After my truck broke down in an alley in Seattle, I needed to get it back to the dealership (only had the truck two months!). Working with AAA, I got hooked up with Long Towing, with Charlie as the driver. The truck he came with was a pretty standard flatbed style truck; clean and organized as well. The truck appeared to easily handle the loading and transport of my own truck. Charlie was great! Professional and personable, he offered a ride to destination, which saved me about $150, by not having to use an Uber. Easy ride to Marysville from Seattle, and would definitely recommend Longs Towing for your towing needs. Thanks for the great service, Charlie!

It’s the time old tradition of tow trucks swooping in to tow cars that miss the 3pm move notice, but with this encounter it’s all about the recklessness of the driver. Not only are they driving in the bus lane to then cut you off with a vehicle being towed no blinker no warning so they can drop the car and get back out on the streets to make more money. Just experienced almost being side swiped by this company’s driver, no warning, and absolutely no reasoning for this type of driving then not even a mile up the road watch this same driver aggressively swerve almost hitting a transit bus in another lane. Not only is this driver reckless but I would worry about the car being towed and damages that could be caused by the absolute chaos this driver thought necessary to drive this way. Would not use this company for a personal tow and suggest the city of Seattle to look into the drivers for this company, for the safety of the people of Seattle.
Gurpreet came in about half the time AAA said. I was parked on a residential street, it was dark, cold, rainy. I thought I had a flat tire but not sure which one it was. Gurpreet checked the tire pressure of all 4 tires, three of which were fine. He quickly exchanged the very low pressure tire with the spare. I appreciated his thoroughness, competence, and patience. Wished I’d cash to tip him.

I cannot say enough good things about Assad, the person who towed my partner’s truck tonight after it was broken into and was not drivable in the aftermath. We were both very stressed given the theft and Assad was very patient and kind and resourceful and was a lifesaver for us. He went above and beyond and deserves a raise, truly!

Great service! I have a vintage sports car that requires special attention when towing. They were not only superbly skilled but also patient with a somewhat nervous car dad. They really went above and beyond when we got to the auto shop and helped the mechanic push some cars around to make space for my baby. If I could give six stars I would!

Meron was completely on top of his game. Gave me the best rate out of 5 other Seattle towing companies I called in the middle of the night. Told me he would be there to tow my car in 20 minutes but arrived in 15min. I wouldn’t trust another tower in town after this experience.

They answered the first call and arrived within 5 minutes of calling. Our boat battery was jumped and we were running within the next 5 minutes! They were very nice, even offered a blanket because it was windy. Highly recommend!
Our boat broke down on the water. We called Tow Boat Seattle. Captain Doug was able to come out right away. He charged up our boat thinking it might be the battery. The boat started but we didn't get far. Doug followed us for a minute to make sure we were okay, but we ended up needing a full tow. He effortlessly got us back into our slip. And even made a stressful experience into a positive one! I would highly recommend Tow Boat Seattle.

