I had an awesome experience with B&C Towing. First off they were able to quickly come get my car. Several other tow companies were too busy and none of them could match the price B&C quoted me. I have a really low profile HiPro Mustang, so not all tow companies have the equipment to safely tow it...but B&C was able to easily. They were easy to work with and were able to grab my car and take a payment without me being there on site. I would definitely use them again!
Yesterday every single placed I called were backed up, regarding a tow with a flatbed. James was the last person I called and was able to get my Jeep towed to the diesel mechanic! James was super nice, fast and very informative with his ETA when he towed my Jeep this morning. This by far has been the cheapest price I’ve ever paid for a tow during inclement weather!! Definitely will be using him for future tows!! Definitely telling my friends about him. Thank you so much James!! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!
Worthless company. Will nor return items crucial for my fiances job. When it wasn't even her car that was towed. Won't ever recommend anyone use this company because they "legally" steal your stuff! Little update. Now the business has graduated to calling and texting my fiancé's phone leaving threatening messages. All because they are, by Nebraska law, required to return property in a vehicle that is towed. By Law! They also don't like this bad, truthful, and 100% accurate review.
James and his wife were very professional and responsive, I called while they were getting dinner and they both took time out of their day to help me out when my engine stalled leaving from the mechanics! They showed up in under 30 minutes and not only towed me back to the shop, but also offered to drive me a short distance back to my home. Excellent service.

Excellent people! My car wouldnt start late at night after return from the airport. They showed up quickly, were very friendly/helpful, and had the car towed. They went out of their way to help, even bringing extra oil (oil was low as well), and i really appreciate them.
I made a terrible mistake and shorted out my truck trying to jump start it. Called Masood to get it towed to the dealership. When Masood came, he said that he can try to start my truck for no additional cost and if that fails, he will still tow my truck to the dealership. He was right! He helped me get the truck jump started by bypassing the dead limb on the distribution fuse block. For that service, he charged me less than the towing cost! Great, honest, personable guy ready and willing to help with your vehicle with more than just towing. He will help you get your car back on the road, even if it means less money for him. He says he got over 20 years of experience and just wants to help people whenever he can and it shows. I highly recommend him and Bellevue Towing without reservations.
On-time and great service! Thry did try to revive my dead car before start towing it to save repair money for me. The key drop post towing was also professional, as they took a video of my car in the parking lot of the car repair shop After towing was complete.
Lamar is great and knows exactly what he's doing. Towing in the Seattle metro area isn't cheap - about $30/mile - but you can't go wrong with his company.

After waiting for nearly 3 hours for a tow truck from AAA, Lovepreet came through and gave me a tow to Les Schwab in less than 30 minutes from calling for a quote. Best rate I could find, and even showed integrity by only charging me the original quote when he realized my car is AWD and required a little extra work to tow. God forbid I need a tow again soon, I know who to call. Thanks for everything
My daughter was locked out of her car and had no phone and only an approximate location at night. Quick towing answered the phone immediately and was there within 15 minutes! Super great service! I would recommend them to anyone needing help!

All I can say is THANK YOU!!! A person doesn’t think they’re going to get plowed in at the parking lot of the work place. I was stuck after several attempts to shovel out and back out. I originally thought I just needed a jump start but my car stopped responding to my key fob and they were also able to help me open my car and jumpstart it. Would definitely recommend their service!

Great experience with Ken’s towing!! Not only did they arrive promptly and get me towed successfully. Their rate was almost HALF the cost of OTHER towing companies in the area!! I was blown away! SHOUTOUT to SEAN for getting the job done- thanks brother! 💪👌👏
On July 22nd 2019, I called Ken's for a tow from Bellevue to 110 116th ave ne Seattle to Huletz Auto Electric. I was not there when the tow truck driver hooked my dodge dakota nor was I there when he made the drop that evening. I picked up my car the following Saturday July 27th, 2019 from Huletz and found a parking ticket from July 23rd, 2019 for parking head in in a back in angle only parking spot. The ticket was dated for July 23rd, 2019 @ 9:44am, so I am fairly confident that it was the tow truck driver who illegally parked my car and not Huletz electric. Yes I called and spoke to Dave the manager of Ken's towing Bellevue to ask if they would pay for it and he was suppose to call me back but never did. So I paid the $47.00 ticket plus $3.60 convenience fee to the city of Seattle. My truck got repaired and it arrived undamaged otherwise. Ken's was busy at that time on that date. I think they should have taken care of the ticket since it was probably the tow truck driver who illegally parked my truck.
Make sure to call day of your visit to check their hours for the lots. I was told 8M-5Pm would be okay for picking up any belongings from my vehicle after it got towed in an accident. I show up at 10Am and was told the hours were 1pm-4pm. Had to kill time in Bellevue since I live further north.
These guys are unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. They arrived at my car/tow location and then proceeded to yell at me for not giving them prior information about the vehicle that they never asked me for over the phone. Then they just canceled the tow request and said they couldn't do it. I called another tow company that had my vehicle towed to its destination within the hour (and at a price lower than what I was quoted by Ken's Towing). Avoid this place at all costs. They're not good at what they do.
It's been a nightmare year, I've had 7 tows in the last 12 months with 7 different companies in different areas all over the west coast. And let me tell you these guys are the best I've had so far. Price was more than reasonable, driver was friendly and kind. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Mac & Ibsen Towing are linked. Bellevue office is deep in Mercer Park Business complex. Tough to find! Street addresses on the top of buildings. Reasonable to work with. Not as overpriced by comparison. Staff helpful & competent. I don't want to be towed, but working with them was better than other tow companies.
It's a tow company everything is rediculous from the tow fees to the storage charges if you get you car impounded whether public or police your looking at 372$ if you can't pick it up same day expect them to add 70 more per day until you pick it up or they just auction it off. After I think 15 days could be wrong mite be 30 not sure
5 stars for Andrew helping me get in my car after I had locked my keys in.

