I was locked out of my brand new pick up. My husband accidentally left the keys in the vehicle and then locked the vehicle while it was running. It’s a 2022 Silverado Z71 3500 HD, Shane came out and was in my truck with three Minutes. He was right around the corner when he got the call so he was there within five minutes. The community of Spokane is blessed to have Shane using his powers for good.
Car battery died two days in a row. Both times Big Jim’s Towing was out there fast and got it started. Very good and communication when they would arrive.
Super quick response! Really gave me a fair deal for a tow that took my car across town. The tow guy was a pro and was great company as I had to catch a ride with him to my mechanic. I recommend Big Jim's Towing Services for sure!
Big Jim's towing came very quickly after our car accident required a tow to a shop. Came in 30 minutes at a cost way lower than I expected. They were incredibly helpful, definitely would recommend.
We had an incident with Big Jim’s towing one of our cars was damaged and our shop door was damaged. He immediately took care of it. We didn’t have to wait on insurance and he was professional and kind courteous about it. He understood our situation and what we wanted to have taken care of and he took care of it I really appreciated it. My truck broke down and the insurance company wasn’t able to find someone to come out, so I called Pro-Tow. Their customer service was great! They kept in communication on when they were expecting to be out there. Jerry was the driver and he was excellent! Called me several times to update me where he was. Very nice, very patient, and kept saying he was trying to hurry so he can get me back to work which I really appreciate. A five star rating was easy to make for this experience. When my RV fell apart on the road, I was kind of a wreck myself. Your driver showed up and had an immediate calming effect. Fantastic experience. I received a kit cabin from Canada and it was delivered with ease and precision. Gerry brought in a large allterrain fork lift to get it on site which happened to be in the woods through a large wet field. I had need stressing over the delivery for months but when it finally arrived Jerry was in and out in less that 45 min. Very nice gentleman and he's the company supervisor. It’s nice to see the supervisor out working just as hard as his crew he manages. It says a lot.

These guys have saved my bacon more than once. From the first serious wreck I was in, to going out of there way to be there for someone when they were needed. Called for a tow more than one for a flat tire and they rolled out the big boy to make sure I made it home. Thanks for saving me multiple times over the last 4 years.
My family and I basically got robbed $555 from Pro-Tech. For 1 hour and 20 minutes (starting from the time a property manager made the phone call to Pro-Tech), Pro-Tech charged us $555 for their tow. Now, we can’t visit home for the holidays, because Pro-Tech basically robbed $555 from us. The worst part was watching my son standing out cold in the rain at night that whole time, waiting for our vehicle to return.

One man operation, he goes above and beyond to help you out when you need a tow. We were stuck 60 miles out of Spokane and he towed us in. Saturday afternoon and was 3 times cheaper than the other companies we tried we payed 200 dollars and the lowest other price we could find was 600! His prices are very low and reasonable! Thanks for getting our family out of a pickle!
Absolutely no help! I called with a horse trailer stuck in the snow with horses on board. I'm less than 3 mi from their shop and they quoted me over $1,000 to come get me unstuck in the snow at the motel. Talk about taking advantage of someone with animals already in paril. Y'all should be very ashamed!

We were stranded on the on ramp heading south from Spokane with a trailer carrying about 2 tons and a blown tire. Chuck showed up and swapped our tire out with one from his personal trailer (we agreed to return it of course) and aired the other low tire up before sending us on the way. Saved. Our. Asses. My wife and kids and I were in town for appointments and the car over heated. Corey came with a quickness to help in any way he could. He's amazing very family oriented, honest,reliable and most of all respectful. Helped us get back on the road and he didn't charge very much at all. If I could give him more then 5 stars I would. 100/100 by far the best towing company we've ever dealt with. We used to deal with AAA until that day. They told us it was going to be about 5 hours before they could get to us and we started calling around for prices and how quickly they could get to us and B&R Towing was the best price and was able to get to us super quick. It was freezing, snowing and we had our kids with us.So glad Corey answered and gave us a quote never will I go to another towing company again.

Bulldog towing was a pleasure to work with not only were they able to provide a reasonable price but they were incredibly fast when I needed them. I can’t say enough good things about Evergreen State Towing and their outstanding service. My car was stuck in the dirt for nearly 20 hours, and I had no luck with AAA or several other companies—they either couldn’t handle it or didn’t have the right equipment. My car decided to die in a parking garage. Numerous people stopped to help as well as my husband. Nick D from Evergreen walked all the way in since his truck wouldn't fit and tried to get it to start as well. He and Alissa helped me navigate next steps to get my car out and decided we would try when the garage was empty of cars. Somehow my car actually started 5 hours later and we didnt need a tow and was able to drive it to our mechanic. I asked them via text if I could send them money for just being so awesome and helpful and they said it's just part of their job. What customer service and helpfulness. Truly appreciate all they did for me!!! Above and beyond service for sure!!!!
After a long day of complications with my truck, I was unsure how long it would take to get a tow l through AAA, it took nearly 4 hours to assign the service to Evergreen towing. After they were assigned however, I quickly received a text, call , and an ETA from our tow truck driver, Moe. He arrived within 10 minutes! I was very pleased with his great attitude, efficient work and attention to details- he even reminded me to check the back of my truck for any belongings before starting the tow (my son’s stroller almost got left behind). Having a positive experience after such a long day was very important and Moe exceeded expectations. Thank you guys for all you do- and thank you Moe!
Zero stars if I could. I was blindsided by Douglass property and Evergreen towing, As one of the workers at the plaza that got their car towed and forked up $500+ dollars that day to go to work that I've been parking for 2 years in a vacant lot with no warning or accommodation to drop my car or any notice that I was not authorized to park there anymore. All of the employees of this plaza including the customers have always parked in this lot. It's one this to tow vehicles for sale. It's another to start towing people hard working people and customers. I personally was only in my shift for 2 hours before I herd my car was being towed. On top of all that, they went out of their way to hire a security team to ensure no one parks there anymore. Even better they didn't have the proper signage for this lot, I do have proof as of previous one sign was posted v.s. now multiple has been posted for every entrance. I would like to personally dispute this if you would provide further contact information.

