I just used PA Towing yesterday. My Subaru broke down on I-205, and I made the mistake of calling some other tow service. An hour and a half later, I was still there waiting... I called PA Towing and he was onsite in less that 15 minutes!!! No pre-payment, or screwing around with VIN numbers by cell phone, he came to help me ASAP and I appreciated it. My car was loaded onto the truck in less than 2 minutes, and we were off to the repair shop. Super efficient, super nice person, and quality work! Thank you PA Towing.
Cheapest tow I could find. Very patient and understanding. I had to re schedule and it wasn't an issue. The tow was fast and easy. Pavel even helped us push our car into our parking space. Good dude. Good sense of humor. Would definitely consider using PA Towing again.

I think this is the second time I've used them. And to be completely honest and unbiased. The guy was awesome. Got to me extremely fast, was way cheaper than the rest. He was Extremely nice and to the point which is great to me. Honestly the best towing I've had yet. I own old classic vehicles, he was cautious of everything. 100/100 great job!
Definitely five stars here. Very friendly, super responsive to initial request for service. They showed up right on time and took amazing care dealing with our jeep. The Jeep needs a new transmission so had PA haul from home to the shop. Excellent service and will call every time!

Five stars is not enough for Redking towing. Absolutely 10 out if 10! I was stranded in a very stressful situation and very scared. I called Redking towing and they were there within 25 minutes. I know every situation is different and having your car break down anywhere is never easy. What I loved about this company is that they were in constant contact with me. He called me twice to let me know exactly how far away he was, which eased my anxiety. He loaded my truck on to his tow truck bed, in minutes. It was amazing. He texted me a picture of my truck when it arrived at at my requested destination. Hands down best tow company in this area. I can not say enough. Thank you, Roman...you are my hero of the day!

Redking Towing is great! My Promaster was stuck in Vancouver and I needed it towed to Portland to a transmission shop. They came within 30 minutes—super friendly service with a newer flatbed tow truck. I am thrilled and now saved to my phone. :)

I got a flat tire in the snow on my way to pick my husband up from work so he couldn't put our chains on. We had just had our tires rotated so the lug nuts were super tight not to mention frozen and no one could get the lug nuts to loosen. I'd called for roadside assistance through my car insurance and was given an ETA of 65-85 mins. We waited 60 mins and got a text that the tow truck driver that had been dispatched to help us has just been canceled. It took another 30 mins to find another tow truck to be dispatched and this time the ETA was 95-125 mins. I called RedKing Towing and they told us 15-20 mins. We were so grateful when he showed up in under 15 mins and towed us to Les Schwab. Thank you RedKing Towing!

Eddie was my guardian angel last Saturday night 😇 - I finished work around 11:30pm, near downtown Vancouver, but my car won't start. Alone on the side of a deserted road, tired and anxious to get home, I turned around and saw a tow truck pulling over out of nowhere. Eddie offered his help and I gladly accepted. He immediately turned his truck around, looked under my hood and managed to jump my "dead" battery. He was calm, friendly, and efficient. Even better, he did not charge me anything... "Paying forward as he said." What a great guy!!👏 If only all tow companies had employees like him, we'd all feel safe and relax when needing a car assistance service in the field. Kris was amazing!!! Our car was stolen, then found in non-working condition. When AAA dispatched Speeds towing, Kris came out to rescue her on the side of the road and bring her home. He was professional, kind and so fast! When he delivered the car to our home - we live at the end of a circle so its hard for trucks to get in and out - My husband and I couldn't believe how he made it look like a breeze. His skill and precision were so impressive! It was a Friday and we were his last call of the day so you would think he would just want to get the job over with and get home. Instead, he pulled out his tools and helped us start the car! This helped tremendously since we needed to report it to our insurance. He had so much compassion for our situation and was by far the best tow truck driver we have ever worked with. We needed to have our car towed and booked it through AAA. Alycia with Speeds towing reached out almost immediately. She was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.
Eddy was great, it was my friends birthday and my coolant system messed up and eddy picked us up really quick and took us home. He’s funny and a kind dude. We (two women) felt safe with him so if you need your car towed these are good people!

