. My insurance company called two different towing companies. The first one never showed up and the second one said they tried to contact me, but I had no missed calls. He came to the rescue and got to us as fast as he could. He was friendly and very professional. Thank you again.

Had them tow a newly acquired ‘71 Fleetwood. Called them midday on a Sunday and they were courteous, prompt, and fair. They took great care with loading and unloading the vehicle. One never hopes to ‘need’ a tow, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Horrible customer service! I called to get a car towed and wanted a quote. The guy replied “if you’re shopping around I’m not interested” and hung up. Little did he know I wanted to get it towed same day and I just needed a price. He hung up before I was even quoted a price! I didn’t bother to call back to let him know. I just rather the company lose out on money so I called another tow company who was a bit expensive but had EXCELLENT customer service. You should never hang up on a customer.

Crane was late. Guy driving the crane didn't seem to care a bit about it. 2 hour delay on getting started cost us to work overtime hours to complete the project. No phone call, no nothing.
I had an emergency tree job which took a crane to get it off my house. The operator was outstanding explained how the tree was going to be removed off my house. I would call this company again for any crane services ****

They treat everyone with respect, big shipyards and local companies should learn from them how to treat there employees and customers... This company was a lot of help when I was broken down on the side of the road. you asked me how to proceed as far as getting my tire changed on the side of the road because I did not want to be towed. I just wanted to change the tire. at the end, I was unable to change the tire and he was more than happy to come and towed the vehicle at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much for being reliable when somebody’s in need of help.
These people are seriously the kindest. I ran out of gas on the interstate, and I called him to bring me some. They weren’t able to because everyone was dispatched, but the guy I spoke to on the phone told me to call VDOT, and not only are they bringing the gas but they’re doing it for free. I love when businesses save me money and are super kind in the process. 15/10 - definitely recommend this company.