Regarding their U-Haul rentals: Website hours are incorrect. The guy that checked us out had no idea what he was doing and was not familiar with uhauls policies. He told us anyone can drive the uhaul without providing their drivers license which is incorrect. We had to contact uhaul after we left to add another driver that was with us when we got the truck. He did not do a walk around of the truck prior to dispatch. This location was very dirty, stunk like smoke and the agent was not at all helpful. I wouldnt ever return to this place and would not recommend.

Pacific Towing was great, very fast and went above and beyond to help my son with his vehicle. The owner of the business showed up within twenty minutes of calling for help. I will definitely use PT again. Thank you for ALL your help!!
Had a flat tire and no spare and I remember a friend who had mentioned how pleased he was with PT so I called them and explained my situation. It was maybe 15 outside and I was freezing. Rich was there immediately and he brought another tire for me to keep and a nice warn jacket and had me sit in his truck. Well he noticed my brakes were bad so we went to his shop and he fixed my breaks and refused to take any money for it. I'm a single mom and I struggle to make basic bills I never would have been able to afford all that Rich did for me. Thank You again Pacific Towing.....I am definitely going to highly recommend Pacific Towing!!!
Very good service ! Had to repo my truck from a lady that was not trying to pay the rest of her payments on my new truck . I called pacific towing and he was on it told me he would be at her house to get my truck in 45 minute’s and he was their on time. Very friendly and good service. Also it was half price and after hour’s !
Waited 4 hours, called insurance and they contacted Pacific recovery/towing again, it's been another 3 hours, company phone has message machine, no one answers, or returns calls. Worst service ever. Arranged for different tow company.
I owe this company a huge apology. The terrible review that I wrote last week, was meant for "Always Towing Company". I sincerely apologize to "Pacific Towing & Recovery" for the mean things I said about them. I just hope they can forgive me😔

My breaks locked up and had to get a tow. They were fast, friendly, and accommodating. Even offered to help me fix this issue!
Tod and his wife are awesome, I was broke down on the road with my horse trailer. They were on the way home. They stopped and helped me.. I will recommend them to everyone and will definitely use them if I ever need too again
The owners are a husband and wife, who are extremely caring and go above and beyond for their customers. Not only are they a towing company, they also have a mechanic shop and are very open and honest about your vehicles issues. They don't try to charge you for unnecessary crap, and do everything they can to save you money. My daughters car seized up as she was driving down i90 during rush hour, they towed it home. We couldn't figure out the issue so we called them, Todd came out, tried everything he could on the side of the road, couldn't figure it out, so he towed it to his shop for free figured out the issue. The car needed a new motor, but instead of making us pat for the most expensive motor, they found the best cheapest (new) option, than called back about an hour later, with an even cheaper option to just rebuild her current motor, and found all the most reliable and cost effective parts to rebuild. Communication has been wonderful, and very transparent. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a shop.
They accepted my request for a jumpstart through my insurance then canceled it without notifying me or my insurance because it wasn't worth it ($34, they wanted a call worth at least $110). Obviously it's not about the money, it's about the lack of communication. They said they had no way of contacting me or my insurance which I don't understand because the other companies I've been connected with through them have been able to contact me no problem. The person on the phone was at least friendly.

I call nobody answer never got a response that was a hour ago
Repo companies that trick disabled veterans who are struggling to make ends meet are the worst kind of people. Tricking me into coming out to meet them and close a deal on a piece of custom jewelry, not showing up blaming a sick kid, then likely following me home and taking my only means of transportation to my new job at a middle school is just dirty. Two days later when we went to pick it up, they told us it’d be in Nixa, but instead they decided to take it to some hollow in Spokane down dirt and gravel roads that no *car* should ever go down, to a storage lot with an RV for an office and a run-down shed that reeked of burnt plastic and garbage. Best in the business? Hardly. Taking out a child in a wrecker to do repossessions while living in a trashed RV in the woods while lying to people like myself who fall on hard times due to inflation, a move, and a job change, just shows how fly-by-night this business is.
This company is the best in Branson area. We called and they were there when they said they would be and were EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE. We will always use them for anything we need in Branson.