About a week ago, I had to hire Towing service to load up my truck and my flatbed trailer into a 40’ container for shipment to the Philippines for my retirement. A driver from Chappell towing showed up to load up the trailer first. Cody was so nice and had a very respectful and awesome attitude so willing to help out getting it loaded. None of us at the loading site had any experiences doing this kind of task. But this guy just did it like he had done it before. It went very smoothly at first try. He went back for the second time around the following day in the evening this time to load up the truck. He was even more eager to do it and quickly and accurately placed my truck the way I wanted. What an awesome worker. Highly recommend Chappelle towing
Great towing job by Chappelle's. Robert was a very professional operator, and clearly knew his equipment well. A $60K pickup shouldn't need to be towed, but a software "update" killed it. Robert took great care of my vehicle, drove safely, and unloaded like a pro. I would definitely use Chappelle's again.
Chad at Chappelle’s was the best! My ‘66 VW decided it didn’t want to start and I contacted AAA. It was a dark, cold and rainy evening. 9:30 at night and he was an hour out. He arrived as scheduled and quickly got me hooked up and towed home. Chad was professional and brought a great attitude. I couldn’t thank him enough. Thanks, Chad!!

Best towing in town!! After calling 6/7 different places, they were the ONLY ones who could come out same day. Everyone was prompt, courteous and did an amazing job!
I really appreciate the customer service of Pacific Towing. Laura was great in getting me a tow scheduled. My wife called AAA but they couldn't come out due to the amount of service calls because of the hot weather. Pacific Towing came out in about 15 minutes or so after the call. My car need to be towed to the mechanic shop to be repaired. I would highly recommend Pacific Towing.
Staff was great at this location. We were able to get my niece's car out of the impound quickly. The two tow truck guys where very helpful after working long hours. They even had after hours support from the office ladies over the phone. Good thing cause the guys where a little lost with out the office ladies but they all came together as a team and we had a great visit.
Great experience. Car broke down on a Sunday morning at 07:45. Contacted Pacific Towing and without a lot of fuss a driver was sent. The driver was friendly and professional. He even dropped me off at my place as it was on the way, saving me getting an Uber or someone come and get me. The car was on its way to the shop and I was home by 09:30.
Love these guys. Easy to work with, really fair pricing, fast, and careful. Used them twice to tow my classic car I am restoring to upholstery and glass shops. Took great care of it.

Tow truck driver was a joke, tried to bargain with me when I asked him how much it would be for him to drop my vehicle he said I'll split the bill with you I'll pay half as long as he pointed over to the officer and said as long as he puts me back on first rotation. And he was dead serious and then after that he stole stuff out of my car. Literally went to go retrieve my belongings and I had things missing and everything was reorganized and moved around like are you serious. Karma always comes back around the most beautiful thing about it is you have no idea when it's coming. I swear you can't trust anyone nowadays.

I moved to Portland from Texas in November. Not knowing anyone or any businesses here I randomly picked All County Towing to unload my $40,000 matco toolbox out of the moving truck. I'm sure you guys remember( big yellow matco box). I'm lucky they are who I called. They took their time and were very careful unloading the toolbox. You can't go wrong with these guys. Thank you.

I was broke down on the side of the road on I-5 in Vancouver and when I called All County towing the owner answered immediately and was very prompt in showing up and getting me and my car off the road and on the way home and his rate was waaay better than anyone else in the area for towing sercives!