Sadly this could have gone so differently. I love writing great reviews for good service, this is not one of those. My car broke down and I called this company and was told that the next truck available was 35 to 45 min away and that the price to drive me 5 miles away would be $375 dollars. They had good reviews so I decided to go with them, and gave them my credit card number. An hour goes by and I give them a call to see what the eta is and the guy on the phone says sorry we got held up by another drop off, we will be there in 20 min. I’m okay with that, don’t love that I have to be the one to call them for an update but that’s cool. Another 45 min goes by and I call back, he apologized for the delay and said he is going to get another driver on it. It was now 3 hours since the first call and I asked to cancel because frankly I don’t believe them at this point if they were trying to send someone at all. He offered on one of the calls to take off the convenience charge. Which I didn’t know I was being charged on the first place. Then he said on another call, he said he couldn’t do any discount better than $270, after waiting even longer again I called the next company that said they could be there in 35 min and the price was $260. Crazy to me how much better this could have gone. I had to chase down every answer and was told 25 to 30 min more every time. Total of over 3 hours of waiting. This wasn’t a good choice for me, I suggest if you need help you look elsewhere.
I am rating 5 because I have used Guardian towing 2 times this year and both times the drivers first communication was to be sure that everyone was okay and safe. Both times the drivers were compassionate, calm, and very good at their jobs. When a vehicle is turned over, it's quite an experience to see it get from there to on the ramp of the tow truck. I did end up coordinating traffic this morning due to the accident being at the corner of a turn. I'm very thankful for the help I received from Guardian Towing and pleasantly surprised that I fulfilled a desire of being a traffic flagger for a couple of hours. I now know how dangerous flagging can be from a different perspective and it gave me more gratitude for how they keep people safe during transportation. 🥰 It did take longer for the drivers to arrive than estimated which is never fun, but maybe Guardian should should get an app like all kinds of businesses have that can show you the driver's name and their location while on the way to the accident site. I did read some other people with this complaint. I believe that providing a possible solution with a perceived problem is more productive than letting it make me feel like a victim. I would like to say again how important the drivers are. I hadn't thought about if before because I didn't have these experiences previous to this, but the drivers can arrive on some accident scenes where way more terrible things happened. Just the thought of losing my daughter in this way is creating trauma for me (not to mention her own experience). I was in fight or flight mode first thing in the morning when my daughter called me and told me she flipped the vehicle. Once that mode is on, it doesn't just turn off because she is alive. I had a period of time where I was cold and shaking from this. The immediate concern from both driver experiences (this morning, we were lucky to have Izzy arrive to the vehicle site) literally had an immediate, calming effect on me. This really makes me think deeply about humanity and the way people treat one another. Words and body language can have so much power and I am thankful to live in a world where I can experience people using their inner power for good.❤️ This morning cost $811 to get the car out and take it 2 miles home. It was around $400 to $500 to move the car the first time. It was in the ditch across the street from the house I live in. I would complain about the prices but I have seen a dozen eggs be $16 at the grocery store and 2 chicken breasts for over $20. Yes, my financial status definitely took a way bigger hit than I expected, but I'm more than thankful that I was able pay for the service and have my daughter intact.
I had a pretty awful experience--6 hours of waiting, repeatedly being told the driver would be there in 30 minutes then the time being pushed another hour. Car dropped off at the wrong place. But Jesse was truly outstanding. He was kind, went above and beyond, checked on my tow after his shift, called me the next day to apologize about the mix up. He is a gem and deserves a raise.
Was told it would be an hour for someone to come help after an hour called and said it'll be another 15-20. Called back after 30 minutes and was told that it was going to be another hour. No communication updates about the length of time. Charging 5% for using credit cards. Had to cancel service. Bad communication.
Honestly, this was the best towing experience I’ve ever had. I called and they showed up super quick, way faster than I expected. The service was awesome, really friendly, and made the whole situation way less stressful. I have a Tesla and am always paranoid about using towing. The service was smooth from start to finish and you can tell they actually care about helping people out. I’ve had a few towing experiences before and none of them even come close to this. If you ever need a tow, go with these guys. Hands down the best towing company out there.

