Liberty towing help me out in a big way. Great service and they were able to help me out immediately. They even gave me a ride to where I needed to go. Highly recommend them. It was also a good price.

I highly recommend Liberty Towing. My daughter got into an accident recently and the vehicle was picked up right away (during a Packers game on a Sunday night). The person that answered the phone, and the driver that showed up, were incredible. The driver instantly helped make my daughter feel better about the situation, and he also helped me with the best course of action to take. Not only are they a quality company, they have amazing employees that truly care. A+ experience. A+ company. A+ employees.
Liberty Towing did a great job for me today. Dan in the office was pleasant to deal with, and the tow truck operator Taylor was very polite. I'll use Liberty again if I ever need another tow.
Worked with Jacob who was great, took great care of my vehicle. Liberty towing was timely, professional, and reasonable. I recommend them and will use them in the future should I need another tow. Update: I ended up needing a second tow and Liberty came through to help me out again. Jeff was also great to work with and delivered my car to the exact spot I needed to work on it. Both Hannah and Dan in the office were superb as well!

Great Communication, got there in less than 30mins to help my brother tow his car.
Service was great! Driver was very good with communication and friendly.
I needed my battery replaced, so contacted AAA and got Frank as my technician. He was probably the friendliest, most efficient, hard working individual that I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with! He got to me within 15 minutes of my request and even called me ahead of time to let me know he was a few minutes away. He walked me through the whole process and made me feel assured that I was receiving the best care possible. If Frank is your future technician, you’re in great hands!
If I could give zero stars I would. The woman dispatcher I talked to today (06/11 at 12:00 pm for the supervisor reading this) was beyond rude and condescending. I tried to explain my financial situation as I was concerned that I could not make my bill payment of $360, and a college student with minimal savings. She immediately shut me down, said they is nothing she could do, and that I can just pay it like every body else. In addition, I took a $30 uber to the impound location just to be immediately sent away, because the car is registered in my father’s name, and not my own, even though I own insurance for the vehicle. The worst part is there is no indication of this on the website.
James Sizemore is unprofessional and aggressive. He cussed me out — completely unprovoked. The way he spoke to me was disgusting and shameful. These people are crooks. Rude, dishonest, and utterly lacking integrity. They take your money, treat you terribly, and then act like you’re the problem. Christa on the phone was as well a hard little pill to swallow.

Got in touch with them through AAA. Bob came to our car with a flat tire in a parking lot and it had repaired in less than 10 minutes. Truly fantastic professional service that you just didn't think existed these days. 10/10 would recommend for whatever needs you have for the services they provide.

Jason with Finish Line towing met me to tow my car from Waunakee WI back to Madison and was incredibly friendly and helpful. He actually arrived earlier than the scheduled time, but kept in touch with me to let me know he was on his way and when he would be there so I could make sure I was there to meet him. Once I got to the repair shop I was having it towed to, I realized I may have given him the name of the wrong place because there are two shops on that street with similar names. When I called him to verify, I had in fact told him the wrong place but he didn't show any frustration and headed over to where I was. Having to have your car towed can be extremely stressful, but Jason really helped calm my nerves and I just really appreciate how friendly he was.
Francisco was very helpful, friendly, and pretty quick & did the job carefully. 10/10 experience with this company! I will recommend any one who needs a tow to here :)

Wow, we can’t say enough good things about Denis. He went above and beyond for us — even on a Saturday, after his regular hours he took the time to get our truck in. He carefully went through every single concern we had one by one. He gave us honest advice not only about this truck but also about our other vehicles. When it came time to pay, he said, “I didn’t fix anything to get paid,” which just shows the kind of person he is — genuine, professional, and caring. We truly appreciate his time, patience, and expertise. Highly recommend Denis to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable mechanic!
Yesterday my car broke down on the side of the road. When I looked up towing Finish Line & Copus popped up so I tried them. Finish Line never picked up so I'd give them negative stars if I could. Copus picked up quick. But they took over 30 min & still weren't at my car. Dennis was driving by & we talked. He offered me the same rate so I cancelled Copus & took his offer. He's a really nice guy & was talkative. I've never had a vehicle towed so he walked me through what I needed to do. Thanks for the help Dennis & I hope you're right about my car. If you need a Tow I'd recommend D & D.

Dennis was awesome - knowledgeable about the area and knew the best places to go depending on your situation. I had a flat tire with no spare (on a Saturday) he picked me up and dropped me off at Discount tire and I was back driving again in an hour. 10/10 experience

They picked up my vehicle today Ben the driver was very friendly and polite they came within a day of me contacting them and very very efficient and respectful I would recommend precision towing too anyone looking for services I have had very poor interactions with tow companies before, but it was a pleasure to deal with and communication was polite and they had a very fast response time setting everything but!! They have great service thank you all for the positive experience with the driver and on the phone
My car needed to be towed out of my underground parking garage at my apartment building. My car would not start. FYI - There is only a 7’ clearance to enter the garage. Long story short the first company that Roadside sent said they were not aware that my car was in the low clearance garage hence they couldn’t tow it. Roadside said they told them low clearance, we will let them battle that out. Roadside set up another tow company to come out. That company never showed up. The tow company set up to come was Precision Towing. Once I had their contact information I called to ensure that they were aware of the low clearance. They said they were aware and arrive shortly after we talked. They arrived with the flat bed & a smaller tow truck. The smaller tow truck would not clear the low clearance garage. But that didn’t stop King & his coworker to get the car in neutral, pushed it out of the parking stall, then pushed up to the exit garage door, backed the flatbed down to the garage opening, attached the wench to the undercarriage, carefully wenched it out if the garage right onto the flatbed. Any tow company like the first one that did show up could of done the same thing that King & his coworker did which was think out of the box as to how to get the car to the garage exit so they could load it on the flatbed. So call Precision Towing they go above & beyond with caution, professionalism and very positive friendly personalities.