Such a relief to get a quick response early morning on a weekday. The operator was pleasant, calming and was efficient in getting my car to it's location...twice in one day! Highly recommend this company!
Called to have them look at several cars that had been abandoned on our property to see if they would take them. After being told they would be by in 1 hr , i called back after 2 and of course they had been hug up and would be right here after another hour called back and was told a driver had been out and looked and that they wouldn't be able to take them . Noone came to the door , the dogs never barked we waited all day . Ultimately they lied to me and wasted a whole day i could have been working to have these vehicles removed . Never call this company.
Was pretty bummed when my Corvette shorted out and needed a Tow. Called Action Towing and they had their driver John out within 30 minutes. His confidence, positivity, and professionalism completely turned around my bad mood. I had previously had bad experiences with tow companies, one even damaged my corvette, but John did an amazing job and made me feel confident in his work. definitely recommend this company. Been taking tow truck’s all my 7 years in Portland this is the best one and they go far then anything what they did for me and my company it was blessing I recommend to any one to my city this is the best off the best
Dangerous, rude, and incredibly unprofessional! Garza’s towing truck just cut into an entire lane of cars on the highway on-ramp, swerving, honking, and darn near running a few people off the road… flipping all of us off on his way. Come to find out he was speeding to get to, get this, someone perfectly safe and off the road on the shoulder. Dangerous and rude. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them!
Absolute worst towing experience in my life. My car was picked up on Sunday and was supposed to be taken to crash champions. The shop is closed on Sunday so Garza tells me they will bring it at 8am when the shop opens. I show up at 8 no car there. I call back where is my car they said they need it to be redispatched from insurance. I call insurance they re dispatched it. I called Garza is my car coming I get told it will be there by noon great I leave them alone for three hours and nothing then I call the shop at 1 have you seen my car? No we have not great so I call Garza again and they tell me they were busy and they forgot about it so they will get it dispatched now? How about finishing Sunday jobs before starting Monday jobs? So finally at 330 inthe afternoon my car arrives and the tow truck driver has the worst attitude try’s to park it in front of the shop and was even trying to drive it even tho I told him it has spit rim and can’t drive he still wants to drop and drive it doesn’t want to check into the office. So finally he does they tell him to wait until the detailer tells him where to put it so he goes back out to my car and start driving it into the lot with no direction or instructions from the detailer. Then the detailer comes out says he needs to move a car so he can have my car dropped in a certain spot. The tow trucker driver then proceeeds to want to drive it over the re and I’m like dude your not driving my car it’s undrivable. So then he starts backing up and alomost gets stuck and isn’t waiting for the car to be moved so I had to yell at him again to stop turn the detailer comes out moves the car and he backed it where they wanted it the whole time. He then drops my car and scraps the tailpipe on the way out and there surface before he lifted his gate. Completely rude completely unprofessional and the worst tow experience I have ever had. I am a veteran and it got dispatched through USAA service members be weary of this shop and how they do business I’ll leave pick or my my car so you can see what the guy was planning on driving it was thinking!? I usually don’t leave as reviews but it was hell today trying to get my car! Wanted to drive it with a broken and split rim? Crazy
Garza towing is by far the last of a dying breed when it comes to customer service 100%! They gave Me a reasonable rate,came to pick up My car and despite no key,were able to tow My car to its destination. I would give these guys 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!
This is my 3rd time using Garza towing, the first two times I was not in an emergency/accident and they arrived within a timely manner and as stated within the hour. This last time I got in a bad wreck with a drunk driver who did a hit and run, Garza said they’d be there within 25minutes, 30mins passed, I called and had a different dispatcher rudely tell me he wasn’t the one who said that, so he’s not liable to follow through on that, and said his two drivers are going to different locations and I’d be maybe next, then suddenly got an updated text saying a driver was on the way and estimated time was 25minutes more, 30mins passed, I looked at his whereabouts and he’s still at the same location he was at when first being scheduled to help me. I literally had to call them four times within 2 1/2hrs and finally got my tow 3hrs later while dealing with whiplash. Their driver was great, but their dispatch and response time is complete crap.

Lisa is so awesome! She got my daughter's car towed from a very dangerous spot on 26west to our house in Vancouver. When Drew arrived, he was so great. I'm so glad they were there for us. They were also beyond reasonable on the price. Complete and total life saver!