It was my first time using their service and I was really happy with it. Adeel came to help me to tow my car to mechanic. He was really fast and knows what he was doing. He had really good attitude the whole time really fun person. Would definitely have Adeel tow my car again if needed in the future.
I was stuck in Seattle at 11pm and I didn't have a jump box with me. I initially called them to ask how much a jump would be and they quoted me with something I couldn't really afford. I was honestly either going to wait it out or try to take transit home, but they called me back and asked for my budget. They came by in about 5-10 minutes and jumped my car for me at a price I could afford. Incredibly kind of them to simply come out that late, and to do the service for a lower price than they usually do. Without them I would've been placing myself in an unsafe situation and I'm incredibly thankful for their kindness. Will most definitely call again when I am in need of help.
What an amazing tow service!!! I called them quickly to have my car towed and the driver, who was a distance away, arrived to my home much faster than I had expected. He was professional, filled my flat tires with air, towed my car to the auto repair shop and was super compassionate enough to help give me a ride back home since he was headed that way. For the last year I've been here, this business uses the sidewalk as their own property. With the multi use bridge path to Elliott Park closed I have to take a different route to get to the bike path. When I left home and when I came back their truck was parked on the sidewalk, causing me to go into the road where everyone is driving 40+. Absolutely ridiculous! The sidewalk is the one place on the street for NO VEHICLES. Please stop this.
Great overall experience. I was in a dealer loaner and had a flat. Loaner didn’t have a spare! Was 11pm on Sat. Got in contact with Easy and they were there quickly. Driver was pleasant and quick and just amazing customer experience. Highly recommend them.
Karam did an excellent job, was patient, safe, easy to communicate with and professional. It's not everyday people recommend tow truck businesses, but this was a 10/10 experience and they did everything right.
MOTORCYCLE RIDERS BEWARE: check your insurance to make sure towing is included. State Farm does not have it as part of any policy, which was very disappointing, ridiculous, and unbelievable too. Motorcycles breakdown too, or get flat tires as in my case. If I would’ve known that, I wouldn’t be carrying these guys as an insurance provider… UNBELIEVABLE! Despite finding this out in the heat of the adversity and realizing that the $400 tow bill was going to come out of my pocket, the actual tow experience was great! Jose, who was the driver, was very knowledgeable on how to secure my bike to the bed, and he did it very quickly too. In addition, the hour and a half ride was safe and pleasant with good conversation. Additionally, the dispatcher was very helpful and answered my calls quickly & efficiently. These guys were great, so if you ever need a tow, you can count on this team 💯. Thanks Jose!!

North Seattle Towing came ASAP and best of all, they didn’t require me to wait with my car. I took a taxi to my destination, they towed my car to my favorite shop, Acme Auto Electric on Aurora. They handed the keys to the shop manager. I paid North Seattle Towing’s reasonable fee by phone. As conked out cars go, it couldn’t have been a smoother experience.
My son is in college in Seattle we live in Illinois. He went to the grocery store and car wouldn't start, tried to troubleshoot over the phone with no luck. He called North Seattle towing. They came to his location and got his car to start. No towing needed. Very grateful.

Hal at North Seattle towing was absolutely amazing. Rushed to pick up my son and I, dropped us home, and the whole ride essentially taught me everything I needed to know about what was likely wrong with my car (failed alternator). After waiting around for 5 hours for another tow company I decided to call Geico back and request a new company. They sent All Night Towing and I’m so glad they did. I called the office to confirm their estimated time of arrival and explained how I’d been waiting for hours. They were understanding and assured me someone would arrive within their estimated time. Sure enough Atiq was there before the quoted time! He was amazingly helpful and understanding. If I’m ever in need of a tow I’ll be sure to tell Geico to only send these wonderful folks!

Zaidi was thankfully assigned by my insurance to help me tow my car that I’ve been having troubles with. He agreed to meet me and arrived right on time. I had my vehicle break down on the freeway entrance late at night. All Night Towing was dispatched by my insurance company. Zaidi gave me a call soon after to ensure a speedy arrival and showed up sooner then expected. He was very friendly and professional and took great care of my car. My car wouldn't start so I called the closest towing company, which happened to be Legend Towing. They came out in a timely manner and did their best but my car would not start. They did not charge me for their time since the car did not start (we think its a dead battery). I'm impressed by their professionalism and business ethics and I won't hesitate to call them back if I need towing or roadside assistance in the future.