I have had a few interesting experiences with towing companies in my day, so I was surprised enough by Superior Towing Company’s good service that I had to write a review about them. Of course because be car sucks, something inside of it decided to die when I was in a fairly busy intersection in Bellevue. Luckily, these guys were pretty speedy and nice about my situation and gave me a decent priced tow on over to a repair shop. They made the whole process a little less terrible, and I highly appreciate that.
My car broke down this week in Bellevue, and I did a quick internet search and found Superior Towing. I called them and they responded with excellent customer service, and promptly came to my rescue within 15 minutes. After the driver determined that my car would need to be towed, the driver was very helpful in suggesting a reasonable but quality mechanic. I am grateful to be back on the road with as little hassle as possible. I can HIGLY recommend Superior Towing for anyone with car trouble. Great Job Guys!
Superior Towing is a great company! They are friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they care about the environment, and that they only use bio fuels. They have a wide range of services and areas that they work in, and are available 24/7, which is ideal for a towing company. I also appreciate that they let the person paying for the tow to choose who the vehicle gets donated to.
Lost control after the rain last night and absolutely Devoured a curb, blowing my two right tires and completely mangling the rims. Barely slept and stressed out all morning about getting a tow and what's to come, and then Juan showed up. Wonderful dude, incredibly positive, encouraging and helpful. Not only did he get my car home, and talk with me about his own repairs on a similar car with the process he went through, he genuinely took Me out of a bad place in my mind and made a positive impact out of an otherwise horrible situation. Hope to never need my car towed again but if I do I'd hope he's the one to show up with a superhero cape on.
I had the misfortune of breaking down on my way to work last week, and had an immobile car in the middle of Bellevue. NOT a good day. However, I was able to get a hold of the friendly receptionist at Superior Towing who sent someone to help me right away. The guy that arrived to rescue me was professional, friendly and set me at ease. In short order, my car was loaded up with great care not to scratch or damage it, and we were delivered to a nearby repair shop. Considering that tows can be an expensive and sketchy nightmare, I was grateful for a reasonable rate and quick service.

Given a 60 minute ETA for roadside assistance. After waiting 80 minutes was told another 30 minutes, then another 20 minutes. Driver never texted me with updates as promised.

Hey L.J. You're a bully. AND...it looks like Starbucks Towing is a woman owned business, how awesome is that. What can you do when bullied by a male employee at a towing company? Nothing! Starbuck's towing employee LJ was pissed at me because I was upset. I was trying to figure out how many days/hours the totaled car was in their lot, it seemed that I was being overcharged (I was mistaken). My high school son totaled my late husband's car. It's not about the money but I was confused and LJ bullied me, he shouted at me, and then refused to accept my debit card for payment. Fine, I was confused and I swore, then I threw a pen onto to the counter. LJ said he didn't like the way I was acting. I asked if I hit him with the pen, he said no but he didn't like the way I was talking. So he started shouting at me, he's a much taller person than I am. Bullying women who try to pay...seriously LJ? He insisted again he would not take my debit card and said he would ONLY take cash. LJ said he didn't trust the card. It's a debit card LJ, the money comes out...period. He insisted that I return with cash. He threatened that he wouldn't be there and I would have to come back another day. He insisted that I call back for another appointment because it was a non-work day. Before I left Starbuck's towing I called for another appointment and he said he couldn't be there, I'd have to come another day. I said to LJ I was told that I could collect the car at anytime during the weekend and all I needed was a 1-hour notice. After that LJ said he'd be there. I returned within an hour with cash to pay the bill. LJ was still a bully, no more shouting but he was belligerent and still a bully. It's pathetic that Starbuck's towing cares so little about the people in the city where they make a ton of money. Obviously a contract with the city of Bellevue or weird relationships with the Bellevue police department keeps them in business. If I had been with the car and was able to request a towing company I would NOT use Starbucks towing. Stay away.

Reasonable to deal with, staff helpful & competent. Bellevue office is hidden deep in the Mercer Park Business Complex. Look for Mac Towing signs and Ibsen signs. Further back the buildings numbered with the address. I never want to be towed, but working with Ibsen / Mac Towing could have been worse.
This company has 'agreements' in place to tow your vehicle without notifying authorities, property management or even the driver. Maybe I'm incorrect, but that just sounds like stealing. Vehicle parked properly in a parking lot with no time limits posted, individual left vehicle parked for 35 minutes before it was towed. Just another thieving company out to swindle you for your hard earned money. Two stars since an employee actually answered the phone, figured this company was just a hoax.
My car just hit their lot at 2:10pm and I received a call back at 3:02pm saying it’s $650 to get it out

The service attitude of this store is poor. Customers have to wait for more than one hour to pick up their cars. The environment is very chaotic. The price is very expensive.
