My daughter got a flat tire on the way to ODU (got pushed into a curb by a semi) and I was an hour away. I called Able and they got there quickly and were able to change the tire instead of towing the vehicle. Their prices were very reasonable and they were very helpful. Nice to see good, honest business dealings!

This company doesn’t have a contract with my apartment complex. I have asked my rental office and the manager said they do not have a contract with this company so they are illegally towing cars. I am going to report them to the city of Norfolk Better Business Bureau. I understand people having a business but you have to do things the legal way. I live at this complex and it’s a rental car and if the management company says they are not legally able to tow then they have no right to tow on private property.
These people need to ride in a short bus not drive tow trucks. Stolen vehicle we called police to recover was taken here. They won't allow my company driver to pick up there making me physically fly from Mi to Va because of there retarded policies. Every other impound tow yard allows an authorized driver with proper paperwork to pick up vehicles.
literal hell!!! my car was towed from infront of my house but someone else called it in so can’t blame the company for that. we go to the tow yard at 7:30am to get the car and the RUDE woman on the phone said it would be 30-40 minutes before the driver got back. so we sat and waited and after an hour i called again and simple said “hey maam i called an hour ago” and before i could finish she cut me off yelling at me that i didn’t call and hour ago. i have the time stamped call on my phone from where i called her an hour prior. then she proceeded to continue to talk over me until she hung up the phone and wouldn’t answer it again. luckily the tow truck driver was polite had no issues there. but whoever they let answer the phones needs to learn how to tell time and a bit of customer service.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My car got towed and I realized it relatively quick. It said my car was parked for a total of 40 minutes. Within the 40 minutes of me leaving my car and my car being towed, it was severely damaged in the process. After arguing with everyone that my car was damaged in the process of their towing, they finally gave me a number to call about the damage they did to my car. So not only did I pay $230 to get my car, I received it damaged in the process. I couldn’t even open my driver door all the way due to what they did to my car.
I was gone for all of 5 mins. They towed my car stating that I needed a pass to park where I was. Absolutely nowhere stated I needed pass. And the two dudes were absurdly rude and disrespectful especially the one in the blue shirt

My vehicle was towed from the community parking lot for no visible parking pass. The girl who answers the phone is extremely rude and condescending! My vehicle is registered with the HOA, my windshield is tinted (medical), as are the rest of my windows. I asked how they would know if I had a parking pass if my vehicle was pulled into the spot. I was put on hold and she came back with an answer of "The drivers get out of the trucks and walk around". They in fact do NOT get out of their trucks. This is confirmed by other residents, plus the two times I've seen it myself.
I am livid right now!!!!!These people towed my truck (with the proper sticker and in visitor parking spot) and then hit a young later truck with my truck trying to tow it. Called them to tell them they towed my truck and it has a sticker and my son was coming to get it. Get there and the sticker is gone!!!! Now they want me to pay $235 to get my truck!!! They have been illegally towing people cars and someone has to stop these people!!!!
This horrible company towed my car on 04.26.25 at 4:30 AM in Summer Crescent. They charged 220 dollars to release the car, but the fact is, they damaged my car, which was bought 11 days ago in perfect condition. They have the courage to tow your car at 4 AM, but they are not MAN ENOUGH to take responsibility and compensate for the awful job they did. Horrible company and disgusting workers. They don’t have the integrity to show you proof, but they know how to hang up the phone in your face. THEY CAN’T STAND BEHIND THE JOB THEY DO BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING A TERRIBLE JOB and they think they can get away with this disgusting work. They don't know how to apoligize and run a honorable business. They talk to you as if you are ignorant and claim the damage is just “rock chips.” also telling they are taking pics of the cars before towing but not showing a proof? I am sharing these pictures with everyone and asking: do they look like rock chips to you? CHARGING YOU 220 DOLLARS AND GIVING YOUR CAR BACK DAMAGED AND NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. THEIR JOB IS TOWING CARS NOT DAMAGING. ** TO THEY GUY WHO TOWED MY CAR It is okay to make mistakes and it is also a good deed to say sorry. I hope you are an honorable man and do not avoid the responsibility as the company does. If you are, tell them what happened and how did you tow my car and let their insurance fix it.
Predatory practices, towed my car illegally and was very rude. Said they towed me from a hotel which isn’t true and when I asked the name of the hotel they said they weren’t telling me.
Predatory tow company! Said we parked in a church parking lot but had parked in an area with a QR code and had receipt of paid parking. Had to call three different numbers to even get the correct address of towing company AND police line suggested they were the ones that took the car. Please do not support this business, they are crooks.