I had Bill come out to tow my car when my starter went bad in SeaTac. He got there early, he attempted to help me get the car started instead of just straight towing me, and when that didn't work he referred me to a great mechanic that was nearby. I got nothing but good things to say about these people and Bill especially. Columbia towing from now on.
Took 2 hours for them to arrive then almost 2 hours for them to tow it 11 miles 550 bill This place overcharged me when I was in desperate need of help, there costumer service was fine but there prices and time management could use a good amount of work After this review the president of the company reached out to me personally and expressed to me that he agreed with my assessment and would follow through with some training. He also offered me a military discount. Thank you for addressing my concern and reaching out

Jacob saved the day when my Silverado 5500 broke down. Very nice guy, knew what he was doing and showed up very fast. Seems very passionate about his job and what he does. I’ve had other tows in the past and can say the experience wasn’t pleasant. Not very friendly drivers nor did they care for my vehicles. I would recommend Jacob and ABC towing to anyone who’s in need of a tow!
I had a tire blowout and Derek H. showed up within 15 minutes to replace my tire and send me on my way. He could have easily been gruff and short with me but instead he was incredibly helpful. He told my the PSI of the the loaner tire, what to torque the nuts to, and even suggested I go take a picture of the railroad that popped by tire to file a claim with the city of Seattle. I've never had a better experience with a towing company. Thanks Derek and ABC Towing!

DO NOT GET A TOW FROM ABC! I got a bad flat when I got off work Sunday night. It was a rainy night and after my tire blew and my car spun. They were the only place open near me at the time I called. Their office was five minutes from the onramp where I caught the flat. They charged me $275 to tow to me to my job that was eight minutes from the incident. They told me that it was a “wreck fee” when I had caught a flat. My car had spun, but I had hit no other vehicles, and no one had hit me. They claimed my axle was bent, but after taking it to a shop, they said it actually was a bent suspension piece that most likely had already been an issue before my tire blew. After all the fees, it was $300 total. $300 for a ten minute drive. Save your money and don’t go to them unless they are the last place open and you have no other options.
Derek Haag was quick to arrive, very personable, and knew his job well. Tire loaner for Tesla was swapped out quickly and we found the cause of the slow leak on the original tire. Once Derek arrived, we were done in less than 15 minutes easily. Thanks again for the great work Derek!

TMK towing was Great The truck was clean, he was extremely professional and they showed up with about 15 minutes of our initial call. He stuck around after we got to Les Schwab and just chatted with us; something that is missing from a lot of the service industry today! I strongly recommend calling them for whatever you need! Simply put, they rock!

I was assigned TMK through my insurance roadside assistance service. The insurance company’s initial estimate was 60-90 minutes. They kept changing the status of the driver saying 5 minutes, 20 minutes, 8 minutes, and so on. In every call the person who spoke was unpleasant and rude and would scream the ETA and hang up. 3 hours later I had my insurance cancel on them and book a different company. If they had just told me they would take 3 hours I would have planned my day accordingly instead of waiting for 3 hours and not doing anything else.

Lang Towing was assigned to me via AllState. The tow truck assigned to me lied about reaching my location. Avoided my calls. And lied to me about his ETA. It was not until an hour of waiting past his due date that he finally revealed he got a flat tire. He kept saying “ETA is 20-30min” but it wasn’t until i pressed him that he admitted that he’s “in line to get my flat tire fixed but it’s a long like. I cannot guarantee an ETA”. So, after a total of 90minutes waiting past the time they were expected to arrived, they finally asked AllState to cancel. Never work with this tow company. Avoid like the plague.
Lang towing, specifically Amar really saved the day. We lost our rental car key in the lake, and immediately called for a tow to get the vehicle back to service and exchange for a new one. Omar arrived very promptly and was so nice. He made a crappy day turn into a good one. He was so friendly and made us laugh and forgot about what just happened with the key. Even gave us some great recommendations on where else to visit and eat while we were in town. Highly recommend!
Wonderful service from start to finish from Cesar this morning. He kept us informed via text on his ETA and provided pictures once he delivered our car to its destination.
The driver was very professional and courteous. The office was excellent in handling and processing my service needs and transporting my vehicle to it's destination.
My company had a Mercedes sprinter van in the Seattle area that had a complete breakdown and needed emergency towing services during the holidays. After calling around to a few locations to no avail, Lang's Towing was the only company that was operating and had drivers available in the Seattle area. They responded to my call quickly, and were very professional on the phone. The driver that was dispatched, Ammar, was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. If you get stuck in Seattle, WA, definitely give Lang's a call!

