The driver was extremely friendly and arrived really quickly. Communication was straightforward, and the service provided was exactly what we talked about.
The driver who helped me was fantastic, kind, considerate, and very patient. They arrived on time and were extremely helpful throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated!

At first I was quoted they could pick up my bike by the end of the day and they actually came within an hour. He called me and said he was 20 minutes out and he was actually only 15 minutes out so he was early on both counts. Secured My bike properly and got it to the destination within 10 minutes. Highly professional and if I ever need road service again I will definitely use this company
Thank you AD Towing! Needed to tow my mom’s car from SeaTac to federal way called the company and they were able to get someone dispatched right away. the driver Gabriel was polite and was very efficient. If I ever need a tow again I know who to call!
DO NOT RECOMMEND Hidden fees. Truck was never towed to destination but still charged full price. Called to request refund for services not being received. Employee was very rude asking why I would want a refund since they connected the truck but did not tow it. First tow truck company to charge without towing the vehicle out of the parking lot. *UPDATE A manager called asking about this review & how to help, I requested the refund again for services not received & was told I would not get a refund. Not sure how much longer they will be in business
I called these people from my elementary school and they barely gave me the time of day and when they told me it was gonna take 30 minutes and I needed to be quicker they told me they were gonna block my number. I don’t suggest this to company to anyone.

Sold my car to a junk yard. Gene’s Towing was contracted to pick it up. Dealing with Gene’s Towing, staff and driver was easy as they are friendly and very professional.
Houston got a truck to me faster than i think she figured. Driver was quick, professional and friendly. Would recommend them to anybody. I will definitely use them again.
Mike at Genes towing Puyallup was particularly skilled and somehow placed an immovable classic into a space to small for his rollback to access.impressive.
Overall great experience! CJ was extremely helpful with my situation. She definitely went above and beyond with her customer service. Dan was great too. He was very friendly. Also, the tow didn’t cost me an arm and a leg like I anticipated.

Joey B was absolutely amazing! I didn’t have to wait forever like other companies. He was quick, respectful, and got the job done perfectly. I didn’t get a single scratch on my car or get anything broken (i have had it happened in the past with different companies). He definitely went above and beyond when helping me. I definitely recommend getting Joey!

I was supposed to get a tow in 60-75 minutes, they took 3 and a half hours to get to me. My mechanic got fed up waiting and closed up shop for the weekend. Tow truck driver was friendly and professional but that doesn't make up for this bs. When I talked to dispatch 2 hours in they told me they were going to pick me up on time but decided to rearrange pickups. It feels like I wasn't a priority because my insurance was paying for the Tow. My mechanic was less than half a mile away, I could have pushed it there faster. Completely unacceptable

Hector was wonderful. I called him and asked to take my car the the junk yard to get new tires. He was so friendly and helpful he made sure I was taken care of even at the junk yard. He didn't leave till I was taken care of. I would recommend this company 100%.

Top notch service. I went through the ringer trying to find a heavy-duty wrecker that could come get my diesel pusher RV. I'm glad that I found my way to JBT, as their service was fast, efficient, and friendly. Many of the estimates that I received were expecting 6 hours, and JBT got it done in 4. The driver and dispatch kept great communication and if I ever have a need for towing, especially for a specialty/big rig, this will be the first number that I call.
Called JBT on Friday at 2pm in Tacoma because our 45' Newmar Class A RV had the "STOP ENGINE" light come on. We needed a two to the Freightliner shop 20 miles away. Kyle answered our call and was at our RV within the hour and safely towed our massive RV to the Freightliner shop. Kyle was professional and had great communication as well as a super attitude. When unplanned mechanical issues happen it's so refreshing to have a positive person on the line when you call the tow company. Huge PRAISE for JBT Towing and their team. Highly recommend if you need a team that can do the big jobs!

My car broke down on the highway during a heat wave, and Ready Set Tow rescued me! Doyle was so great… he made sure I was safe, and worked quickly and efficiently. My insurance originally dispatched a tow truck that was going to take 1.5 to 2 hours, but these guys only took like 35 minutes to get to me, despite a huge crash on the highway and bad traffic. I was grateful for Doyle’s speediness and friendliness, especially given the heat that day. Thank you!
Patrick showed up on time with a trainee. Patrick was great not only as a tow truck driver but also as a mentor to his trainee. It took a bit longer to get my van towed to my shop, but it was worth it to witness the amount of training the new guy was receiving. They obviously care about their business and their customers. I’ll definitely be using them again.
HORRIBLE PEOPLE! Driver was extremely rude argumentative and dishonest. Perhaps it had something to do with the fact that I am a woman because they surely didn't behave like that once my husband arrived.
Jeff and Taylor came out and towed my classic car with care and professionalism. This will be the only company I use from now on.

Cat and Shane did an amazing job extricating our truck from our yard which required them to maneuver around multiple obstacles. They refused to be deterred.
Great business, was quick to pick up our truck and the driver was so friendly. She was kind and thoughtful as well. Will definitely give them a call again!
After being stranded by AAA for over six hours, we finally made the right decision to call Burns towing. Their driver, Mark, was there within 15-20 minutes in rush hour traffic and still apologized for the long wait! We were just happy to finally be getting rescued! He was beyond professional, helpful, and sympathetic of our situation. 10/10 definitely recommend.
I am very impressed with the service by Burns Towing. This was our first experience with them. They made the whole process go smoothly. Sharon was so helpful when we called. Josh gave excellent service in the yard. He helped to get the car started and even showed us why it kept dying. Garrett, in the office, worked with us to understand our options and was accommodating with our wacky schedules. Kudos to everyone here. I wil definitely be calling this company for any future towing needs.
The tow truck driver Cat was on time professional and went above and beyond. She even was willing to park my wifes car in our car port that was difficult to get access to due to a back ally. If her manager sees this you have a diamond as an employee.