The office was nice but the lock out service was horrible! We had a phone number mix up and by the time we realized what happened the driver said your vehicle is 2 minutes away from being impounded. First words out of his mouth, after he had been at my car for less than 10 minutes. Definitely could improve that attitude.
Great group of people! Jim and Loretta were helpful beyond words, the towtruck driver (forget his name, but we talked about RWBY, he knows who he is!) gave me a very chill ride back to the lot after I got rear-ended one morning, and Jericho is always a treat to see! They also have pretty cool paintball gun stuff, so if you're into that, look into these guys!

There driver was driving extremely fast on the freeway and dropping rocks off the flatbed of his truck peppered my brand new car with rocks and chips my windshield When I called the company, the first thing the owner asked me. Do you have video evidence of my truck driver being responsible for it I literally tried to flag down his driver. The guy just waved me along and ignored me. The owner kept telling me anybody could’ve done it Doing everything but taking responsibility immediately defensive the owner of this company is definitely a crook lacks the ability to take responsibility for his drivers actions It’s their tow truck drivers Responsibility to make sure his flatbed is clear of all loose debris. This is extremely unsafe and almost caused me to get into an accident. I would steer clear of this place completely and if you use them, make sure you take tons of videos and pictures and expect refusal if they damage your vehicle

The situation was not a pleasant one. Having a car break down, and then having to repeatedly explain to State Farm’s roadside service where I was and where I wanted it towed to, and them not understand after me explaining it multiple times to them. I was extremely frustrated by it all. Luckly, the tow truck driver was fantastic. He quickly understood my directions, and he came within 15 minutes. He was very polite and clearly knew what he was doing. He very quickly rigged the car up, he knew exactly where I wanted it towed to, and he got it there quickly and safely. As a result of his service, I was able to talk with the shop owners before they closed for the day. I greatly appreciate the tow! You guys are great!! Thank you so much!
Patriot tow was the tow provider that responded to my roadside assistance request. My car wouldn't start and was home in my driveway. They were late and continued to postpone/update the ETA. The dispatcher did not provide the driver the correct drop-off address (dealership), but instead provided the street and city that the dealership was on. The driver drove the vehicle to the destination given by the dispatcher, an intersection on the street of the dealership, and instead of calling the roadside provider or me (insurance holder) they turned around, towed it out of Portland across state lines, and put it in storage. They did not inform the roadside assistance provider, or me, that it was not delivered and placed in storage. I was unaware until I called the dealership the following morning to confirm receipt- who indicated "it hadn't arrived" and didn't know what to tell me. I called Patriot Towing and they indicated it was in storage and that I'd have to call my roadside assistance provider to coordinate it getting out of storage and delivered to the correct place - the dealership that I originally requested it be sent to. After days of dealing with my roadside provider and them dealing with the tow company - the roadside provided went to pay the tow, jump, and storage fees to have it released and towed to the correct location. THEN Patriot Towing refused to release my vehicle and demanded more money. It was referred to me as a "hostage vehicle situation" and that the authorities should be involved. My roadside assistance provider paid it to get it off the lot and out of their hands. Again, Patriot Towing continued to prolong the pick up time- pushing it hour by hour. The tow off their lot, again across state lines, was delayed an entire day! It wasnt until 3 days after the initial tow request that it was sent to the correct location to be worked on. Dirty, slimy, and corrupt way of doing business. I will never recommend this company to anyone and suggest people seeking a tow stay clear of them.
Ordered a tow thru my insurance company. my car was not tied down and fell off the tow truck damaging my garage and car and they dont want to pay for the damage..... ... The owner was sooo rude and wanted to deal with it without going thru insurance.... (I agreed)... the company only repaired my garage and would not repaint the garage or fix the damage to my car. I ended up calling the insurance company to fix the problem.....
Terrible service. No call no show after 2 hours of waiting. No ETA ever. Won’t answer phone calls AT ALL and voicemail is full… DO NOT EVER GO THROUGH THIS PLACE. 👎🏻