Expensive but got the job done fast
I was stranded at O'Rielly's and I called 9 other mechanics before Focus Towing and they all gave me ridiculous prices because of Covid-19. My destination was literally 4 minutes away. Thankfully Anthony was here to save the day! He is probably the most honest tow truck driver I've seen. Most people work for people but this tow truck driver works with people. Such an understanding worker during tough times. If you want quality care of your vehicle give him a call. He will get there quick! And I mean quick!! I had to go across the street to the atm and get cash and by the time I came back he was there ready to tow my car. Amazing timing! Couldn't have asked for a better price and better timing. Saved a student lots of money during this pandemic. Thanks!

The guy who helped me was so nice, super helpful and fast! I lost my keys, he towed my car from Seattle to my house without me even being there. Once he got to my house he helped me get into my car, all for a great price. He also referred me to a local locksmith, made the call and set everything up for me. It was a huge relief because I was pretty stressed out about the whole ordeal and he made the process so incredibly easy for me. I highly recommend their services.

Unfortunately my car had stopped working and i had to get it towed back to my house. I called several services but this company had the best prices and the best customer service. The person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and made sure everything went smoothly and let me know exactly what to expect. Even tho my car stopped working they made the whole experience a little less stressful.

Great service! I called several services for a quote, Big D had the best price. Driver was friendly and professional. I had a flat and needed to be towed to a tire service. I mentioned my frustration that I would have to wait until Monday- the driver knew that Firestone was open on Sundays so we went there instead. Very happy overall
My car was towed from the lot which may have been deserved, but when I called the towing company the man who I spoke with advised me to come in the day after, I then took a look online as to what their payment policy was... If I had done as they said and waited even 1 day I would have been charged several extra storage fees and other subsequent fees. I’m responsible of my own parking and moving forward I think I’ve learned my lesson, nonetheless if I didn’t do my due diligence I would have fell for their scam. The man that assisted me through the process explained “Seattle just changed their towing fees and policy’s so I’m not sure how much the total’s gonna be.” When I asked what had changed or if he could show me a site or a document explaining this, the man was scrambling and didn’t know what to say. If what they said was true they should have done their job and looked into what policy had changed so they could properly inform me as to what I was getting charged for. Though with how they couldn’t even respond to my simple request I’m sure this was also a scam.

Cheap Towing was sent through my insurance for a tow. I didn't have to wait very long, and the technician was very communicative and efficient. I was not asked to pay any additional fees or fines, something I see as being a problem other reviewers had. I don't know if it was my tech following protocol or if the company has changed policies, but I was very grateful for the efficacy of their help this weekend.
Made me wait 3 hours with a flat tire about a mile away from their shop just to come without any tools. I called multiple times and said I could cancel because I have work early in the morning but they insisted I stay to be “helped” lmao. Also tried to charge me $675 last time I got my car towed (they had it for maybe a few hours). I don’t ever leave reviews but this is one of the most unprofessional and un serious businesses I’ve ever seen. Don’t waste your time and for sure don’t spend your money on this joke of a company. Multiple interactions with multiple different people, always the same garbage service.

ET Towing is apparently called a rose Towing. Worst experience I ever had did not give me any pricing when I asked them to tow 30 miles to Marysville while I was in the emergency room then was handed a $2,000 bill. The word con artist comes to mind
Found them on Google after I got in a car accident and the car was undriveable. They responded quickly, and we're professional and courteous. They gave me a few options on what I could do, and then towed the car to the shop of my choice - no hassles. I would use them again in the future if needed.
